10 days shipping turned in 30 days. Customer service repeatedly lied. Prescription sunglasses were unwearable, double vision. Wasted 40 days, work hours and $6.99 shipping. Should just pay the extra $40 a buy through the sunglasses manufacturer. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake. TERRIBLE company, you have been warned!
I recently ordered a pair of Gucci GG0627S sunglasses from their website and was disappointed when I discovered they could not be proven as authentic. I opened the case and found a blank Gucci certification card (which can be purchased online by anyone who desires it). When I try and place a return, the website reads "Unable to generate a return label. Please try again later or contact our customer service." All I am asking for is a return and I feel helpless in this situation because there is no support from their end.
I don't want to create a bigger issue than necessary. I simply want to return the glasses and receive a refund. This is all I ask.
I purchased the same pair of Michael Kors glasses for my mom about 2 weeks ago. This time it took about a week to receive, which is much faster than the previous time. We are happy with the purchase, everything was on point this time!
I purchased a pair of MK eyeglass for my mom on their site. There was no warning that the glass is not available in their warehouse. I chatted with Eva D and was told they have to order it from the manufacturer. Once they receive from the manufacturer then they will ship it to us. She told me that it would take several business days but I hardly believe this based on other reviews. Very unhappy customer! Will not do business with this company again.
Contacts were not in stock so it took a while for them to arrive. Customer Service was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process.
They always have my brand I'm stock and the prices are very reasonable. I've ordered from here for a few years now!

I've bought numerous sunglasses from EZ Contacts. They have great products, the best prices, and overall excellent customer service. I only buy from them n ow and highly recommend them.
I ordered prescription designer sunglasses with progressive lenses with prisms. When I received the glasses I couldn't see very well out of the lenses, but I understand it may take some time for my eyes to adjust to the prisms. Well, 4 weeks and 3 falls on the sidewalk because I can't see, I can't get in touch with support. I have called 4 times without ever being connected to a person. I have waited over 30 minutes on hold twice. I have requested a call-back 2 with no results. I have emailed support about this issue twice. It's unfortunate that my only choice left is to dispute the charge on my credit card. And I really, really liked the glasses - I just want to be able to see out of them. Heavy sigh.

The contacts were junk. I emailed for months and months trying to get a refund before finally giving up. Their customer service was terrible.
I placed an order 17 days ago and the status of this order states it has not left the warehouse. I e-mailed EZ Contacts a few days ago without a reply, chat function is not really operational. Today I called and literally have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I wish I read these reviews first.

Lots of caveats about Ezcontacts. Before you order message them to make sure the glasses or lenses you want are in stock at the warehouse. If they are not don't order because your order will take forever or not ship at all. Next they ship using DHL which is terrible. DHL has a horrible reputation and is notorious for losing packages. If I were you I would request my item shipped with USPS. Now for my experience: I ordered L. A.M. B LA045 eyeglasses in tortoise on a Monday morning and recieved my glasses on Friday morning of the same week. This is not usual with this company but like I said I made sure my glasses were in stock at the warehouse and my prescription is rather simple. I was sent a shipping confirmation on Tuesday around 11 a.m. and it was shipped via DHL express. DHL is the worst but somehow I got lucky. Once USPS took over I knew I was home free. I placed an order at the beginning of November, 15 days later I contacted the company to ask why it hasn't shipped and I was told just "Covid". I contacted EZcontacts again today to follow up (an entire month later) and I was told oh your contacts are out of stock. According to their website, the company will contact you within 24hrs if your lenses are out of stock - it took multiple attempts at contact and clearly multiple excuses, and the company has no idea what they are going. I ended up asking for a refund with cyber Monday deals going on with their competitors I have no reason to continue using such a poor company.
These contacts are super thin. They fold and stick to my finger they dry out fast and don't stay open or round like contacts. I put them on and they don't stick to my eyes and takes me forever! I have worn contacts for years and these are blurry and cheap made. The shipping only took 4 days. I want my refund. 100%

I was a little worried, I have never heard this company before. Everything turned out great, they have great prices, good customer service and shipped fast! Very pleased!)
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
