These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

Took 3 weeks to receive my order, a lot of wasted time, Did not even offer compensation, or an apology. I thought this company would be better organized, if you have glasses on your website you should at least stock them and have your own in house prescription lens facility. Expected a lot more from this company

Extremely delayed shipping, poor customer service, and a generally horrible experience for what should be a simple transaction. After weeks of not receiving them (3-5 business days indeed), I needed them for a month-long trip. So they said they would overnight them to me -- at my cost of course -- and they still did not arrive by the next day as promised, leaving me in the lurch without lenses, despite repeated assurances and an additional $13 overnight fee that I was naive enough to pay. Never again.

I love my Kate Spade glasses. Very good price compared to our in town. Called customer service a few times very helpful. My only complaint is that I­t­ took one month exactly from order to my mailbox. At the 2 week mark I was getting worried and the lab never responded to let me know the I­t­ was taking longer than web site said. Would use them again!

Bought an Oakley with prescription lenses but one of the lenses was loose and constantly popping out. The customer service was pretty responsive and provide couple of options. I ultimately send the glasses back for exchange/redo because of warranty. However the processing time is VERY LONG. It took over 3 weeks to receive my first order. Now it's been about 2 1/2 weeks since they received my exchange order and still now update. Customer service said it takes about 7-10 days for them to process the order once received it. I personally think it might be okay just buying sunglasses from them but not prescription glasses. If you buy ophthalmic glasses then you pretty much have to buy prescription lenses as well because of frame warranty. No lab will take responsibility for outside frames if there is breakage.

I ordered my glasses over a week ago and they haven't even shipped yet(I didn't get prescription lenses). I have received no email regarding my order and no one has answered on my emails. Apparently, this company has a bad habit of delaying the orders, as many other customers have pointed out already, but whats even is worse is the fact that they don't even bother contacting you about shipment delays (or anything else for that matter). Also its very sad that they respond faster here than they do on the actual customer service emails.

I have order two pairs of glasses and both of them took around one month or more to get. The customer service when contacted say that they are shipping and doing priority but the 'Shipped' Status will be on for 4 days before I could really track the item. Very Very disappointment!

I was never emailed to tell me that frames were not in stock (website states you must be notified within 24 hours) 3 weeks later (glasses were suppose to be mailed in 3-5 days. No glasses! Finally get a response telling me they were not in stock, but will be 15% knocked off my bill ( next day all customers received an email with 15% off) so no savings for my trouble, was originally only offered 10% off. Was told I would get expedited shipping, but glasses were already 2 weeks late, at this point getting 2 days shipping instead of 3-5 isn't a big deal. Took over a month to receive glasses. Was told from last representative he would look into additional money refunded for all the problems. Never heard back! My daughter's prescription changed, she is in school and needed them, and had to wait a month to get them. So upsetting and completely dissatisfied with experience!

Ordered contacts 9 days ago, paid extra for "fast" shipping still havent received a tracking number. I have zero confidence. For those who got screwed with their extra shipping charge, call your bank and ask for a refund. I am waiting to see if I ever receive the lenses, then I will charge back fully. These children running this awful business need to realize these are products people NEED, not WANT. This is not a pair of shoes that's delayed. EZContacts is everything but easy.

No issue with getting contacts at competitive price. My disappointment is with their custom frames getting prescription sunglasses. The frames were so bow legged, at first glance my spouse mad the ew face. The fact this made it into shipping wasted my time and my trust in getting a quality product. Ive oscillated on the efficacy ordering fitted items via the web, this experience was a huge deterrent as no human was available for interaction. Just a form email. Still havent received my refund and its been 3 weeks since the ordeal should have concluded.

There is false advertisement on site ordering my MK glasses. Took a long time from buy-receive period. Followed up by phone and email with little to no response and understanding.
Disappointment with customer service as well as pricing with frames and shipping.
Glasses came dirty with minor scratch on right lens, If I can give no star I would. Would contact for refund/exchange but not worth the trouble of working with Ezcontacts again.

I am impressed with how quickly things get done at EZcontacts.com. I had difficulty sending my eye prescription by email. A customer service rep named Rex responded to my inquiry about whether it was received or not. Once I successfully sent it, he even confirmed receipt of it with a responding email. I'm very happy it was resolved so quickly and how Rex maintained communication until the issue was completely resolved. I wish more reps I come into contact with were as professional and competent as him. Thanks for a great first impression of your company. I'm definitely going to return for future orders, largely because Rex was awesome (and the prices are sweet as well)...

Ordering was simple. The glasses however did not ship out in their estimated time frame b/c the lab forgot to send them out. When I called Customer Service two weeks after the anticipated date, they identified exactly why I was calling, followed up with the lab, and got back to me quickly. Long wait to get help, but once connected, customer service was excellent, took quick action, and fixed the problem. Well-crafted glasses arrived a few days later. Also, I wish there was an opportunity to try on frames before ordering.

Website says orders shipped in 3-5 days. My order took over two weeks, received after three weeks because of calling multiple times! They just forgot to do my eyeglasses? I was told frames in stock and lenses were super simple prescription? Then after they drop the ball they send them first class!
Eyeglasses have two issues. Definitely not worth the headache to save a few dollars.

I found this site via google and was not sure sure about it. So far so good. They had good prices on contacts but I felt the website could definitely use a little work. It seemed like the steps for purchasing were out of order, causing me to re-enter data.

Today I followed up on my order, since I've not received a shipment confirmation. Live chat was very helpful, though it took a total of 20+ minutes to resolve the issue (when would they be shipping). Kylie Grams was an excellent rep who was extremely helpful.

If I could give negative stars I would.
I was excited when I ordered my designer glass frames. After 3 weeks I never heard anything from them so called. There were 89 calls ahead of me (what a surprise). I put it on speaker and worked while waiting. When I got to #3, they hung up on me (after an hour wait). Then I emailed customer service and Stacy said she apologized, that there had been an overload in shipping but I should have already received shipping confirmation. And she offered me a 15% discount on my next order (what, am I crazy?!)
That was 4 days ago. Have sent her two more emails and no response. My order still shows as un-shipped on the website.
I have now initiated a refund through my credit card company, but I would rather they just send me the glasses. I sent them an email telling them that (2 days ago) and still no response. Lesson learned, if it sounds like a fantastic deal, it isn't.

I always look for items online that can be very useful for my trade. Turns out this site is such an amazing place for purchasing eye wears. Access to authentic products at a very reasonable price is rare to find nowadays. Other sites delivers fast but very poor in quality and prices are unreal, so I don't really mind waiting for my orders even if it takes time to arrive since I know that I saved a lot of bucks and I am getting an authentic product. Item still hasn't arrived. The information from DHL shows the item being dropped off at a local post office 5 days ago, but no tracking information is available? Why use multiple shipping companies to deliver a pair of glasses? Why would the company ask me to rate their product that is currently 4 days late and still hasn't shown up? To take it one step further, I am military and currently deployed ensuring I won't get the glasses for 30 more days because they were not delivered on time.
