I ordered on 1/10/19, was charged on 1/11/19, and am still waiting on my lenses. My order was placed with ample time to process and ship before I needed to switch out my contacts. Now, I have no way to see. Do they not realize that they are dealing with people's vision? On 1/21, a representative told me they would ship from the warehouse in 3-5 business days. Still haven't received any updates. If you don't have lenses in stock, then you should say so on your website. Terrible experience.
Twice now I've ordered from EZ Contacts. Their site should say it could take months for you to receive your order. A paid for a pair of glasses which sat unzipped for nearly a month, then had to hold for 45 minutes to get a refund processed. Then I stupidly ordered contact from them.

I'm starting to think their whole business model is to accept payments and invest the money until customers have enough time to force them to issue a refund.
Worst online eye contacts company in existence. I received wrong prescription for my son and did not realize until he opened one box. I returned order. I was charged for difference in new order. Never received it. Instead I received a partial refund and am now out almost $80. You can never get anyone to answer phone. Customer service is non existent.
My lens have already cracked in three different spots. I contacted customer service and they said since I am outside the return policy time frame by 1 week, they are unable to replace them. They will fix them at my cost plus shipping. I usually have glasses for two years before getting new ones. I should have bought them full price from my eye doctor instead of looking for a bargain. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
Trash company. Who's giving all these reviews? I ordered glasses in September. It is now December and I haven't received them. I been calling and emailing trying to get a refund at least and they ignore everything. Scam operation.
EZ Contacts made my first time ordering contacts online a great one! Pricing was affordable, the website was easy to use, and the delivery was timely. I have already told my family about my experience as most of them wear contacts as well!
Paid for prescription glasses. Glasses arrived wtih script info, but glasses themselves are just the original sunglasses. Still waiting for return shipment authorization. They claimed it was emailed, but it has not been emailed to me. And this was 3+ weeks after waiting for them, being told initially that the script could not be done but then stating they could be done, and were shipped. But was shipped was non-script glasses. Can't call and speak to anyone either. I've also tried the return process online but the order number 'is not found'.

EZContacts is the only place I go to order contact lenses now. Their prices are very competitive. Orders are processed quickly and shipping is fast. I also really appreciate that they are upfront with their pricing. So many other contact lens retailers online will lure you in with a low price and then add "processing" fees. EZContacts does not do that.
How it possible that this company has such a high rating? Possible fake reviews by the company? Look at the better business bureau reviews. Run from this company. I purchased frames. They charged me. Never mailed anything. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. After contacting them a second time, they said sorry it has been beyond 90 days. So no refund, but here is 30% off lense add ons. So you want me to buy something else after you failed to deliver the product? WOW! Don't just take my word, look at the better business review site on the number of complaints. Horrible company.

I have ordered from here a few times in the past without issue. I placed this order 10 days ago. The contacts were in stock. My order was paid in advance, yet has not shipped or shows it has even been packed. The real issue is the non existent customer service. I have tried emailing, no answer. Using the chat, no answer. When you call the number every option says they are busy and to call at a later time, every time. I have tried all hours, at least 10 times. This is inexcusable. Please don't patronize this business, there are too many competitors out there to get ghosted to save a buck. Never again.
I ordered Jimmy Choo frames in April. After getting lenses put in in September ( had to wait for exam per insurance till then) and wearing for 8 days the decorative piece on the temple fell off and didn't find it. I called and they said too bad your 30 day warranty is up. I called another company who said shame on EZ contacts. Jimmy Choo frames come with a 2 year warranty. They just didn't want to bother. I am happy to say the new company replaced my temple piece under warranty with no cost except shipping.

Let me just say! It's one thing when you have a item for sale and the description details for something says it will ship in 4-5 days and nowhere does it states business days. I made sure before I completed my order. But to say it has now been 9 days and still no order shipped! On top of that I did 2 day shipping. This company is a joke and this was my go to place. Also the customer service is horrible. Well let me rephrase that because you can never reach no one via phone! When you chat that also takes 3 days for a response and when you get a reply another 3 days. I will not refer anyone to this company again or use myself! Worst experience EVER I spent almost $450 this should've been a great experience! Don't waste your time with them unless you have time to wait on your items
EZ Contacts are super affordable and quick! I wish I knew about them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good price workout having to mail in or wait for rebates! Going for the glasses next ;)
I ordered Nike frames for my son who can't see without them & paid extra to have them delivered in 5-7 days & never received them! I called & spoke with a customer service rep who advised me that this product has actually been discontinued even though they have them on there website to order. We came up with a solution to just order him a different color from & since it's been going on 3 weeks, we would be getting the replacements sent to us within 24 hours & it's now been 3 days & still haven't received the replacements!
Check out their instagram comments. People have so many complaints and not one response. They just hide their comments. I placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses and only received one. Not to mention they look old and used. I've sent multiple emails for the last month and no response. I checked out their social media and it seems like they have done this to multiple people. I don't know how this company is still in business. They should be shut down. I've also commented a bunch of times and they actually "hid" my comments meaning they saw it and went out of their way to hide the comments so they can keep their litter scam going.
As I write this review, I've been on hold for over 2 hours. I've placed an order since 5 days ago which hasn't shipped yet and I've been unable to get a hold of anyone. I truly regret ordering from them.
I ordered sunglasses on January 17,2019. I received a confirmation email telling me they received my order but did not receive an email telling me when I should receive them. I've been calling and emailing them and no response. The 800# says they are closed at 3:30 pm CDT on a Monday. I still have not received an email from them confirming shipping details. It says "order is being processed " after 2 weeks. Wow! No more business with this company. Do not buy. It's a scam. I will be disputing charges with my bank. The photo is their shipping policy, which is totally bogus!
Ordered on 2/7. Still no order. Last week I was promised my order would ship by weeks end. They sent me 7 pairs of contacts last week to make up for the error. Big deal. Here I am on 2/26 and the order still hasn't shipped. Rip off... listing things for sale they don't have in stock. There's WAY too many places to get contacts online to have to deal with this.

I ordered glasses in November and still haven't received them 1.5 months later. They keep telling me they're "in the lab" (for weeks and weeks now)... I've asked to cancel the order, but they "can't" because they're "in the lab"! I've emailed them every day (they tell me they're "in the lab"). I am calling them everyday (they don't pick up the phone). I want my money back!
I've verified the frame I ordered is not discontinued and available from the manufacturer. However, on their site it shows as not in stock. Why? Probably because they're selling knock-offs.
Even so... let me cancel my order!
This is the first time I ordered from EZ Contacts. I was surprised of how easy it was to get the frames that I wanted!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
