I had trouble with my coupon and Entirely Pets made it right for me! Great customer service! My dog needs to have the Jointmax Triple Strength chews as she is a 14 year old dachshund with arthritis. She looks so forward to her daily chew, that I have been ordering them from Entirely Pets for years. As long as my dog is with us, she will get her daily Jointmax Triple Strength chew. She thinks it's a treat. Thank you for fixing my order. We are very happy.
This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever tried to do business with. I ordered medicine for my dog, one month ago and have yet to receive it. I tried to call and find out why I have not received the medication, however, I get a recording and I have literally been on hold for 45 minutes without anyone answering. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or your energy. If you do business with this company, you will be sorry. I had to call American Express in dispute the charge, is that is the only way I will be able to get my money back from this scam company.
I can't believe all of the negative consumer reviews I've read. Last week I wrote a letter to Entirely Pets about the great service I have received. Everyone I have dealt with, including Aaron and Shana (sp?) have been very accommodating I was able to return items past the allotted time and also placed another order the same day. I have two orders now on back order for above product Felisyl L-Lysine for cats, numerous calls and finally waiting 45 minutes was told product was back ordered and will be sent to me the middle of May. Entirely Pets has already cashed my check back in March for the first order. When finally got a person on the phone he was pleasant but calling and waiting on the phone numerous times with no response is unacceptable.
Wrote 3 times to customer service with no response. Called 4 times and each time placed on hold in excess of 30 minutes and just hung up. Horrendous customer service. This was my first order, now last. Still no sign of my order going on one month.
I ordered much needed supplements on this website and I needed them in a hurry. The price was slightly better then Amazon and they let me use my PayPal credit to pay for my online purchase. The order got to me early which was a blessing in disguise.

I received 0 out of 2 orders, for a total of roughly 275.00. When you call to get ahold of someone, you get a call center, there is no store. Now I have to dispute with my bank. What a fake and a fraud. You can never trust anyone anymore, especially when they discount the price. The worst part is i cant take my cc or information off. Now I have to get a new card.
I have been ordering from this website for years. Their prices are always excellent. If I had to make a criticism it is that their regular shipping costs (although I usually get free shipping) takes some time to arrive, so if you need it quickly you'll have to pay extra. But, if you aren't in a hurry or you can plan wisely, they are a good company to deal with.
On my recent order, they got two out of three items wrong. They have been unresponsive on email, and hard to reach by phone. The person assigned to my case isn't answering his phone or email. Very disappointing.
Entirely Pets is price gouging on 99% alcohol! Their website advertised a 32 oz bottle of 99% alcohol for $12.99. When I was in the middle of ordering it, the price was bumped up to $59.99. I reported them to the CA attorney general and the federal trade commission.
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a headed pet bed for my pet. Unfortunately when i received it, the weather was warmer and we did not use it. Now with winter beginning, I set up the heated pet bed only to find it did not work. I called Entirely Pets only to be told it has been over 30 days and there is nothing they can do about it. They would not give me credit, would not give me a refund and would not work with me. All they would give me was free shipping on another item - as if i would ever order from them again!
With every purchase I have requested special attention to packing of product and every time my request has been ignored. Each time the product has come damaged. This last time I can get no answer at EntirelyPets to ask how this should be handled. I lost 1/3 of my product in the packaging due to a split bottle from poor packaging of the product for mailing.
Bad experience, I bought some items that didn't need a prescription and I was waiting for my order for almost a month. You enter the status and have no update on what is happening. I sent 3 emails to try to solve it and nobody answered. Now after almost a month they send me an email saying that my products are on the way, and of course i already bought everything i needed elsewhere. Finally, i will have to wait for the products to arrive to return everything and only then will i have my refund. Unfortunate.
Ordered a product. They told it was on backorder. Received a follow-up two weeks later telling me they haven't forgotten. Nothing for six more weeks. Emailed them, no response. Called their listed number, it didn't work. Called a second number I found, but I hung up after 30 minutes on hold. Called later only to be disconnected after 15 minutes on hold. Finally got through after reading the the entire Boston Globe while on hold only to be told they cancelled my order. Why didn't they tell me? Don't expect any customer service!
I would not order from EntirelyPets ever again. They messed up an order and have over charged and been excessively rude in emails as I tried to fix their error in my order. They just keep telling me I am confused and charging my credit cards.
Even though I did receive this product and ample time, I continue to wait on a back ordered item from 3 months ago! I continue to be told that the item is out of stock? Three months? Not very happy with this company at this time!
I ordered some Angel Eyes natural anti tear-staining chews, used them for a few weeks. It did not work on my dogs. My groomer told us several of their customers indicated the new natural formula is not working on their dogs either. I emailed entirelypets.com and they do not refund or exchange for opened items. How do I know it's not going to work if I don't open it and try it. I read this in their Q&A because they didn't even respond to my emails or requests for some type of resolution. Very disappointed in this company. I ordered from Amazon instead, which I should have known better to start. Amazon also has better prices. Don't be fooled by this company as they don't have any follow-through on their service.
I ordered two bottles of alcohol on March 7 before the pandemic really kicked off. They gave me a confirmation told me it was on the way and even sent a couple of emails saying we didn't forget about you. Then about two weeks ago they took the $20 out of my account and then canceled my order and still haven't gotten back to me. Don't bother move on
This company charged my account for products I never ordered back in December. It is now March and I'm still waiting for my refund. Keep in mind I never placed an order. When I originally got the email confirming my order they said it was a computer glitch and not to worry I wouldn't be charged. When I checked my account the charge was there. Its been months of email, phone calls etc. Still no refund. I will never use this company again.
If they have the product in stock no problem. Good price they ship it right away.
The problem I have with them is there inability to communicate with you. Many times they don't have the product and they're not very honest in there communication or is it the company is so inept that the shipping and or buying department doesn't communicate with customer service. Either way I'm tired of dealing with them and there are so many choices out there that I'll just take my business elsewhere. Eventually if you do enough business with them your 5 star opinion will turn into 1 star and this company really doesn't care.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
