Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!
Had an awful interaction with this company, paid for a promo code that never worked! When I reached out, they refused to refund! Finally I had to go through the 3rd party to get my money back!
Everything is mostly awesome: simple website interface, very cheap prices, a large selection of products, and payment methods. The only downside is that there is a minimum price limit. Your order must be at least 85 euro cents. However, this small issue won't affect my final verdict 5/5.
Best shop I know when it comes to CD keys for games and gift cards. Delivery is fast, purchases are simple and easy and keys work. Not to mention the awesome offers. You can get some classic, critically acclaimed games like Fallout 3 or Mass Effect 2 for less than 10 euros! Insane.

I received the Steam key right after the purchase and launched the game with no issues. Seems that this service is good.

I purchased a google play gift card for my friend during Christmas. He bought a skin on Mobile Legends. Therefore I think its fair to say this is a legit site. I plan to comeback here in the future as they have awesome game deals too.

After 2 weeks back and forth to support, along with being told i was unable to follow simple instructions, my account was deleted at my request due to the sheer ineptitude of the support i received. Apparently only one person in a household can use one device to purchase from their site.

Interesting how I got a reply having posted on here. It was a standard reply that didn't progress the situation but a reply at least. Now 29 days they've had my money, surely a refund doesn't take this long considering I've even had Microsoft prove the code was used and not by me?

Disgraceful company. Sold me a code for Xbox Ultimate which had already been used. I raised a ticket (as this is the only form of contact) to which they eventually replied asking me to get Microsoft to prove I hadn't used it. I did this and sent them the proof, after which they stopped responding and haven't answered any messages for the last three weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was sceptical about it at first because of some reviews I had found across the internet, but I gave it a try... Got my key at the moment of payment confirmation, cannot say a bad word about it. Deposited $40 into my account + a 86c transaction fee (happy to pay) but only $4 was deposited. Apparently the 86c fee is for $4 not $40. I sent them a screen shots of everything and they have admitted an error on there side has happened but due to there t&c i refund is not possible. Wow! Avoid them if you don't want your money stolen!

So I went to shop at Eneba on 6/11 because I thought it was safe based on Reviews but guess what I went and bought a 100 dollar psn card from their website. And as soon as I got it I went to the psn store to redeem it. It says that voucher is incorrect and does not work. So I went through the hassle of sending them screenshots of everything and proving from PlayStation chat the guy said he has no record of that code being activated or existing. 3 days pass and still no response. If you want to never see your money and lose almost 100 dollars shop here.

First time buyer. Key was instantly delivered, but would not work on PSN. I tried to register on their site to create a help ticket, but the site would not allow me to login. I was able to create a generic help ticket but the auto response was that there was a backlog of requests and it would take a while. Terrible first experience. Hopefully I get this resolved.
Update. I got a response the next morning requesting screenshots. And a 3-5 day estimated resolution because they have to contact the seller. Once this is resolved I'll be extremely hesitant to do business with them again.

The key does not work, it is wrong. I do not recommend ENEBA to anyone. I sent many mails without result because they answered differently each time and instead of solving the problem, Mao responded critically. In fact, I paid for a card of 20 € PS, but the card never worked, it is wrong. I made a few good purchases on the site, so decided to buy a giftcard and make some more purchases. Bad idea... the card would not redeem and I was told through the chat help that there was a limit on monthly spend - what kind of retailer stops you spending money - especially with their own giftcards?
I queried why this wasn't mentioned on the site and was told it was in the terms and conditions, so I checked them - no such condition.
Then I was told that it had been removed from the terms and conditions but I still had to wait another 25 days before I could spend the giftcard.
So I now have a perfectly valid, genuine giftcard that I can't spend or even get a refund on.
Very deceptive practice by the website, I think I'll be taking this complaint further.

It's true, there's a monthly limit on the amount, that can be redeemed monthly. Gift cards are often used to scam, therefore this limitation is set.
We understand, that it by no means is perfect, but since gift card is valid and working, you can just wait it out and purchase the product later or can use it with another account, if you really want to buy something now.
If you want to purchase something on Eneba, there's not much of a reason to keep buying Eneba gift cards, you can use a different payment method and buy products directly. Gift cards are meant to be gifted not to be overly used.

If the price seems to good to be true - it probably is. While eneba claim to just be a marketplace - they take some responsibility for selling keys through their site.
Bought a key to use for a game that evening - duplicate key did not work. Customer service apparently take over two weeks.

The games are cheap and deliver quickly, but there are often issues with ordering and delivery. I've tried to order 8 games at once for about 25$ and it always went wrong somewhere and my money got refunded but when I tried ordering again the same error appeared but no money came back to my account. It's been almost a full day and the support is not responding to anything and my money is still not returned, although it says that the money is refunded in the order status. It's a lot of money for me and I'm really stressed out about it. It's not the first time this happened. When I ordered games before, one of the codes was used, and it took support 3 weeks to send me a new one. I would rate 4,5-5 stars if support wasn't so unresponsive and bad. I really hope my money is refunded and I don't encounter anything like this in the future.

The games are cheap and there's a great selection (not to mention they are cheaper than in most places), if you time it right you can buy it at the sale. I am into indie games and had no issues with keys. Plain and simple, I trust them.

Bought multiple games and eshop cards and finally yesterday got scammed for 50$, bough an already uses eshop card from a seller with 99% rating called "Zeus", no success contacting the customer support and it has been the worst experience i have ever had on buying keys

I requested a refund for a Ghost Face DLC Steam Key and they actually replied pretty quickly; however, this is where the compliments stop completely. Once they replied to me, they asked me to provide photo proofs which were already required to even submit the refund. Therefore, this not only further lengthens the refund process but they didn't even reply to my email after that. Their refund policy is a complete sack of $#*! and if your key doesn't work upon receiving it say goodbye to your money.
Heres some advice:
Don't spend more than like $10 at a time on this website and once your luck runs out and you get scammed be glad its only $10; I've seen some poor souls get $50 scammed at a time from this garbage.

Ordered a gift card on their site, went to my chart, filled in the billing and paid with ideal, then the page kept loading.
Result 64,34 gone. Just PooF. And they cant seem to find my payment and my order they claim there is no trail to follow.
I have bin using ideal Rabobank for over 15 years and this has never happened before that a transaction is send and collected and then disappears.
Seems Theft to me and im giving them a few days to either deliver the gift card or a refund or just any info on what happend and what needs to be done.

I was checking your tickets and I can understand why this was so frustrating for you. You were trying to take advantage of a good promotion that we were offering and after a couple of attempts, you were simply not being able to make the payment. I totally get it. But I must ask that you please try to see our side as well. If our system has blocked you due to suspicious behavior it's because your activity reflected exactly that. Which wouldn't have happened if you had only tried to purchase a couple of times, even if you had used different email addresses. Again, I understand that you were frustrated by the failed attempts and that you simply wanted to make your purchase. But as a Software Engineer, I'm sure you can also understand how our automated system would assume that several purchases made in a short period of time from the same source using different attributes can be taken as suspicious.
After your contact, we can get an idea of why this has happened but for an automated system, these attempts just seem like someone is trying to work around our security limitations. So, it ends up blocking the account to prevent it from being used without the owner authorization.
Now, I also know that you have contacted us and have stated that you are the owner of the account. But I'm afraid that simply not enough. That's exactly what someone that gained access to your account would tell us. I know that an experienced user like yourself has their own ways to protect your data and that what I'm saying may seem like silly excuses. But I ask that you consider that not all our users can protect themselves as you can. Most people still don't know how to protect themselves online. So, in order to resolve these sort of situations, we really have to go through the inconvenient process of review we started with you.
You preferred not to go through it, which is totally understandable. We just ask that you please try to see why we have to request it in the first place.
