Easy to navigate thru site, decent prices for basic lenses, great selection, and best of all, amazing customer service. Still 5-stars but would be awesome if there was a way to find doctors in my area so I can be equally money-savvy.

Bought 59 glasses, with tint anti scratch etc. Frames broke after about 8 months, but at that price no big deal. Went to order again, was going to order same frame but they are discontinued. So at least maybe they discontinued them because of breakage issues. Will keep buying here!

Eyebuydirect definitely has more options and benefits for vision than other eyeglass sites I've ordered lenses from. It has helped lessen on the eye strain, especially when you're in front of the computer majority of the day.

Progressive lenses don't apply to frames that are automatically 2 day delivery. Wish I had known before trying many times to make it work. Called for help and was told to try again in 30 minutes? No way did it work. A chat the next day helped. Had to find different frames.

Hopefully these ones work. I had good luck for multiple pairs from you until the last ones they just could see out of despite being the same prescription I was replacing in the same frames. Fingers crossed because these are more expensive this time around.

When you try to pick the lenses for your glasses standard lenses are way at the bottom and don't even look like an option. The high price options are all in big boxes with large lettering, it is like they want customers to only buy expensive lenses and that is a deceptive practice.

I've been using Eye Buy Direct for about 12 years now. Always have great prices for when I need to be cheap, and when I'm trying to buy name brand. Glasses have always lasted as long as I didn't do something to break them (which I'm clumsy so that's saying something). I've had to return a few times because I messed up on my prescription, or I just didn't like them as much as in thought I would and the process was always quick & easy. Now I buy glasses for my child as well as myself 12 years later after my first time using them.

Love the virtual try on feature and the prices can't be beat. I generally prefer to buy local but the same glasses at my local eye wear store was 4 times as much, $850 compared to $225 is a no-brainer

Love the quality and colors and looks. I do wish my prescription could fit into all the lenses within my prescription filter. Some of the ones that say they will fit end up saying they actually won't at the last possible step. That is the only negative I've experienced with EyeBuyDirect
