Empire Covers

Received my cover for my BMW Z4 in a timely fashion. The cover is nice but the attaching clips are useless. Went away for 10 days and the cover blew off 3 times. My neighbor attached it in my absence and I finally said to leave it off. Very disappointed. Will be home in a couple of days and would love to return it.

I had an old 72 chevy and had it painted and the Texas sun was ruining my car but when I got the Empire cover it saved my car from the hot sun in Texas. I put my hand under the cover and my car was cool. The cover that I got this year doesn't protect my car so I researched back to see where I bought that cover and it was Empire Covers. I have an old 94 legend and I want to protect it from this terrible sun. Can't wait to get my cover for my car because they tell us we will have this horrible hot sun till October. Tripple digits for the past 44 days. Empire Car Covers are the best. Don't buy any other product. They also last a long time. Best car cover ever.

We bought patio furniture covers to protect from the sun, dust, and rain here in the southwest. Empire covers are very high quality. We had rain a couple days ago and there are still some beaded water bubbles sitting on top of the covers. When I measured I didn't allow for the angles on a square fire-pit with 4 chairs around it and had to exchange it. Their customer service was exemplary. Just wish we'd ordered them a few years ago.

I'm 54 years old. The cover was actually very easy to put on. Did my homework to make sure the one I was ordering was going to be the right size. Well, it didn't fit. Needed to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I called Empire Covers and they are sending me another one with no questions asked. Didn't charge me for it. I am going to tell everyone I know that has a motorhome or trailer and tell this is the company they need to use. Pauline was more than helpful. Thank you to everyone that works there. If you don't want to splurge on custom-made covers, Empire Covers are a great alternative. So far, they have kept our patio furniture completely dry when it rains. Just because of the design of our furniture, which is more round-shaped with a swivel base instead of legs, it is a bit tricky to figure out the best way to put the covers on, and the tie-downs don't work for us because--no legs. However, that is something we can work figure out. We are really pleased with our purchase and have recommended Empire Covers to our neighbors. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We received our boat cover for my sons bass boat. It is a great cover and the quality seems to be very good. As soon as we got it put on it started raining and we could see the water bead up and running off. Extremely happy and unless when we take cover off it has leaked inside i would say this cover is amazing! Customer service is also amazing! Thanks Empire Covers we will be ordering again!

I read reviews but never write them but this company is an exception, I felt!
I looked all over for a cover for outdoor deck set, keep it nice through the winter. Didn't want to spend a fortune. Amazon had lots but this company allowed you to pick your size n thickness with a 40% discount.
Purchased n when I put it on, had a small hole in it. Contacted them thru email n sent pics and before end of day, they approved another to be sent out to me! So fast, no other questions asked. They didn't even expect me to return the damaged cover.
So... I would definitely recommend them n how they stand by their products! Definitely use them again n share with others!

Fits well front to back. Not much extra over the windshield, side to side. Easy enough to put on myself. Straps down in five places that look like they'll hold. I didn't trailer it far, but it should stay on ok for trailering.

Dealing with Empire Covers was a pleasure from the beginning of the process until we received our patio furniture covers which delivered much sooner than I expected. Customer service was helpful and friendly at every step and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing covers of any kind.

This is long over due but I had to write because their customer service was fantastic. I order a lot of chair covers and I did the wrong size. They exchanged the covers and were so pleasant to work with. The covers are great also unlike others I purchased that fell apart in one season. I have had an excellent experience recently dealing with the customer service department at Empire Covers. I had a tear occur in my cover for my pontoon, and I contacted customer service and Yvonne was completely on top of it. I am grateful to be able to do business with a company that not only acts fast, but stands by their product. Great job Yvonne and Empire covers.
