Did struggle a bit with the website but not sure who was responsible for that. Ie travelling with or without travel insurance - no box for 'arranging my own' and unsure of cabin sizes available and also upset that for the cheap prices I needed to join prime

As I went to pay I got kicked off until next day. I almost booked it with another site and decided not to. Now every time I go on line to enquire about another trip the pricing is in Euros? Also had no choice but to accept a prime membership or it would not allow me to continue.

You withdraw money from an card that was not linked to your app for "prime" that I had no idea I had or wanted this "prime".
Then when I checked the app I managed to see what prime was and to unsubscribe I had to unchecked all the bonuses (that I didn't checked on the first place) and realized that I paid 90 euro for NOTHING!
Lately i used eDreams because it looked ok, but after my next trip I'll delete the app and NEVER use it again.

Dear sir, madam, on the 5th of sept I booked and pricelocked a flight with edreams toe Toronto. When I tried to finalize the booking on the 7th I ran into numerous obstacles: I downloaded the app, found out the price had gone up by 130 euros and discovered that your "pricelock" only covered 50 euros of this.
The provision of "flexi" had been added at the cost of 50 euro without me asking for it and the app did not enable me to cancel it. I rang and after a long wait in the queue spoke to three different people in India who were unable to help and then I got cut off. The app did not let me book or confirm either way and seemed to be stuck. Eventually I had no choice but to book the only flight left for that day at 200 euro more than the original as another 40 euro was added to the price the moment my credit card payment went through, without explanation.By then I had wasted three hours of my time. I was wanting to cancel, as I had subscribed to the trial offer, and to stay on, my Prime membership was discounted, and I was given a $90 credit. There wasn't a code to go along with the credit and I called customer service. I was on hold for almost an hour, waiting for someone to help. Apparently, the credits are only good on the app and not the (broken) website. When I downloaded the app, the credit was given for a different country and not the US. I then waiting for help again, and they had to reset my settings to show I was in the US. It has been an insane amount of trouble and I would rather pay more, be able to use the website, be able to book with someone over the phone, and just have a better overall experience.
I was prompted to join for a discount on my airfare through Spirit.

Went well till I needed to correct the name of my companion found that when I spoken to one of your staff was told that I had to wait 72 hours, 3 days later received an email that told me that I had to contact British Airways.Because of that It was to late and my companion missed the flight.
I chose it because of the reasonable Air fare price.
