I ordered a prescription for my dog and one week later it still hadn't arrived, although they deducted the full amount from my checking account. When I contacted customer service, they claimed to have emailed me several times that they were out of stock (their website said in was in stock). They sent the emails to a. Comu account. Don't you think they'd realize their error? Apparently not... nor were they concerned about this obvious mistake. I wished I had read previous reviews of this company before ordering from them!
If I want to eat weeks before receiving a shipment I might reconsider them, otherwise forget it! To make matters worse once it gets here UPS handsover the package not to me but to the post office to deliver! That means extra added days before receiving it! How can this business stay competitive?
I ordered 6 bags of CET chews for my dog. I consider the CET brand to be far superior over Ora-clens that I've used in the past.
When I received my order, I found only Ora-Clens chews with a note saying they had been substituted for the CET chews! I called customer service and was told I could ship them back or be refunded 15% of the purchase price. I was almost out of chews which are used daily) so I chose the 15%.
Soon after, I checked the price for Ora-clens chews on Amazon. They were $2 per bag cheaper even after figuring in my refund!
Apparently, CET chews are scarce right now. Other companies are stating that they are "back ordered" or "out of stock". Entirely Pets says nothing on their website; they just send you junk instead of what you ordered.
I think most of these negative reviews are fake - placed by EntirelyPet's competition. I am with a rescue group in Canada. We have placed many orders. We have never had any problems. Orders arrive in good time and they are always complete. By buying from EntirelyPets, we save hundreds of dollars even with the exchange rate. That allows us to spend the money we save on veterinary care for our rescued dogs and cats. Please don't be swayed by these false reviews. In our experience, they just aren't true! I ordered 2 bags of dog chews and was informed they were on back order. They're finally in stock and they were shipped 5 days ago and they're still only in Illinois. It may take until July before they make it to PA. Seriously been waiting weeks for 2 bags of dog chews.
I placed an order March 20,2020 and it is supposedly being shipped today, over 2 months later (it's May 28). No indication that they were backordered until I reached a customer service rep. In the meantime, emails have not been responded to, long wait times on the phone, and I've been given wrong information from the customer service people, leading me to believe I should have received the items by now (Oravet chews for my dog). Very frustrating. Additionally, not one customer service person said they were sorry until I pointed that out. I've been nice despite my frustration, mainly because of the pandemic, but the company and their service reps are inadequate. I bought the chews here because of the price, but it's cost me more in time and frustration. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
I places an order with entirely pets on 9/20/10. My credit card was declined. I knew it was not an error and the credit card would always be declined. So I placed another order (not identical) on 9/23/10 and used a different credit card. In Dec. 2010 i got an email saying my order was shipped (I had not placed another order). So three months after the declined order they decided to put it threw on credit card info I gave for another order. I called and they said they just randomly rerun orders on declined cards. That might make sense if they did it on the credit card I used to purchase that particular order. Not sure if this is even legal, but I will find out and act accordingly
Really liked the website. Got a good discount and like they have recurring order capability. Had the specific products I needed. Ordered 2 products and after a week went by, when I realized I hadn't received the order, I called to inquire. The items had just shipped and was told I would receive the next day. Called 2 days later and was told my order was actually shipped the day I was to receive. And that Fed Ex was slower in delivering because of weather. I ended up getting that day. In my initial conversation with them, the rep did say they were switching their system around. I will order from them again, but not cut it so close with my timing, in case it takes a little longer. I'm assuming it was in the redo of their system that it took a little over a week to fill my order.
I am very disappointed. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise on sept 3rd. Here it is sept 13th and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service is poor at best. I have called their 'toll free number' which at any point of the day is a message machine and I've emailed which has gotten no response. It bothers me that they have my credit card info. I will not be ordering from them in the future.
Entirely Pets don't show whether something is in stock. If you're unlucky enough to order something that isn't in stock, your credit card will still be charged on the day you placed your order. And if you cancel an order, good luck trying to get that credit charge back. I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks now to get $135 charge reversed on an order I cancelled. Every time I talk to them (4x now), they tell me I'll be credited back by the end of the day. I am still waiting.
I placed two orders with Entirely Pets and attempted to use my $5.00 reward on both occasions. Both times my online total was showing the $5.00 discount and when I received my credit card bill, the $5.00 was not taken off. I called on several occasions and was told my credit card would be credited for the $10.00 which it was not. I emailed customer service with all copies of my paperwork and still was not credited. This company's customer service and online ordering system are completely fraudulent. I recommend shopping elsewhere!

I could not use the discount code I received in an email. I went to your Facebook page to retrieve another code. I was unable to use that one as well. Your order page said it was a bad code for both. If you look at my profile, youll see I am a loyal customer and have ordered a lot of products. This was a FAIL!
Just received my first package from entirelypet. It's well packed and delivered. It is difficult to get good supplements from US for my pups, I'm happy to know that Entirelypet provides worldwide shipping
Up until my last purchase, I was satisfied. I ordered Dasuquin chews for my GSD. Shortly after receiving confirmation, I realized that I ordered the wrong size and thought I cancelled online. I called and was told I could not cancel the order.
Short version item received and returned unopened to vendor. It took a month for EP to acknowledge it received the item. Almost month later, still waiting

I can't believe one of the reviewers thought some of these reviews were fake. I placed an order through their website, my credit card was charged and no product as of yet, not even a tracking number and my order was placed on April 15,2017 it is now May 2,2017 and still nothing. I called to check on my order, left a message and no one got back to me. So I am definitely speaking from experience. I wish I had read some of the reviews before placing my order. I would never have placed an order had I read some of these reviews prior. Definitely not a reliable place to shop. YM
I ordered a product and a week later had not received my delivery. I called the company to inquire about this, to be told my item was on backorder and they did not know when it would be restocked. It was not disclosed during the ordering process, nor did they send an email informing me of a delay, meanwhile taking my payment via PayPal. I felt this was very deceptive and cancelled my order. I waited a week for a credit on my PayPal account, and nothing. I had to call customer service again. The rep that tried to help me went and inquired with accounting as to what the delay was, and he was told I need to wait. I called back when a supervisor was in, and I was assured if a refund is pending, I will get it by the end of the day. As we are in a different time zone, I waited until the next morning and nothing. I. contacted PayPal directly. Emailed them a copy of my order being cancelled, and my claim was processed immediately.
Ordered a product back in the beginning of March. They billed my credit card and I have never received the product. One email early March it is on backorder no correspondence since even after several email. Oh, and they never never answer their phone. Time to report to the better business bureau.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
