Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!
Had an awful interaction with this company, paid for a promo code that never worked! When I reached out, they refused to refund! Finally I had to go through the 3rd party to get my money back!
I have bought Sony PlayStation Network Card - 400 SEK from Eneba but the Key they have provided is not valid. I have contacted their customer support and after asking me to send 4 screenshots from different sections of my PSN account, they told me that they have to check this with their suppliers and since it's up to the suppliers (External process) to investigate the case, they don't know how long will it take to get this fixed. Looks like at Eneba, they don't care at all about their customer. I have paid the money and the money is apparently gone and nobody is responsible for this. This is a scam in my point of view! So, I strongly suggest that you don't risk buying from Eneba! I will update this comment if the problem gets resolved.
I preordered a game from Eneba. After months of waiting, they emailed me to tell me their supplier can't get the keys and are refunding me despite the fact that they are still selling keys for this game – but now, because it is no longer a preorder, it is much more expensive from them or anyone else. So, they have cost me money and the opportunity to buy from a reliable supplier. They try and blame their supplier but if they do not vet their suppliers properly then that is their fault.

Bought 25 x7 week Game pass ultimate codes. 3 of them did not work - not the end of the world but they are trying to put the blame on the 3rd party vendor. However my contract and invoice is with ENEBA and not the vendor. I have supplied screenshots for them as requested.
I have asked for some replacement codes and for them to deal with the vendor or alternatively they can deal with PayPal directly. I'm going to give them one more day.

I bought 3 keys for the 2019 grid game, but I got the keys to the regular grid. I reported the matter to the support with screenshots that a different grid pops up, I gave 4 screenshots with each key and so far they can't get it done and they ask for the screenshots I have already given them. And in the second situation, I bought lego marvel super heroes 2 and sent a screenshot telling me from steam that the key was activated 5 days before my purchase. It wasn't enough to get my money back. To me, it's a bunch of scammers.

Eneba stole $12 from me by selling me a bad cdkey. I ordered Minecraft months ago from them and it worked fine. I ordered a 30-day Warcraft cdkey but when I used it on the Bnet app it said the key had already been used (redeemed). I approached Eneba and they had me send them screen shots of each step to redeem the key which I did. They still refused to acknowledge the problem and lied to paypal saying that the cdkey was verified before selling it to me. I'm currently working with my bank's fraud division. There are better cdkey sellers. Leave this one alone.

ENEBA is a scam website. Okayfreedom bought for 1 year after 12 days okayfreedom doesn't work. ENEBA doesn't want to refund my money or make okayfreedom work? So don't buy from these scammers. There was nothing about 10 GB per month when I bought them, they just corrected the website after. And many software is free to try while sold at ENEBA example bitdefender is FREE for 6 months?

So i bought a card code from this website for myself and i got the code when I entered it it gave me a error its been redeemed already when i never redeemed it so they put me in this game with contacting playstation support i did that and ps support just kept ending the chats before i can send them the proof and toying around with me so i sent the proof i needed to eneba and they said sorry we cant give u ur refund because of blah blah blah this is ridiculous dont buy from this site they took my money and i didnt get what i wanted >: c

Seems to be a scam as they turned down 2 separate cards for a $101.00 purchase. After the first card was turned down for insufficient funds I assumed it was because the international purchase so tried a card approved for that and was turned down again with insufficient funds. I knew I have funds so verified and was show I had $20,000.00 available and still show insufficient funds. Beware as 2 banks aren't wrong!

My order gave me a message after i payed with paypal that the transaction had failed cause i had ad block on and to try again so i did and then it wanted my phone number to send me a link but when i put in my number it said it was not real.So went on pay pal and found they charge me every time they had me try again. I got paypal to stop the charges because i tryed to use their customer service what was a joke they had me write a ticket out and i still have not heared back lol scam site. Report scam site to Google i know i am. thats the only why we will get this site to go away. (ticket: *******) So I bought nier automata from their store for the first time ever and as u can expect I got used key so I emailed them, they replied within few hours for the first time I provided everything what they wanted and got a reply that they thank me for that and they provided this ticket to somebody ya know the same $#*! every support says. It's been 4 days since then, I wrote 3 replies since their last one and didnt get any reply or anything. Like honestly at least tell me to $#*! off if u are going to just straight up ignore me and take my money. Save ur time and money people and DON'T buy from eneba sometimes it's worth to pay a little more than deal with this $#*!.
EDIT: this is just hilarious after 2 hours of me publishing this review they finally replied offering me refund, if thats not just a coincidence then its kinda lame. Either way imma change my rate from 1 to 2 stars unless they end up having "problems" with refunding my money which im really afraid about.

I had bought a vanilla visa gift card to use on eneba, i tried using it but it kept saying error, after a while i tried again snd it said there was no funds, i checked and it said somebody had charged all the money i had on google play which i dont even use i have an iphone and the card was brand new, and what i alos noticed are the time stamps, it was charged minutes ahead of my time, if youre planning to buy from eneba please be careful

I bought a nintendo key from Eneba, apperently seller was using a stolen credit card and my whole nintendo account was suspended. I talked with nintendo they want proof obviously and request a screenshot of refund from the seller. But eneba is not helping they just say "the key was already displayed".

I purshased three bunles on eneba and recieved two of them. The third one didn't show the code only a pdf of some weird patterns. I've contacted service three times in total on two different accounts, but haven't gotten help. They responde "A new ticket has just been created for you automatically" every time. I like this site and I always return here. Just a few days ago I bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and it works like a charm. Received the key in time. I don't understand people who blame Eneba for scamming. Neither me, nor my friends ever got scammed at this store.
I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.

The seller scammed me with 125 euro steam cards that were probably sold to multiple people. I tried to get help from their help desk, they gave me useless answers and asked for a lot of screens and stuff (that I always immediately provided) for like 20 days, after that they closed my case stating that I could not 100% prove that the seller was a scammer.
Funny part: to prove it I would need info from the seller that he obviously doesn't provide or the full picture of the cards that they did not provide even if I asked it multiple times.
End of the story: if you get scammed by the seller, ENEBA will just help the seller scamming you.

We can relate to that while buying in a rush issues like these could occur due to lack of attention to details. However, considering the types of products we sell, we need to limit our refund policy at a certain point, in our case, that point is after the key is displayed. We needed to create this limitation because as soon as the key is displayed we have no way of knowing if it was activated or if it will be activated in the future. All our keys come from European distributors of legitimate keys. Unlikely other pages that sell this type of product, not everyone can sell in our page. To sell with us, one would need to have a registered company with proved experience in the business. What this means is that the quality of our product is extremely high. Mistakes can still happen, from time to time, some products need to be retyped so a typo in one of the codes is a possibility. But these are very rare cases. And we will, of course, help out if you find one of these problems.
