I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. As in my description, I'm the first time user. This lonk is very easy to use and I find their follow up very satisfactory and I would definitely use them again.
No specific reason. It just showed up when I was doing a search and I thought I would give it a go.
I found the site easy to use.
I received an email shortly after I had made the booking and payment, confirming my booking.
I was able to download eDreams app.
It was the cheapest price for my trip/flights.
It was easy and cheaper to book all service as well except on the long waiting of confirmation of the booking after it was paid right away, nevertheless it was all good.
The process was quick and easy. I received my confirmation quickly. The prices were the best online. All my info was sent in a timely manner. I would recommend this site to all.

I have had an overall positive experience. My only struggle was that I had to wait an entire day to receive my booking confirmation; other than that, everything else was fine.

The flight, Z2 942 with Air Asia Zest is hopefully the same flight that I booked my wife and daughter on, flight Z*******. PHILIPPINES AIRASIA. There is no way I have discovered to make sure this is the same flight.
EDreams asks for a review but until the flight is complete it is difficult to know. EDreams confirmed the flight reference number but I received an email from an unknown company citing the eDreams flight reference number and advised the number was changed. However, successive eDream emails indicate the original flight reference number.
When you seek out support you are saddled with either generic responses to specific questions or are referred to some virtual assistant who suggests you contact the airline directly without providing a way to contact them. I suppose at the end of the day if the flight goes well then none of this matters. But it would be nice to have a peace of mind.

You withdraw money from an card that was not linked to your app for "prime" that I had no idea I had or wanted this "prime".
Then when I checked the app I managed to see what prime was and to unsubscribe I had to unchecked all the bonuses (that I didn't checked on the first place) and realized that I paid 90 euro for NOTHING!
Lately i used eDreams because it looked ok, but after my next trip I'll delete the app and NEVER use it again.

Once I booked my flight I got a second email about completing my booking which was confusing as it sent me to my flight booking to then choose and pay.

I try to add the baggage for the flight and it is simply not possible, always comes of sth with the error, etiher booking number is chanaged or i am threatened in the page of airline with loss of the planeticket, i really would appreciate if someone tell sme how can i add the check in baggage and carry on baggae for the flight!

It was quick and had plenty of options on which flights to choose from plus they provide hotels and car rental options, so it is a one stop site for all your needs when you travel. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I bought a trip through eDreams. Got confirmation for the wrong hotel. For 2 days I had to be in the wrong hotel, lost two days of holiday. Can thank the kind Turks who moved us where we were supposed to. Had to call eDreams as a "VIP" customer, on a "free line" Today I received a bill for the two calls, for approximately 300 euros. I am very dissatisfied with scammers from eDreams. I want to cancel my VIP (Prime) membership, but have to call again. I can't find an e-mail I can send to eDreams to cancel the membership on. MUST call them and it will cost me another 100-200 euros. Impossible to cancel the membership!

I am unable to print out my info that is required, as it won't format properly, (it's stated that I need to print and bring the pages). I've never flown Air Canada and was hoping to use points from my Capitol One card but there was no where in the booking process that allowed for it.

Please remind me not to fly Air Arabia every again it was the MOST STRESSED-OUT FLIGHT i had to pay 140.00 euros for my bags, and on return, it was a long delay that messed up my connections, the flight sucks false advertisement for priority checking, they had none. I had to buy meals on the plane even when the plane had such a long delay.
