It was 1 of the most frustrating weeks around travel ever. It also ended up wrong. When there is something there is no service at all, if you get hold of anyone at all outside the chat robot you are sent from pillar to post. We wanted to go on vacation with 4 people. One of our friends ended up in the hospital and was not allowed to travel. Cancellation can only be done through standard procedures however this was an exceptional situation and we wanted to shift the flight for 2 people and the other 2 wanted to go on this trip alone. We did not manage to split. After more than 10 phone calls, 3 major chat sessions and 30 emails it finally failed despite all the promises from various staff members that it would be fine. When my wife and I flew there were 2 empty seats and no solution for our 2 friends. Never again a trip through Edreams.
Waited an hour and 10 minutes. I finally got someone.
I asked her if the cancel within 24 hour policy is still applicable. She literally ignored me. I asked her again and she she wait. 5 minutes later i hear a robot asking me to rate the service and whether I got my issue resolved.
I regret ever booking with them!
Very nice prices, affordable and good flight schedules, I just think that kids shouldn't pay the same as adults, all of the travel agencies should change that
When my plane was delayed and i was going to make my connection i contacted them to see if they could help they never offered anybhelp what so ever. Gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Cost me plenty of money and 24 hours of my time. Didn't even get an email about the several call i made.
EDreams purchases your ticket with a completely unrelated credit card to ensure that any refund does not go directly into your credit card. They take away their "service fee" for any refunds that are issued to you. There is minimal transparency with their service and they refuse to issue proper invoice with credit card statement. I would avoid at all cost.
EDreams certainly is a scam. Booked travel back in February, paid travel insurance. Now I am unable to travel. Tried canceling using the mobile app, that did not work. Went to the site and got a chat bot, then supposedly an agent came on who told me I had to go to the airline to get a refund. Asked for an invoice so I could contact the airline and and was informed that it takes 72 hours to generate an electronic invoice. Then that changed to 24 hours. This morning I got a travel confirmation instead of an invoice. Beware this is a horrible way to do business. I will share with everyone I know and post on every social media site about the way this company does business.
I booked a flight buying the full insurance. I cancelled the trip calling 3 times edreams, they give me 3 different contact number of the insurance company as it is a different company that has nothing to do with edreams. I waited 40 min each time I call, no refund was given to me.
EDreams is a fraud, avoid them at all costs.
The did not mail me the 10-digit reference number nor any other confirmation of my flight booking.
They did get paid though.
Their chatbot support leads to nowhere.
No human support agent was to be found anywhere.
Total scams.
First of all, the customer service is horrible - they make you wait in line for half an hour, then they say they can't do anything because the system is not working/something else is wrong, so "try calling in 24 hours" or later. When you do, another person will tell something similar ("there are no flights available for this MONTH". Like, the entire month?!), and they will keep playing tag with you hoping you will give up eventually.
In addition, they won't rebook your flight because of a hidden policy that says your booking has an "expiration date". I have tried to explain that we won't be able to travel because of external circumstances and I could provide documents to justify this, but to no avail - the customer representative just said something in the way of "too bad for you". We will lose $1700 because of their incompetent customer service and dishonest business model. WORST booking company I've ever had to deal with! Save your money and nerves!
This company is one of the worst travelling websites you can use to book a flight. I purchased a flight and after clicking on the payment button the price changed with no reason, and when I contacted them they told me that it's the flight company's issue and the prices can change any time, and the "any time" includes the time right after clicking on "pay".
I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately I can't do lower than 1.
My travel map is little bit multiple as a result of less airports of Sicilia. But I found good service from edreams powered by Turkish airlines. Confirmation letter and invoice were recieved in a short time

They charged me for a flight that was canceled by the airline the website does not have any information how to contact customer service then when I finally tracked them down they said money can only be returned after three months.
Stay away from this website
I had to cancel a round trip flight scheduled for Dec 10,2022 on Nov 28,2022. I had purchased any reason refund insurance. EDream should have refunded my money within ten days. It is now Feb. 16,2023 and still no refund. I have called 16 times, speaking to agents and supervisors, none of whom did anything except read from the same script each time.
Avoid this company.
The initial price quoted for the trip I planned was seductively low, but then adding in the various features for actual travel--seat selection, baggage, etc., drove the cost up to the point that it is the same as that offered by the airline's website, but taking much more time to get there--no advantage to using dreads
Booked my flights here, didn't receive a confirmation, just an in progress email. Company keeps making promises about confirmations and refunds, but not sticking to any of them. Nobody is calling me back, blaming it all on the airlines, instead of solving their internal problems. No honest information, callcenter agents who are not allowed to think for themselves. The service is not even worth the 1 star, minus 5 would have been the right amount in this company. They expect customers to go to the airport on a non-comfirmed flight to find out if they're leaving right there, instead of helping you out with decent information. I'd made the mistake to book here and deeply regret this. Warning to all potential customers, think twice before making your booking!
Actually one of your customer service representatives has contacted me and kindly solved the issue. As I mentioned to him, although the process to get that positive feedback was quite tedious, but I am grateful that eDreams is actually concerned about their customer service even though this appeared to me only at its top admin level. This attitude is very obvious at that top level of eDreams administration, but still lacks when it comes to the level of everyday customer representatives. However, I now believe that it will be soon transferred to all its admin levels given the overall consumer-centered policy that I sensed from its headquarter customer service. Thank you and I would definitely change the rate to 3.5/4.

I rarely write reviews, but this company made me feel the importance of doing so to warn others... As you can expect from all the stories here,,,, it is to worst experience ever that one can have when booking online... Manipulating everything to charge you extra. Here is my story "I booked a flight online, provided my bank details and paid straightaway. The charge was pending on my account as it usually does, I received the flight itinerary and was expecting that the pending is a matter of days to be officially confirmed, just as it usually happens when you book online... I requested a wheelchair assistance as well during the booking... They sent me an email indicating that the booking was not complete and provided a link which did not take me to any appropriate webpage to understand what was not complete... I even called them and after waiting 10/15 min the guy hanged up after I explained my issue... For me everything looked ok as I received the itinerary and the fees where pending on my account, however after couple of days the payment was back and the flight was cancelled. I called them again and this time they answered and asked me to pay more for the same booking. Indeed I told them it was not my fault, I paid and received the confirmation and all the other incomplete emails were misleading and even your customer service did not handle my call appropriately. They raised a hearing issues to my first call and promised to come back in 24/48 hours but I kept calling for more than a week with no solution. At the end received an email that my request for the extra charge refund was rejected without any explanation of the case and the outcome if the investigation. By the way, after I was forced to re-book the cancelled flight with extra money, I checked their online website and found the same flight still available with the same low price that I saw earlier. I was afraid to risk missing the date that is why I booked it on phone, but all in all VERY BAD experience and will never ever book through them again"
The platform is fluent and easy to navigate, plus its recovery of options on your serach for flights and prices are excellent. Processing can be a little nervy, as you wait but all in all get the job done!

I stupidly bought an eDreams Prime subscription last summer, thinking to save money on a trip. Instead, undisclosed fees added $250 to the cost of a one-week condo rental. Also, although eDreams is perfectly happy to accept American Express for its annual subscription (which of course renews automatically), it will take only Visa and Mastercard when I try to book a trip. Very inconvenient for US travelers. Plus, both Visa and Mastercard providers declined payment, suspecting fraud. I spent hours on the phone ironing it all out, including with rude, unpleasant eDreams call center employees. Stick with Expedia — you'll do so much better!
They advertised it as 4 hr free cancellation. I cancelled within minutes. However, ended up not getting any money as they said most flights in the intenary are non refundable. There is no direct line with customer service. I
I'm writing this review beyond any disappointment and disgusted. Please invest your money in any other flight ticket business but not this one, you are losing money and flights cause it's going to be cancelled. Over that they don't help you through nothing you have to figure it out, customer service doesn't exist, you basically chatting with robots and their agents are incapable of solving issues they create. I'm very upset, haven't travel to my country in 3 years and when I'm finally ready, I sadly purchase my flight ticket with then and they canceled it after a week, the saddest part is my dumbass brought their prime package and they tried to make me pay for more $900 in order to fit me in another flight. Please don't give yourself unnecessary headaches purchasing with this $#*!ty business.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
