Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. Took me more than expected to be able to book my flight, and after my bank declined the first transaction I had to reinitiate a whole new order. With the result that now I have to trips on the same date (one in status "failed" that I can't remove from my account).
I've also rented a car but it doesn't show as part of the package.
A more complicated process couldn't have been created:-(

I received emails after the booking was confirmed say I need to confirm details which is incorrect. Also my email address in the system can't be changed as it's incorrect and made up by you. I go emails from my bookings but when I try to do other things the email default is incorrect

There were a lot of options for flights that you could filter. I found booking special luggage fairly straightforward compared to other airlines. However I found that the price of taking a musical instrument was nearly double the price of other flights including long haul and this was for a short haul flight.

I was told I have to pay for my back bag since it is 11 kg. My flight was with one stop in Barcelona - then to Alicante. Therefore I had to pay 100 euros to keep my bag. I paid the money so I can keep my only bag on me. Wished that was cheaper.

This NY hotel was advertised as costing £263 per night with "free cancellation".
I go through to book the hotel based on this information and price.

However, after making payment the EDreams confirmation shows this is actually false. Only a partial refund is allowed before a certain date AND what is worse there is an additional fee of almost 200 dollars to pay direct to the hotel on top of the £263 per night.

EDreams you are a fraudulant company and unless you honour what is advertised I will be reporting you to the Ombudsman and will ensure you as a company suffer far more than you hope to gain via deception through these underhand antics. Absolute disgrace of a company.

I booked the flights because they combine airline operators, provide a large selection of alternatives, and with Prime the prices are sometimes the most favorable. I booked the hotels because they were cheaper than other platforms. Although their selection of hotels is somewhat smaller, all the ones I booked were of good quality. I am satisfied with the reservations in the first year of Prime membership.

I booked a trip from Riga to Male 3 years ago which I was suggested by the support team to cancel for a refund due to change of the airline schedule and I never received a refund.
I paid 1900+ euro for nothing! I been emailing and phoning all the time, all they say is that we are still processing the issue! Never trust this company with your long flights - in case of cancellation you will be SCAMED!

The company has a good selection of flights and deals, and I managed to get the deal I wanted within a few minutes. However, it then took me over 20 minutes to navigate the online booking system without adding extras to my bill. Every page asked me to add more luggage, or book an expensive seat or add travel insurance or add a hire car or add a hotel room or add automatic check in etc etc the list is endless. Persevere and you will get a good deal but be careful not to add extras you don't want.
