Quickly found exactly what I was looking for and was very happy with how fast I received my glasses.
Accidentally ordered incorrect Contact Lenses that didn't match my prescription, and your CS team caught the mistake and told via email that the order would be held until I responded. I responded in turn, thankfully, and assumed the issue was resolved.
The incorrect lenses were still shipped, and the order was never held. This should never have happened as they did not match a valid prescription. I paid for the return label to ship them back and never heard back whatsoever from the person/team that originally contacted me.

Compre varias gafas, una no llegó y aparece como enviada, dos no tenían en stock sin embargo me cobraron y luego tuve que esperar la devolución, otras supuestamente eran Balenciaga y cuando llegaron aparecen sin certificado de calidad con un estuche lleno de polvo y a mi parecer no son originales una mala imitación,... etc etc no sigo escribiendo porque no me interesa nunca volveré a comprar alli.

Im satisfied in the easiness of the process from ordering to getting my insurance refund. But i was a bit disappointed in the glasses. I ordered edge polishing and it looks like the machine was skipping or missing spots along the edge as well as the lenses and frames were covered in glass dust i assume.

Company who doesn't back their products is a company not worth supporting. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Contacts should last longer than a week with the proper cleaning and care and quality of contacts are poor if at best. No exchange or refund given! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Ordered scrip bit numbers were transferred from + to - and I didn't realize it until boxes were opened. The numbers were correct but the symbols got reversed. It was not how I ordered them.

There's nothing easy about ezcontacts! Worst and slow customer service I've ever experienced wig any company ever. Slow returns, slow response, sometimes very generic answers. Save your time. The lenses quality is awful!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
