Best ever! Great service & price! We have 4 dogs taking this so we need to find a good price and this is the best yet! Seems to really help! One dog will be 12, another 11 and a 9 and 7 year old :) All still go for walks & the 9 year old runs & plays like crazy with our 3 year old ;)
If they make a mistake, you've had it! - Great when things go smoothly. If they get confused and cancel your order but take the money from your credit card you'll have months of sending emails, trying to phone them, (they leave you hanging on for 5 minutes then cut you off without answering). You do the on-line help thing with someone who promises to sort it out and doesn't but who tells you the order was dispatched yesterday when it wasn't, then they say they'll refund and they don't.
After four months I gave up and called my bank and they are taking it up with them. I hope they charge them interest!
I placed an order back in April and after calling and emails since they have not gotten back to me. This is a real crap businesss. Nothing but scam artists taking peoples money. They have a number you can call but no one ever answers. Dont order from here!

It's not a major item in Japan yet, so it's not easy to get it, so I'm glad that there was a place like your company that shipped it to Japan.
My Labrador has an ear hematoma. I ordered the No Flap Ear Wrap, per my vets recommendation. I paid for priority shipping, which the website stated that I should receive it in 2 to 4 days. I received it 7 days later. In addition, I contacted their customer service when it didn't arrive as promised (and paid additionally for) and still no response 11 days later... The product itself is very good. However, my review is based on the non-existent customer service and not getting what you paid for with additional shipping cost options.
They have the best deals on the web! I honestly don't know how they do it, but I'm loving the great prices, and so are my dogs! I literally am able to get products that I can't find in stores at cheaper prices than the products that I don't want anyway. It's awesome.
I have purchased my cat's pills from Entirely Pets many times, and they have always been shipped promptly and at a better price than I have found anywhere else. The one time I had an issue with my discount not being applied, I sent an email asking about it, and the discount was refunded to my credit card immediately. Entirely Pets is a good company that supplies great products, and they understand the value of wonderful Customer Service.
I put in an order for the large Roudybush on 10/08/18. After several attempts to find out about my order I called again today (10 days later) and was told today that my order had been cancelled because it was discontinued. No one notified me. The customer support person said my account was credited on 10/16 two days ago however nothing has been posted to my account as of yet. I also was charged for the shipping that was supposed to be free. I will not order from here again.
Placed an order 2/18/20 for over $400. Order held up due to back order of Virbac dog toothpaste. Finally, I could not wait any longer for other items & tried requesting those items be shipped.
Tried calling several times; put on hold each time & after 20 minutes, still no answer. Tried Live chat; no human response. Tried several emails; received auto response, but no actual response to request. Finally, someone answered the phone & I made my request. It's been 2 days & no confirmation products are being sent. Tried calling today & phone just rang, not even an answer machine message today.
Prior to this I have been very pleased with EntirelyPets. Now, I'm not even sure they are still in business. If they are having problems due to the current COVID19 crisis, they should have the courtesy & business sense to post information on their website & on their phone answering message.
Guess I need to take my business to another supplier.
Ordered flea stuff for dogs. The website showed discount before I placed the order. When the charge went through, the discount was not applied. I've called three times and I have yet to see my 15% credit on my charge card. Not a happy camper.
I had no problems with my order for a Seresto collar for my cat. Price was the best of anywhere else and shipping was quick. I was kept informed of delivery progress. Id definitely recommend shopping with Entirely Pets, especially during sales!
Company should update their inventory so that the customer knows before ordering a product, that they don't have it at the moment or that the product was discontinued. Don't buy from this site I just read a whole bunch of horror stories.
If I could give a 0 I would! They are not prompt at all with their shipping! I ordered a cage over 3 1/2 weeks, and still not received it. Everyone who works there doesn't know $#*! about my order! Won't refund me or give me my freaking order! I WARN EVERYONE not to purchase ANYTHING from these people! The whole experience is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Each time I called to find out where my cage is they say "oh it will be shipped mid next week". DON'T believe anything they tell you!
Dog Treats -- "Made in China". When you go to the website, the product description has nothing about where it's made. Not until you purchase it and it's delivered to your house do you know. Deceptive practice. All items should have where they are made clearly stated under the product description.
I am giving a 2 because the delivery service was horrible. I placed my order on Sept. 1. I also ordered from Hollywood Feed and Dr. Smith and Foster's. Those orders arrived September 5. I did not receive the order from Entirely Pets until 1:00 pm today September 15. I have also used chewy.com. They actually carry everything I purchased from you. I order from you because of the sale. Whenever I order from chewy.com I receive those orders in 2 or 3 days plus no tax or shipping cost.
Worst company. Worst customer service. Phone representative interrupted me twice, gave me false info regarding status of order, then gave me a fake name and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he transferred me to a voicemail box that didn't belong to a supervisor. Company sends email that reads "Your item is on the way". Reality is your item has been discontinued and you will have to call and deal with the rudest person in the customer service field. Makes you wonder how he got that job
Shop owner said he would call me back that day. No promised call back, no responses to emails. No return call from message left on answering machine. Will not buy from again.
Product was Lean Treats produced by Henry Schein. We use it to give our dogs pills. The " Treats" were so dry they crumbled upon handling. This was true of the previous order we received. Competitors orders were also dry. We could not use them.
This was not the fault of Entirely Pets. It was poor Quality Control at the manufacturer.
There policy is to not accept returns if the item is opened. They told me this when I told them my dogs didn't like one product and the other one smelled rancid. So you don't know if you (or your dogs) like it because if you open it you own it.
BTW, I didn't ask for a return I wanted them to know about the rancid product so they didn't sell anymore of it. I won't order again.
Entirely Pets is the absolutely the worst. We ordered over $500 worth of product. Six weeks later and all we have received is one item, that we didn't order. Everything else is on backorder. Calls to their helpdesk are routed to India. We have called multiple times and are always told that we "will be contacted in a couple of days". It never happens.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
