These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
It took two weeks to receive my contacts, contrary to my previous experiences. The shipping tracking said it left NJ, came all the way to OH, was returned to NJ, and then came back. I will order again in case this was a fluke, but if this experience is repeated, I will look for another option.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one ever answered. I was given the option for a callback and no one ever called back. Given the circumstances of my order, this was very concerning. In the tracking info, there was a link to contact the shipping company about any issues. I tried multiple times but received no response.
I've ordered from them previously and had a great experience. This one was not.
The completely wrong contact lense prescription was sent for my right eye and they still haven't resolved. I can't see! They didn't pay any attention to my uploaded prescription - very concerning and hundreds of dollars lost.
No one helped… I was told someone would call the next day and no one did.

I loved the product, when you make the purchase it takes a week to send the tracking guide, I had to write making the request, finally the product arrived in good condition.
The first time I ordered, it took FOREVer to get them Even thought I uploaded my doctor prescription on line, they still said they had to contact the doctor That would not have been ok had I not paid for fastest delivery They never reimbursed me for the delivery being a month.
For the second time in a row, I've received the wrong color glasses.
They keep sending the style I pay for, but in the wrong color. Two times in a row! Both with Prada shades…

I upgraded to premium polycarbonate Rx lenses when I ordered because there was no choice available in the pull-down menu for coatings…I did get UV and anti-glare but I found out later no scratch resistant coating. I called next business day and was told I could not change my order to add scratch resistant coating. So I payed a premium for less than what is standard coatings pretty much every where else in the world.

Most standard custom plastic lenses, like the ones you ordered, do not come with a scratch-resistant coating. The two options we have that do come with scratch-resistance are the Super Thin 1.67 Hi Index and the Ultra Thin 1.74 Hi Index lens materials.

I ordered sunglasses on July 1st and chose expedited shipping for an extra $30. It is now July 24th and have not received them and have heard NOTHING from this company. I've sent 4 messages (no response) and have called about 10 times but no one answers the phone. I need to cancel these and there is no option to do so from the website. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK OF SERVICE) I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. BEWARE!

Bought some Versace frames and entered subscription info. Glasses were sent back with wrong subscription and I couldn't use them.

I've ordered one pair before, it was a hassle. It was during Passover, so I didn't get what was supposed to be 2-3 days shipping into a month. This past time, I ordered a pair, I paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, I think it was 1-2 days. They didn't show up, so I called. The representative on the phone said 'Oh, well we don't have those frames anymore and they're discontinued so we won't be getting more.' Ok, that's fine. I asked the rep, 'Were you all going to tell me unless I called and asked?' You own representative, said 'I hate to say it, but probably no.' That's a $#*!ing $#*!ty way to run a business. Based on these two experiences, I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with you all until you figure simple things like inventory out.

Paid for prescription glasses. Glasses arrived wtih script info, but glasses themselves are just the original sunglasses. Still waiting for return shipment authorization. They claimed it was emailed, but it has not been emailed to me. And this was 3+ weeks after waiting for them, being told initially that the script could not be done but then stating they could be done, and were shipped. But was shipped was non-script glasses. Can't call and speak to anyone either. I've also tried the return process online but the order number 'is not found'.

EZ Contacts made my first time ordering contacts online a great one! Pricing was affordable, the website was easy to use, and the delivery was timely. I have already told my family about my experience as most of them wear contacts as well!
I purchased contacts at least 3 different times and each time my contacts were different In shape and did not fit properly on my eye so they kept popping off. I thought I had my contacts inverted, so I took them out and put them on the other way. It was still the same problem. Eventually it scratched my cornea, and I can't wear contacts now for a long time. I took them all to my doctor's office.for review and inspection And found out that three out of five pairs were not shaped properly and were shaped in such a odd shape that most eyes could never handle to wear. By them being such a odd shape they would not fit on my eye and kept poping off, eventually it scratched my cornea and currently I cannot wear any contacts.

It was easy to order. They checked my order against my prescription and notified me of a difference which stopped me from ordering the wrong lenses. I corrected my order and all went smoothly. Arrived as expected and the lenses were exactly what I ordered. No complaints.
