We have a very ill cat and ordered a medication that has to be kept at a cool room temperature. We ordered the medication about 2 weeks ago and it took about 10 phone calls and the order being reshipped twice before the order was sent with ice pack as was stated on order sheet. We just received another order of same medication paying extra fee for there to be ice packs and had none. The customer service rep argued that room temperature does not require ice packs despite we Paid for them to be included this time and ignoring the fact the regular 95-105 temperatures out side here is not room temperature.
Online purchase was easy and considering shipping was to Canada and customs being involved, time of delivery process was reasonable. We have purchased this product before and it's excellent at keeping good bacteria in our dogs to assist with prevention of diarrhea.
I placed an order of two items, a medication and dental fresh 11 days ago. I sent an email asking the status of the order, 7 days after the order, no answer. I finally called and that is when I learned that the dental fresh was in back order and it was holding the order. WHY no one sent me an email stating such or call. My dog is 15 years old and needs his medication. I order because you had "good" reviews. I will not order again.
Terrible order experience with EntirelyPets.com. Jan 21 - placed order for "in stock" item with original shipping of $5.95. Jan 21 - received backorder notification. Jan 23 - received another backorder notification. Jan 29 - my credit card was charged for order. Jan 30 - received shipment notification. All sounds good so far, right? Feb 3 - received email asking for extra $27.88 for shipping. My total order with original shipping was $33.97, so this would nearly double my order! In the meantime, I have been out of a product that I was expecting should have already came so buying small packages at a local shop to get by. This is bad business practices. After this, I immediately ordered from PetCo and got the items within 3 days - with free shipping, too! I would never recommend EntirelyPets.com.
I place my first order with the company on 6/29/20 the website said product available. I waited a week, order was showing pending. I called the cs rep stated a lot of back orders on this product. And we were to receive it by this next Monday 7/13. I called again today waited 47 minutes for someone to pick up, then was put on hold for another 25 minutes for the rep to check the status of the order. Now they told me its on a manufacturers back up order and I will not receive my order until the week of Aug 3rd. Meanwhile their website still shows this product available. So misleading and no communication or follow up on orders. I just want to be made aware its over 30 days before they can fill an order. So I can make a decision to shop elsewhere. Will not shop here again!
I was surprised my order was handled so slowly. I was given a tracking number via email shortly after I placed my online order. It was several days before I received an email that stated my order was being held up. While I understand and am grateful that precautions were taken, I'm still frustrated why I wasn't informed immediately when my order was flagged. Here I was expecting my order on my doorstep and I'm told it hasn't shipped yet. Apologies made by company, order released, and hopefully shipped. It was another 12 days. Weird. I have always received my orders (much, much larger than this) in 3-5 days. Lot of good a tracking number did me. It had absolutely no information whatsoever. Will I shop again after one bad after so many good? Well, how badly did they screw up and how long will I remain angry? At least I got the correct items.
Another fantastic transaction, I have been a customer for a few years and never had a complaint. When they shipped the wrong product they quickly resent the correct product no questions asked. Highly recommended.
I just received my Azodyl in the mail today. Did not pay them for overnight shipping, so it arrived warm. I called and was told too bad for me. They did not guarantee it since I didn't pay for overnight. In other words, pay more money, and we'll get it to you the RIGHT way. Go the cheap route, almost $70.00, and ha ha for your dog and you.We don't really care, and next time, pay more money and you won't have the problem. Just lost a customer and everyone I come into contact with will hear my experience. Just my opinion, but the company should care more about the product and their customers... I'm sure they are having a good laugh at my anger towards them, but, I take care of people as a profession. I would never short change my clients because they didn't have enough money to pay me. You don't get better care because you pay me more money...
Very simple, straight forward, easy ordering. Got product in a timely manner. No complaints here. Later I received a follow-up e-mail asking me to confirm that I received the product, I clicked a link and was done.
Placed an Order in February 2020, was never filled and there's no way to cancel it. Now in April the order is finally being CHARGED but apparently not filled. Can't Reach Customer Service. Can't send an email inquiry (broken link). If they fix the issue, I'll update this review but if 0 starts was an option, that's what I'd give.
You can order and reorder Frontline Gold for Cats just like I do without leaving your home on EntirelyPets.com website. In just days, it is delivered to you in your mailbox for USPS. I have not found it less expensive anywhere else.
I am a volunteer with a rescue group in Canada. We have placed many orders and have had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! Our last order was placed on April 1 and I received it today, April 7. It saves us huge dollars (a lot of these items are 80% more in Canada) and service is great. I placed an order for over $350 US and later that day got an email offering a 15% discount. I called and they reduced the price immediately. I was very happy. Thanks for the great products, great prices and great service.
I have ordered from EntirelyPets many times. They have JOINT MAX, which I can't find anywhere else. They also have many other great products and penny samples. I have never had an issue with receiving the products. If they come later than I was hoping, I can guarantee the USPS may play a roll in that. I am completely satisfied with all my purchases and I purchase from this company often. Never had a customer service issue, since I've never needed customer service. So, thank you for fantastic service!
Ordered something from them they said was in stock. Got a back-ordered email a day later and canceled the transaction.
They said they canceled it, but it has shown processing at my bank for four days. The bank said the transaction was not canceled and is being processed as a charge.
Of course, when I contact this rip-off company, they said it was the bank's fault. Yeah, right. Now I have to dispute the charge.
Oh, and they told me what I ordered will be available in two weeks. However, I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would not have new stock until February 2016. Another lie from Entirely Pets.

My experience was good, but I get really tired of all these review emails that come, and then there are ones like these that want a specific number of letters. These are the things that make me not use a company. I did not agree to this, I ignored the first one, but then came the second one.
There was a problem with my billing address and the company called me immediately to resolve the problem. They were very easy to talk to and answered the phone promptly when I had to call them back. My product came in just a few days and at a great price and I'm very happy with it!
I have dealt with issues at companies in the past and have NEVER seen worse communication! I have an order outstanding for close to two months. I have called a few times and was told "it is on backorder and will be delayed"---duh! I have emailed customer service at least 5 times and ZERO RESONSE. I completely understand that things happen but worst communication EVER. No one will get back to you! I will not be ordering anything from them again even though I am a long term customer. I am sure they will not care anyhow. If you are thinking of using Healthy Pets.com I believer same owner. Too many other options folks... don't order from these guys!
I have shopped with EntirelyPets.com for years and never have I received such poor customer service as I did from representative "Mike." Several times I emailed asking questions and received responses that failed to answer them. I had been waiting 3 months for a backordered product and wanted to know if I would be emailed when someone had an ETA. Apparently it was more important for Mike to cater to his attitude than answer my actual question, forcing me to wait days for his responses repeating the same information which still did not address my specific question. In the end, I canceled my order, reported a complaint about his "service," ordered from Chewy.com instead, and will no longer do business with EntirelyPets.com, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
Saying items are in stock when they aren't is poor business. Two people placed two separate orders for the same "in stock" item. Both were shipped the same incorrect items. After reading the reviews I'm no longer shocked that this happened. The return process and refund process has been a nightmare and I still don't have my money. Customer service says one thing and another day it's another lie. This company is unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't shop here.
My cat loved the original Vee Purrfect Curly cat teaser/bouncer I bought at a local pet store a few years ago. The curly part had gotten so fuzzy and wadded up I needed a replacement, but couldn't find one locally. I found a new one at EntirelyPets. The cool thing about this wand is that it has a lot of flex and bounce than other teasers, and has small round beads inside the wand that make a gentle rattling sound. Gets my cat really excited when I dangle it for her and if I wedge the wand between books, etc., or zip tie it to her climber, she will bounce it herself if I am not around. Item was well packed and shipped promptly.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
