I ordered a pair of glasses. There's a scratch on my lense. I reached out via email and never received an email back
Ordering has been easy, but shipping times are ridiculous. I paid for express shipping, which meant that my contacts should've arrived within a 3 to 4 business days and it took almost 2 weeks. Probably won't order again.

Package came on time. Right lens looks scuffed/ scratched from transit. Kind of upset about it after paying 150$+ for the sunglasses.

My local eyeglass store wanted to charge me $600 for the same pair of glasses that I got from EzContacts for about $175. My old pair of glasses had broke and my local store said the turn around time would be 3 weeks which I couldn't wait that long. EZcontacts had them to me in about 7 days.
Offered a pair of Costa glasses. Much too small for me. They accepted the return and credited my card quickly.
This was my third time ordering eyeglasses from EZContacts. I find their ordering process logical and orderly (e.g., you simply work through and complete each step before finally ordering). If you are unsure of any of the specific sections when ordering, there are helpful sidebars to explain each step and your options within that step.
I really like the Polo brand, and know that EZContacts has a full range of Polo eyeglass frames to choose from. This time, I discovered that the Polo frame that I usually order was recently discontinued, so I browsed their current Polo selection and found a similar, yet better Polo eyeglass frame! My glasses arrived in a timely manner and everything was packaged nicely. I'm please with the customer experience, and plan on continuing to order my eyeglasses from EZContacts. Com

I ordered glasses during the holidays because of a good sale. I also needed to use up fsa dollars. My order was pending for several weeks and then it got cancelled because the glasses I picked were no longer in stock. I admit, I was a little irritated. My money was credited, but the sale was no longer in place and I was going to have to pay a substantial amount more than originally planned. I reached out to customer service indicating my frustration given this. I mentioned it would be nice if the option would have been given to me to just switch my glasses I had chosen. I received a quick response that they would do that. I placed a new order with the original discounts and received a new pair of glasses several weeks later. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but was happy with the end result.
Lens size does not match legitimate ray ban model as I was only interested in replacing damaged frames.

Quickly found exactly what I was looking for and was very happy with how fast I received my glasses.
Accidentally ordered incorrect Contact Lenses that didn't match my prescription, and your CS team caught the mistake and told via email that the order would be held until I responded. I responded in turn, thankfully, and assumed the issue was resolved.
The incorrect lenses were still shipped, and the order was never held. This should never have happened as they did not match a valid prescription. I paid for the return label to ship them back and never heard back whatsoever from the person/team that originally contacted me.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
