Cute clothes, but not worth the pain endured if you have to contact customer service for return or exchange. Never waited on hold this long in my entire life. Then you get weird condescending, attitude from the rep. Slow refunds, horrible communication. PASS.
Eloquii suffers from a basic misunderstanding of requirements of good online apparel retailers: free returns and prompt refunds. I've been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund to be issued. Customer service is now just ignoring me.
Like others here, I find the return process frustrating. I sent back some clothes on 9/21, they didn't acknowledge receipt until 10/4, and did not process my refund until 10/18 (which meant I didn't get it posted to my credit card until 10/20). It's pretty frustrating to have a lag of over 3 weeks between receiving the return and posting a refund, especially when their own return timeframe is really tight - postmark within 30 days of receipt. I had no luck contacting customer service on the phone (very long hold time and I eventually had to give up to do something else), but I did have a quick response and clear information from the online chat, so that was good.
I've liked some of their clothes, though, and it's nice to have a place that takes a few fashion risks for plus size clothing.
Yet another retailer that has jacked up prices just because clothes are "plus-size". If you're going to charge $150 and up for a dress, it would be nice if the fabric didn't frey after the third time wearing it! I've tried coming back to them three times and have yet to find good quality items. Its so frustrating. We need to stop inflating prices for double digit sizes. Enough already!
I love their clothes. However, you had better get the sizing right because it's hard to speak to a human. They just won't answer the phone. Very disappointing.
I took a chance and ordered from this company whom I've never heard of. Purchased a shirt 2 sizes too big and it still ran small. The jumpsuit I purchased fit like a potato sack. Called Customer Service to return and because they were final sale merchandise, no return.

I wish i didn't waste my time & money on this company. I tried to return a dress that did not fit at all. Brand new, never worn, tags attached. NOPE. Their customer service sucks and their return policy sucks even more. The customer service rep was rude and said her manager will tell me no different then she would. She was right, the i don't give a sh*%t manager siad there is nothing i can do for you. I will NEVER order from them again. You shouldn't either. Unless you have $ to burn p.s. i posted a review on their site. OF COURSE they didn't post it.
I have waited a month to be refunded, the whole process from contact to time to process to find returned to me is not worth ever doing business with an online clothing company again. Never ever again. Absolutely terrible and to think after all that I won't get my full refund. What a load of crap. I won't fall for that again!
I have shopped with Eloquii a handful of times but that comes to an end today. I received a dress that was too big and the fabric was some of the scratchiest I've ever come across. Eloquii did not send me an email confirmation of my order. After calling customer service, I was assured the order was placed and that I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Again, I did not receive that either. I did receive an email after it was delivered. Then I had to go about figuring out how to return the item which was not straightforward, so again I called customer service. The "365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day" touted line was "not open." So I called again on a weekday and they helped me with the return.
Here's the caveat: there is no way for you to receive a full refund unless you choose the gift card option. I wanted the money returned to my card. If you choose that option, they charge you $10.99. That was more than my shipping was at $7.99, so at this rate I lost money on this transaction by shopping with Eloquii. After speaking with customer service and complaining about this, I was assured I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours--again, they did not live up to their word.
It's disappointing because I do think they generally (though not in this case) have good quality clothes. Due to their customer service (or complete lack thereof I should say) and the fact that shopping their return policy is bullocks and costing me money when I am not receiving any product, I will no longer be visiting any Eloquii website ever again.
I ordered a dress that looked very cute in the picture. When I received it the fabric was very heavy and hot. I understand that that is a you take when you order online. You don't know what the garment us going to actually feel like until you receive it. BUT, to then be charged shipping costs AND a return fee is unacceptable. I will never shop here again. Not worth the risk.
Answer: They have changed their return policy, they use happyreturns/eloquii, just enter your zip code and you can drop your return off at the nearest business that they have partnered with and your refund should post within 3 to 5 days.
Answer: I'm not sure what country you're from. In the US a 40 is a size 2-4 in clothing. They use the shipping you prefer.
