Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!
Had an awful interaction with this company, paid for a promo code that never worked! When I reached out, they refused to refund! Finally I had to go through the 3rd party to get my money back!
The site has many cheap games, which will save you some money along the way. I bought my Swtich titles from them since it ended up cheaper and I preordered one more game. I just really like the site.

Stay away of this type of websites, they work in a shady way, they sell codes that doesnt work and then later they say it is a non valid code for your area and expect you to pay for nothing.

I have bought few Switch game from Eneba and have no regrets. Prices are often lower than anywhere else, and they have sales (that's how I got my game, in fact). Definitely recommend
I purchased a World of Warcraft upgrade through Eneba in the beginning of May of 2023. I have bought several keys from Eneba in the past and never have had an issue. I went to input the key into Blizzard's website and it stated the key was already used.
I sent in a ticket to Eneba to get this resolved. They responded saying it would be up to 5 business days for a response from the seller. In the meantime I reached out to Blizzard's support team. They stated that they could not help me with a key they didn't sell and couldn't give me any information when the key was redeemed. They did however say that they could tell the key was NOT used by me. I sent a screenshot of this to Eneba. They eventually reached out to me and told me that the seller had proof I used this key. I asked specifically for proof, that doesn't exist since I did not use the key, and they have ghosted me then closed the support ticket.
I will definitely not be using Eneba in the future and encourage everyone making a larger purchase on Eneba to look elsewhere. I'm now out $52 with nothing to show for it.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: DON'T PURCHASE STEAM KEYS FROM Eneba. SCAM
I attempted to buy Total War: THREE KINGDOMS Steam Key and when I tried to load the code into my Steam account it said the key was no longer valid. Like some of the other reviews on the Sitejabber website, Eneba asked me for a screenshot of the key, and my Steam library along with the error message. It has now been four days with no response to my ticket.
Mr. Axel Montattle, I can only assume a customer rep at Eneba was supposed to be helping me with my ticket but no response.
By the way, I'm an adult who uses wargames as a teaching tool fork history class in college. I plan to share my experience with all of the parents I know that purchase online games for their kids, my students and will post this cautionary tale on other websites that warn people of scams.
If anything changes I will update this post in fairness.

I've purchased 3 games on Eneba in the last four months or so and in neither of the cases have I encountered issues. In fact, I am very satisfied with the service.
Bought an HOI4 key explicitly advertised as being for the US region, bought it, was NOT for the US region and could not be used. I gave them a chance and spent 2 weeks repeatedly asking them when they are going to fix it, all they know how to say is "we are waiting to hear from our supplier".
After 2 weeks of repeated emails and the same response every time, I asked them when they were going to refund me, they pretended I didn't ask that question and told me again some canned response about "waiting from their supplier". Had to file a chargeback finally to get my money back. Interesting to see what lie they will come up with in response to this, since they seem to respond to all of these reviews.
Edit: The response below is true, they did send me a message after weeks of stringing me along, and conveniently "got a response" from their supplier as soon as their payment processor informed them that the transaction had been disputed, probably because you get penalized for chargebacks. I did get my refund but not from them returning it.

I want to share my personal experience as a former employee of Eneba. My time working for this company was extremely disappointing, I feel it is important to provide an honest account of my experience to help others considering employment with them.
The most important part is that my trainer intentionally wanted me to type 'PR' into the search bar to reveal potentially visited 'certain' websites while looking at my search history (And then take a screenshot) to try to mock me in front of my coworkers. Initially, I was confused because I didn't realize what he had done until later. I'm worried that he might be engaging in this practice with other new employees, causing them to experience the same situation.
Apart from this incident, I encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted my professional well-being. The work environment was characterized by a lack of respect and a general disregard for employee well-being. Management consistently failed to address concerns, leading to a pervasive sense of frustration and demoralization among the workforce.
Additionally, there was a blatant disregard for work-life balance. I consistently found myself working on a hectic schedule without proper compensation even on national holidays. The workload was overwhelming and unrealistic, resulting in excessive stress and burnout. This company and their team leaders showed little regard for the mental and physical health of its employees.
Furthermore, the compensation and benefits provided were far below industry standards. Salaries were uncompetitive, and there was a lack of benefits or performance-based bonuses.
I strongly caution potential employees to thoroughly consider their options before joining Eneba. The negative work culture, lack of work-life balance and inadequate compensation and benefits make it an unfavorable choice for anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling professional experience.
Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have had different experiences working for Eneba. However, I believe it is essential to share my story to shed light on the company's shortcomings.
I purchased a "GLOBAL" key, and instead I was sold a Russian key, when in the description of the problem it was written that the game was available in all languages. I am waiting for a support, I have already contacted the EA and they have told me that they (the site of Eneba) will solve the problem, otherwise I will ask the forced refund to paypal.

I've spent hundreds on this site, but recently there was a issue with an order. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL you just send emails, get a general pre written message, then nothing. No communication, no replys to emails, they just ignore you.
This quickly went from one of my favourite sites to the worst. I've had to resort to trying to get a charge back via PayPal because I simply am not getting a reply.
If they did reply, they could probably fix my issue quickly, but after 3 days I'd be a fool to think I would get a response.
I was issued a refund and I chose to accept the money in my eneba wallet as it was instant. But the site won't let me spend my balance, saying I don't have enough money - see screenshot below. Now I'm ignored.
My advice - stay away - there are similar sites out there (Gamivo, g2a, instant gaming, cd-keys) who are much more deserving of people's times and money.
If everything goes wright, then you'll be happy, but as soon as any issues arise you'll wish you never spent anything on this site.
Edit 9/12/23 - I've waited 6 days for a reply from customer service, and have not received a single email. I resolved the problem myself, I tried again to buy the item again, which had now increased in price and was able to purchase it.
Not happy that all my attempts to to contact were ignored, and that it cost me more money because I was ignored. So can't recommend this site, which is a shame as they have some good offers. But any site that takes your money but is totally unreachable, is not worth the risk and I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
I've updated my rating from 1 star to 2, because I did eventually get my product, but it was more expensive and they have no customer service.
