Very unprofessional team! Never report back! Spoke with 7- 8 representative, no one take things seriously. I have to pay from my pocket for connect flight at last minute! No one even notify for delay When you call... put your on hold... looking for supervisor... who is always on break! Look for other better options
This is absurd this scammers want to give me a credit and they know As a US citizen How can someone get a credit for an international flight that can't use because of Covid neither for now nor for the immediate future. Refund me the money back please I knows there's hundreds of people requesting the same thing as the airline Air Europa told me you need to refund because of the situation no matter the booking, the airline is allowing it and you know the procedures but you as a scam company want to keep all of your victims money and that's sad. Give the people's money back!. Stop making fraudulent and nonsense things. Avoid at all costs booking or requesting services from this scammers!
Website is missing crucial information such as the fact that there is no cancelation insurance available in Quebec and when you speak to an agent they lie through their teeth and assure you that as soon as you enter submit and pay the fare all will be magically fixed. This is the worst travel site i have ever used.
They sold me a $108 one way ticket and the day of flight I find out my reservation been cancelled without letting me know. They offered a ticket for $462 and I had no other choice and I purchased the ticket. Since it wasnt my fault and it is the way they make money. I put stop on payment through my credit company. I should handle this very smarter by reading the reviews. All reviews are one star.
I bought 3 tickets, same day I got the confirmation and the e tickets. Everything looked perfect so far. Two days after I got a cancellation email because during the validation process with the credit card some information didn´t match (?). But they charged the tickets in my credit card. It has been 10 days and I haven´t received the refund. The customer service is awful, they have made wait for so long, the information they gave is not reliable, they just say "I understand. I am sorry for that" but meanwhile the money is gone...

I have booked ticket with explore trip for my parent. Transaction went through but they didn't issued ticket mentioned that transaction failed. When Called bank they confirmed it went through. I was asked to prove it. I dis conference call and then they said yes ticket is confirmed. Later they charge additional charge on my credit card and when I called they gave unsatisfactory answers. I had booked it was success why do I pay next day charge? And now on top of jetairways closed and clearly mentioned to request refund. This guys saying jetaiways doesn't respond anything about refund. I didn't get refund yet despite a travel date already past and I have to book another ticket for my parents.
I spent 1000 on flights home for Christmas. I got covid 5 days before the flight, called up and they said that they'd be able to change the flight once I pay the difference of Aprox. $170. They said they'd be in touch with new options to fly.
A week goes by with no work so I ring them back. They then tell me that to change my flights back to February it'll be a fee of $620, making it $1620 total for flights from New York to Ireland with 2 connections in between. I sourced alternative direct flights available for $400
I asked to speak with a manager and they refused. I insisted and refused to hang up until I spoke with one and they said he would call me back within the next 3 hours.
That was 2 days ago.
Absolutely joke of a company with horrific customer service.
I called customer service and the wait time was so very long. Finally, an impatient Indian women answered and she said she was located in San Francisco. I asked her what time was it in SF and she gave me an incorrect answer. The price is so amazing, almost too good to be true.
I read all reviews about this site and finally understand that people who are giving good reviews to this sites are all fake ids. They are just staff of exploretrip who are putting fake reviews to hide reality.
I purchased ticket from their site and they cheated me. After few days, when I saw my credit card statement I came to know they charged more than ticket amount. I called them but they started making excuses. Finally they agree to refund my money but did nothing.
I have contacted them several times via email and phone but they always make me fool.
They always say that refund is in process and you will receive in 15 days.

I booked through Explore trip. Alaska company cancelled my flight and moved the time to next day 10 hours before departure. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT! I called explore trip. They are not responsible at all.

I called them several times regarding the cancellation of my ticket, but they always tell me to talk to the airline, and the airline is the only one that can help.
But when I called the airline, the airline told me that they cannot see any information because the agency avoids it. The airline cannot even check the price of my ticket.
I called the agency again, but they always tell me they cannot help.
I want to cancel the flight due to Coronavirus and agent saying they will deduct CAD$200 per ticket(i bought 2 tickets). But when I asked airlines they told me, I am eligible for a full refund. Again, I called them now they are saying Airlines will not pay Tax and other fees and that's why they deducting money. I thin they are lying since I checked the tax and other fee amount and it's more than $200. This agency making money from this virus outbreak which is really disgusting.
Warning, DO NOT BOOK THOUGH EXPLORETRIP! I booked a trip with ExploreTrip last year January 2020. Unfortunately, my trip was canceled. I received a automated message through the airline stating that they refunded the money to ExploreTrip. I sent them the authorization from the airline and filed for them to return my money. I have spoken to various customer service reps who continue to give me the run around on how they will process this refund 3 weeks and received same response via email. This has been since September 2020. No refunds as of yet. They are playing with my hard earned money. A bunch of thieves. Be careful.

I put in the wrong credit card number when booking. When I called to change it, it had been 18 minutes since my reservation and somehow the price they wanted to charge me was $75 more per person. The same price I had originally paid was still appearing on the website. After I complained, suddenly.it was $40 more per person. Totally ridiculous.
*Beware* This site is a rip off. Their web site will quote one price but they charged me more than the invoice. Going through the hassle of cancelling your flight to get a refund is a waste of your precious time.
I had booked my girlfriend a flight from Nashville to Atlanta, and when she arrived at the airport, the airline could not find her flight and said that her ticket was canceled. I received no warning or notice. Customer service has been a nightmare, and they have not issued me a refund for the ticket. Do not use this company.
Today I called exploretrip and asked for their help with a booking problem that I had. Pete, a C/S rep. Helped me for almost an hour as he got my ticket cancelled and called the airline and arranged for a refund. They do serve their customers!
I ordered airline tickets through Exploretrip.com. I searched for a couple of weeks to find cheaper flights but was unable to. I purchased them through Exploretrip and have been completely satisfied. An agent even called to find out if I had been satisfied with my purchase.
I had to cancel my ticket and try to get it back as a credit. Forget it, the ticket what are trying to sell you including the credit is double price and hidden fees applied, it's chipper to buy brand new ticket. Rip-off agency, very unprofessional.
Booked 5 tickets from them back in the beginning of the year To Italy, because of the pandemic flight was cancelled. They charged me $75 per ticket because they claimed I cancelled, when there was a travel ban to Europe. Tried to convince them that I didn't cancel, did not want to hear it. So I lost. Now they extend my remaining credit to January 5th 2021. Called them recently and was told my account was perged out if the system and they need to call the airline and there a possibility I lose my remaining credit. They are a total scam! Be aware! Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional!
I found great deal. Exploretrip is really awesome. 2 months back, i had a trip to Singapore from New York and than i went to Nepal. After that i came back to New York. Travel agencies were asking for $1700 for whole trip but i found deal of $1000 in Exploretrip. Thank you very much for saving my money and providing great service:-)
After booking with exploretrip felt like changing my travel dates quickly one of the representative Stephan took my flexible dates and sent me an email of reasonable charges applicable I sent a reply to them accepting all charges which are applied he gave an itinerary within in minutes on call really cant stop appreciating the support team member Stephan for his efforts to change my itinerary which saved my time.
Booked a flight from Toronto to Delhi through Guangzhou for May 5th, 2020 on China Southern. CS issued a statement about full ticket refunds for anyone coming out of Canada through China because of the virus. Explore Trip tried to tell me that because it was "just a layover" it didn't count towards the policy and continually hung up on me whenever I would try to call them. My boyfriend managed to call and get a refund of $379 ($130 short) as the company kept on insisting the "taxes and fees" were non-refundable And/or it was a "special ticket price" even though China Southern issued a policy on FULL refunds. I have since then kept on calling and being told different stories and then being put on hold for long periods of time in which they then hang up on me. I will continue to argue with them until I get somewhere. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers. Plus they are super rude whenever you actually talk to them.
Customer service (Colin) was absolutely $#*! and they were not gonna give me a full refund when they are supposed to due to covid-19, i even called the airline to confirm this. Still trying to resolve this - such a waste of time
