EZ contacts had the prescribed brand that I was looking for so I don't have to worry about the fit or comfort of a different manufactured lens. Plus I have all the benefits of online shopping including competitive pricing and awesome customer support without compromising my vision.
This was my second time ordering and I will count using them.
Wish I just would have gotten plastic polarized glasses from a different website. These worthless things are marketed as being durable but VERY EASILY get little scratches that are painfully obviously wearing the glasses in sunlight
I am in love with my glasses. I had concerns if the item was authentic if it would come in the original case and I'm happy to say I got exactly what I wanted. Authentic Glasses, it came with the proof of authenticity card, original glasses case, glass cleaning cloth and a little dust bag for the glasses. I'm in love with the product I bought because I definitely got my monies worth. Delivery was also on time and was a smooth process. I'm so happy!
I order from EZContacts every time I need eye drops. They are cheaper than other places, accept FSA/HSA and delivery if free and super fast.
I work in construction and sometimes you have to travel without notice. I ordered from the site and days later i had to go from Florida to North Carolina. When this happened i tried contacting for help with my order and offices were closed. Days later support answered but now with package in transit they told me they could help me change the address, only way was making a return. But how was i gonna make a return if i wasnt in the state?. I lost my package the airbnb owner doesn't answer. This could have been prevented.

I originally ordered RB 5387 transparent frames and a few weeks later I was informed they no longer carried them. So my 2nd choice was the RB5387 green which I promptly received. Thank you.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses for my vacation two weeks prior. Expectation based online and in speaking with a representative was a few days to a week… plenty of time.
Reality is I received one pair and the other showed up when we were abroad. Upon returning the second pair of Ray Bans had a very agressive slant to them and therefore I won't wear them. Attempted a return but it was too late according to policy but I just want an exchange and I am fully amenable to pay the difference and shipping.
Do the right thing so I don't have to take to social media as I am a blogger and share a poor experience.

Your site glitched on me, never finish my order and never given a confirmation so I ordered from local shop. Then received in the mail. So I ended up paying for a double order.
The glasses took two months to get to me and didn't have genuine Oakley lenses.
The glasses were not right the first time, the lenses were clearly sticking out as if they were going to pop out. Had to send classes back, which took another 2 or 3 weeks to resolve. Should have done it correctly the first time. Once received the glasses, they were fine.
Most recently I bought two packs of contacts as they were a better price than my usuals. They didn't fit my eyes right and I returned them both. One box was opened but I couldn't use them. The company would only refund one box after I paid to ship them back and I had to ask to for them to send the other box back since they weren't refunding. Just didn't leave a good impression and I will take my business to an alternative company.
In past 6 months, I purchased 2 pairs of RayBan sunglasses. Items were shipped quickly and well packaged at terrific discount. Shipping info was kept updated to track arrival. Very satisfied customer.
I ordered my contacts on 20 February and they haven't been shipped yet. When I look at the status, it says shipping in process.
Amazing number of brands and styles to choose from at greatly reduced prices. Service is fast and accurate. All good.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
