Easy to navigate thru site, decent prices for basic lenses, great selection, and best of all, amazing customer service. Still 5-stars but would be awesome if there was a way to find doctors in my area so I can be equally money-savvy.
I need prisms in both my glasses. Needed to order two pair, but on my main pair, no matter what frame I picked, it popped up for me to call because you may not be able to put my prescription in those frames. I tried 4 or 5 different pair. Full rims too and different sizes. Then I call and get an Indian person that I couldn't understand. My husband just helped me and it still didn't work. You need to change your site for frames for prism glasses only so I don't spend hours trying on frames

Charges for clear lenses on Frame buys are rip offs.
I needed RX glasses and my experience with another overseas (India) based online company was complete frustration. Beacause of Covid 19 didn't want to have personal contact with any one, therefore tried with EyeBuyDirect. First attempt was not successful but fortunately 2nd attempt was very happy and fruitful..
