**SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM**
I am hoping you will read this review before Booking with them. They advertise company like: Zezgo, Priceless rental, etc
It is a marketing game. They lure you into their rental office (away from the Miami airport) with a very low price and they tell you at the counter that you are required to purchase additional insurance for $350.
THE CAR RENTAL COMPANY WILL NOT RESPECT THE CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU ARE RESERVING ONLINE WITH THEM.
*****DO NOT USE THEM**** YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.
TO CANCEL it is even worst. You call economy Booking then you need to send an email to support. At this point, because I have no news from them... I need to report them to Visa as a frodulant Booking company. ***DO NOT USE THEM*** DON'T get attracted by the price they showing.
From Denmark I went to Poland, after that my tour was in Germany (Berlin). In general, I managed to drive a lot and see beautiful places, thanks for such an opportunity
I often travel in North America and Europe and it is imperative that I rent cars. And this service allows me to do it, there are not expensive prices. Everyone can afford it and I am very happy.
Yes! I have been asking for a refund for a month and have had NO response whatsoever! I am getting ready to up the pressure on you guys! What the heck!? What kind of operation are you running?!?!?

Ordered a car to the airport, thought you were late, but no. You have arrived just in time, I would not be surprised if it was even earlier. You have a good approach to work, I like it
I had to swap a car out because of a flat tire. The second model was a year older and this is reflected in the "Overall Condition of the Car" category as an average of the two vehicles
As a web-based business owner - Do Not Use These Scammers.
This is the kind of company you are dealing with:
I bought car hire from EconomyBookings.Com - aka bookinggroup.com. The policy I bought, stated online, it included damage collision waiver and personal insurance. AKA - it had green tick boxes stating insurance was included.
After buying, I queried the status with the underlying car hire company (economybooking.com just book with a local car hire company) - they stated there was a non-optional additional daily charge for insurance! This made the car hire substantially more expensive on the whole (50%).
As I wasn't made aware of this up-front, I asked for a refund. This all happened within 2 days of booking my car hire. Ie. I booked, and asked for a refund, within 48 hours.
I was told the fee charged by economybookings.com would NOT be refunded. I thought, this is clearly a mistake, and queried. 10 emails later, and they still won't refund my initial charge.
This is not a company you want to deal with. They will incorrectly sell you car hire, then simply point to their terms and conditions. They operate outside the law, and will simply ignore all complaints - I am now taking this up with my credit card company and I urge all other customers to do the same.
Again, DO NOT USE this company!
The car was clean and in good condition and I enjoyed driving it. More so, they have the option to provide us the receipts and agreement in email which is environment friendly.
Car pick up and drop off was hassle free and very quick. Free upgrade given. Staff were excellent. Car was almost new and in perfect condition. No hard sell of additional products.
Adam and Juan went well beyond being friendly and helpful. They took a bad situation that had nothing to do with a rent a car and turned it into a pleasant drive
Manager very nice and friendly staff customer service is awesome never have a problem when I come to this location. The manager works jus as hard as the rest of the staff.
I've been coming here for a while so always greet me by name and I appreciate that! Always quick with getting me in and out. Overall, great vibes here and good service
I had a good experience with economy booking. When i got to the booth, the car was ready and i was not charged for anything else. Would definitely book with them again.
The Staff in Tallahassee was great in helping me get my online reservation updated. I was able to drop off my rental (which was awesome) in a different city with no problems
A smart choice of cars, the manager decided to help me and helped me pick up a car on the road to Germany. I am grateful for this approach to my clients
They even make sure I always have a ride home when I rent from them, you can't go wrong with this location and they work hard to make sure you are happy!

Need more staff behind the counter to sign in. To much stress for one person to sign you in. But overall great company and staff. Well be using them again. We save time and money.
The staff and service were first class, the vehicle was brand new and staff member took 5 minutes of their time to organise the sat navigation in the car. I would highly recommend the company.
