Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!
Had an awful interaction with this company, paid for a promo code that never worked! When I reached out, they refused to refund! Finally I had to go through the 3rd party to get my money back!

Yes i have created a ticket, as hundreds of people that have been scammed in eneba. The procediment is always the same, send toms of pictures of your xbx account, redemption of codes pictures, talk with xbx and send us the proof, and after that several days without an answer.

I bought 2 Playstation 12 month codes from Eneba. I was out of town and didn't enter them for a few weeks. When I entered them, only 1 worked. I showed proof of this and they keep saying I have to provide screen shots from within my Playstation of Transaction History. I do that and that's not enough. Now they want me to provide a date and time stamp of the activation. THE ACTIVATION DIDN'T WORK THEREFORE THERE ISN'T ANY ENTRY FOR IT IN MY HISTORY. This is not only proof that the code didn't activate to my account but even PSN Customer Service confirmed. Is this part of the scam to ask customers to provide something you know they can't? I spent more time arguing over this code than it would have cost me in time just to pay full price! Waste of time!

Please understand, this is a standard process, you have to go through, in order for us to get all the details and to be able to confirm the issue and offer solutions. The reason, why we ask for activation date, even if we can see, that it was not activated on the account that you show is because it could have easily been activated on any other account. In this case, all you have to do is contact PSN and ask for when the particular key was activated, you don't need to know, who's account it was, all we need is just a date and time in this case.

Decided to use Gift card/Bank card for a deposit, since didn't know where to use it, there were 25 EUR left, deposited them a month ago, but they never reached my account ;) Contacting support is useless, since they are replying with general answers, which don't even answer my request, previously used this card and everything worked fine, but now money just disappeared. Contacted gift card/bank card provider and they assured Eneba got the money, contacted support with full proof of it, but they didn't even care ;) not a refund, nothing (talking about Lithuanian Eneba), planning to contact Consumer rights for this, 25 eur is not a lot and don't really care about them anymore, I got more triggered by how they handled my request

I bought a Nintendo £25 Eshop card which cost me £24.37. The Code I was given did not work on Nintendo's website. I emailed customer services expecting that they would send me another code directly to my email address but unfortunately this did not happen. Instead the refunded the money to my Eneba wallet.
Normally on any legit website, this would be fine. However, the price of the Nintendo £25 Eshop code went from £24.37 to £25.11 on the website. I was obviously not happy to pay extra for something I can buy cheaper from Nintendo themselves plus it is my rights as a customer to receive the working product at the same price.
I explained the problem to customer services hoping they would send me another code directly but they did not offer this and refused to top-up my wallet with extra funds to pay for the card now that the price has risen (the price is now at £25.30).
I have since asked for a refund to the card I used to purchase the product but they refused to do so. Now that I have told them I will be disputing the payment through my bank and told them I'd be writing bad reviews if they do not put the problem right, they have stopped responding to my emails.
The strange thing is that now, every time I load their website and look at the £25 gift card, the price creeps up higher and higher (which I assume is done via them teaching you with cookies and your IP address). This must be done to make you eventually give in to the fact that they do not give you a new working code and eventually buy the more expensive product, making them more money.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. CDKeys is an alternative which I have had a better experience using.

Neat website, can get games for cheaper than on steam, was very easy to use, there are even instructions on how to do everything properly so you'd have to try really hard to not receive your games.
As the title states, I recommend the site. It's cheap, fast and not complicated. You can shop for both games or game cards, and they tell you which region the product belongs to.
Just SAR says Eneba is a marketplace, it's a platform for different suppliers to sell the CD keys. As for me, the service of Eneba was always well but I had a friend who bought CoD: WW2 and the key didn't work. He simply contacted the support and the key was replaced the same day with a working one, probably obtained from one of the other sellers.
After buying a card, I go to punch it in and it doesn't work. I go to file a ticket and get hit with wall after wall of demands for proof and screenshots of private information. Hesitant as I was, I went above and beyond to give them the information they needed.
Now my claim has been sent off site. With no ETA or even a guess at how long it'll take.
Scam site. Don't buy. These people aren't worth your money.
EDIT - They copped out of giving me so much as a replacement. This is the excuse.

I could not activate the game, as the code was already used. I have contacted support, who requested full screen screen shots of my Microsoft account order history, subscriptions, and error I received when I entered my key.
I provided support with all of the requested information, and they claimed that they had "proof" I activated the key.
This is the response I received:
"We've just got a reply from our suppliers. They've confirmed that the key was unused and valid at the time of your purchase and that it has since been activated. They have ways to confirm this directly with the game's producer, something that we're not able to ignore. Unfortunately, considering all the above and as you'll certainly understand, we won't be able to proceed with the refund of this order. Additionally, I noticed that the site claims that I rated "Top Gun Games" as "Excellent", which I absolutely did not do. There doesn't seem to be a way to change this false rating. BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMED!
They gave me wrong code that is already been used and don't want to change it. I spend 3 weeks with customer servise and they solved NOTHING! WORST SITE FOR CODES. Also they blocked my account. Sh*tty site.
