Buy your ticket from the airlines directly and save yourself the hassles and grief that this company will bring you. I purchased my airline ticket and premium insurance. I had an emergency and tried to cancel 26 hours in advance and it was not honored. There cancellation policy is 24 hours. They ripped me off $750 USD.
The will lie to you just to get your money. Use a travel agent, another company not associated with them or book directly yourself and put them out of business.
Awful awful awful. Their online assistance is just a loop where you get no help. They do not answer their phone. The absolute worst company. They sent boarding passes the day after I reached my destination. Losers.
The worst booking company. I booked a flight and they didn't state online that is a charter flight. Then I was denied to get on board and once I contacted them, they asked me for a proof which what the hell? A proof of something you should have done it in advance before I book, their customer services sucks and no one helps at all. If you wanna lose your money, then use their servise

Re exact same flights as I had informed someone I was visiting and paid fro airport parking and of course price had gone up.
I couldn't use voucher they supplied as a compensation because amount below £100...
You would get better odd at the casino or playing the lottery. I booked a rental car, went at the specified time and was advised that I couldn't take it out of town, which was of no use to me, unless I paid an additional fee through the third party, which was eDreams. I attempted to contact them on on both U.S. numbers and received not in service messages. I had to book with another company and never received my money back.
Your purchases are welcome. You get service. Don't expect service if you have a change. After over 9 months and empty promises to sort our my problem., my time expired and they said they could no longer help. I want to start a #me too movement to highlight how many times people have been scanned by this company.
I just booked a flight for which I was given a total cost of $772 on their final page when i was putting in my payment details. However I received an sms of $1189 from my credit card company. The site mentioned a price increase but did not give me an option to approve charges, and they went ahead to approve the extra $400 themselves. I called in and was only able to speak to a call center that only gave me an option of 80% reimbursement. Which means they just forced me to pay extra for their mistake. 10/10 would never book again.
Worst site if you need to make changes to a reservation. You mostly exchange messages with bots. If you are lucky enough to get an agent (chats only / based in India), they are unable to do anything more that what you could've done online. It seems like a 1-2 man operation. Not worth if for the few extra $$ of savings
I had a flight with China Southern Airlines. My flight was cancelled on April 1,2020 due to Covid. China Southern Airlines has already sent email with a proof that refund was made on 29 Jan 2021 and has copied eDreams as well. We have contacted eDreams more than 50 times within these 2 years.
Sometimes they say that Airlines has not made any refund, but sometimes they say, it will be deposited within 72 hours. This is really frustrating. I need to be compensated for the refund amount and the time I wasted talking to these customer service executive who never helped me.
I have booked two flights with this company, both times they cancelled siting my bank but my bank did not cancel the transactions. Their customer service is outsourced and has no really control. They also have canned messages and can offer zero help.

I booked the flight from this service going from Tokyo-Fukuoka. I ordered from USA, and it proceeded successfully at the first time. Then, couple days before the flight, they sent the email saying "We couldn't book the flight. Sorry for any inconvenience." If you say you've purchased the ticket in the process, at least keep that promise. Or let me know that you couldn't get it right a way.
Because of this, I had to book it myself using different service, and had to pay much more because it was closer to the flight date and ticket price goes up every single day.
I will never trust and use this service.
Y is operated by bunch of scammers. They kept promising me to send me my refund that never happened. They have $540 of my money. Their back office is run by bunch of foreigners in India or somewhere cheap.i have all the docs to prove why case. They don't have a direct customer service unless you have a case no so you cant get any managers
At the ticket line Spirit customer relations people were not that friendly or helpful had to wait in line for a long time had to make a change birthday month was wrong got it all worked out flight okay have a nice day

I made a mistake with my booking and had to change the dates... forget about it... 48 hours to respond and when you finally get someone on the line they say "we can't do anything at all to change your ticket but is there anything else we can help you with? "... It said you can amend the booking on the website but you cant... never for me again, nightmare.
The experience is good, you can find the best price easily. But a bit complicated, I don't even know how I ended up in "prime", without realizing it, and I didn't like the automatic renewal from trial to permanent. It should be clearer.
Edreams scam people. They integrate their annual PRIME subscription service when you purchase the ticket. You are subscribed without consent and charged an annual fee the next month.
Update: The company actually did refund me money for this, so the issue was solved.
Every time that I tried to book a flight with them, they have changed the total price at the last step before payment without any reason! (This is regardless of all the increases they made in most of the steps before payment, which have some reasons behind).
Moreover, once I press the button to pay the fee, it normally rise up the price another time mentioning that 'the airline has just increased the price'! This is so weird that these happen every time that I am booking with eDreams!
In the last case that we booked a flight from Belgium to Italy (Catania), the airline suddenly changed the destination of our flight to another city in Italy (Palermo)! But eDreams has not informed us and our flight in their app still shows the previous version of our flight.
So, I will never book any flight with them again.
Worst experience ever. Bought a ticket through edreams and added a cancellation for any reason option to be ignored for a month and a half. It seems like i just lost 1700 euros. Despite cancelling the ticket 10 days before the flight, a month and a half after and my request is still being processed. The flights there and back are already long gone, however edreams still doesn't have an answer if the cancellation was approved or not. The chat bot keeps looping me. And after I got to speak to an agent once who told me that I will be refunded in ten days, the chat disappears from the history and I have no more access to the chat anymore. Though the email he sent confirming that is still uselessly in my inbox.
I am still waiting on my money...

I found that eDreams were very helpful and did a lot of work for me.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
