Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I booked a flight that I had to move for 2 months after. So I called their service center, asked to change the flight, they charged me for it and then told me to wait to be transferred over the phone to another service. I waited for more than half an hour and they hung up on me! So I called again, asking if my reservation was made, they said that yes, and that I was charged, but that they still had to transfer me to this other service for me to get my ticket. Again, waited up to 30 mins and they hung up on me.
So, to get my ticket, I directly called the airplane company to ask for my reservation, they confirmed it and sent me the modified reservation. So I thought I was all good! Today, going to the airport, they told me that the reservation was actually cancelled 24h after my call because I couldn't join this final service to get my ticket. So they gave my seat to someone else. I wasn't informed of anything, wasn't refunded, nothing.
STAY AWAY! They are the worst.

DO NOT use those scammers, I booked my flight they charged my card, sent me neither a Confirmation nor an itinerary, then I can't get hold of any human to talk to and the only thing they let you access is a robot who keeps asking me about my booking reference which I don't have, Coz I DIDN'T receive it. My flight was supposed to be Toronto -DFW-Toronto with stops, I called the airlines of the 1st flight which happened to be the only thing that I know, they confirmed that I'm on the 1st flight to New York, but then THEY DON'T SEE NOTHING... at this point I called my bank to do a fraud claim. And you know what edreams, call me if you like so we can resolve this and if you got the guts for it, *******778

EDreams CAR Rental BEWARE! This can be consider a SCAM, yes, as you read a big SCAM. You rent a car with them and the car company in this case Europcar charges obligatory charges like the CDW waiver so its cheaper to go elsewhere. If you CANCEL as I did EDREAMS will take your money without refund. It is mission impossible to contact them. Just ask yourself before you get a cheap price: What if you need to cancel or refund even if it's a ticket. AVOID them! You can email me for details.

When I clicked on the flight, it showed a price of "$370 ALL TAXES INCLUDED"
When I paid, it showed a list of Taxes, I was charged. The 'low cost fare' turned almost $500. I am requesting a refund of the difference. Also the site wouldn't allow me to, enter my birth date.because, the year stopped at 1950.My birth year is 1949. Also,it told me I may not be allowed to enter the country.Because my CANADIAN passport expires, less than 6 months away (Nov 27 2023)

Stay away from this travel agency, as they will take your money and you never will see it again. I have booked with them 2 tickets in 2013 with Aerosvita Airlines which got bankrupted later and since then for 4 years they are refunding me 400 EUR. THE BEST OFFER I got from them as compensation was 50 EUR discount of my next ticket purchased through them... And this company even gets a rewards as a best e-commerce site... Just a warning for a fellow travellers!

As soon as they get your cc no. They will not accept any responsibility. They got a reservation in copenhagen which at the end they charged me 8 nights instead of five.

This company has got to break a world record in lying, twisting words and total incompetence. I am stuck in a continent I don´t live in because my flight was cancelled and they wont do anything for me. No flight, no hotel and no answers.
They lie about trying to contact me, and I know because I am sitting by the phone all day waiting for the to call. THEN all of a sudden... an email. Saying they are sorry because they have no flights for me on the 24 of feb. LIKE I REQUESTED! I asked them to get me home. I was not asking for them to check for me on the 24th. IN one of the phone calls it was said that they would check from the 24th and onwards. I was supposed to leave here on the 15th. It is now the 20th of feb. And I am still stuck and they do nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE.
Walk or swim to other counties if that´s what you have to do to avoid these scammers.

Just don´t do business with this company. You will end up bleeding money somewhere far away from home

I booked two months in advance and added eDreams "Cancel for Any Reason Trip Guarantee" to my itinerary for $71. I contacted eDreams shortly before my trip to inquire about cancelling due to illness and was advised that I could cancel my trip up to 24 hours before departure time.

I waited until 25 hours before departure. I was still sick so l phoned eDreams to cancel. They told me I missed the cutoff to claim the Guarantee because they are located in a different time zone!

TOTAL SCAM. Please also note THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER to reach them. The entire interface is through a pathetic messaging interface and you must endure a lengthy system of multiple challenges and hoops to jump through before getting a call center level service to phone you and speak from a script.

A colleague warned me about eDreams, I wish I had listened.

Edreams is the worst travel online Co in the world... It is a scam. Please do not use them. You can never find their address to log a complain. They send you around and around but never find a conatct. It is always an automatic no-reply email that you get. IT IS SCAM... Pls DO NOT USE THEM. I have written to them at least 20 times and was never sent a correct anwser. IT IS A SCAM...

I have had an issue regarding the payment fee (21!) whit my VISA debit card. I travelled regularly within EU and abroad and never had this problem before. There is no break down of the bill before you pay and the final price was 30% more than the final price if I do the booking directly in Norwegian.

Therefore, I have already told them I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

I hope you guys don't fall in the same trap as I did again.

I booked and paid £833.84 for a return ticket from London heathrow leaving in November 2023 and returning early January 2024 I received confirmation for the return ticket only but not for the outbound. I therefore phoned a number listed on several occasions for the missing ticket to be sorted but no joy. I tried sending emails but no luck there either. I bought 2 tickets, had to cancel due to an emergency and for one ticket the amount got refunded back to them while other got refunded back to my account. They have not refunded the amount till this date whatsoever. Scammers as i never used MSCD ********8841 to which the airline had refunded. They never seem to be responding or picking up the call. Only stalling till date.
