These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I apparently didn't see my shipping options, but Kylie in the chat was able to expedite for me while I was still online. She was very helpful.
Sadly, EZContacts should be able to have their manufacturers fulfill their own orders to save money and speed up shipping. Just a thought. But good service so far.
I really enjoy the options that this site offers. They really did a great job on the pairs I've ordered thus far. My one complaint (which is why I took off one star) is they take too long in first putting the prescription lenses together and in delivering the items. But this small setback is worth it for getting great designer frames for less! Thank you!
Lied about the delivery I ordered on Oct 10 will not received until after January! Also the people who work for them lied I was told 4 weeks than 4 more weeks! Their said and horrible place to buy any sunglasses

My contacts took a long time process because my doctor forgot to update my new exam in the system. I'm on my last pair of contacts and can't purchase new ones until the ones I ordered came into the mail. Thankfully they had an option for Live Chat and Daryl Grimes saved me a lot of trouble. We worked it out and had the order processed immediately because he knew I ran out of contacts. Really genuinely cared and was very helpful.
Ordered $255. On Jan 9 placed order. Never heard from them. Finally I called, their hours are terrible for anyone who works. Finally got a hold of someone who then told me their supplier was processing it! 12 days later plus no communication from them period! I will never ever order from this company again@!
Everytime I order from here the shipping is extremely slow (still waiting for a pair I ordered a month ago). In the meantime, there is not communication advising of any delays. The glasses are always great and when you inquire they do get back to you - but the speed is consistently a major let down.
I was able to find many different quality brand name glasses with very affordable prices. Most online glasses store charge a premium for premium brands. The only issue I had was that the processing and shipping time took longer than expected.
I accidentally purchased the same eye twice... clearly my fault. I was trying order the correct box, when they suggested an exchange to correct my mistake. Walked me right through how to do it... Great experience!
Pretty quick and easy ordering for contacts, and good prices. Contacts always arrive timely and in good condition. I had a slight problem uploading my RX but their online chat representative, Galvin helped me out quickly and processed the order. Thanks!

I had to wait an extra roughly 2 weeks for the frames to actually arrive from Europe before they got started on making the lenses. But all in all, can't complain given the significant price difference!
Bought Carrera prescription sunglasses. Generally an ok customer service experience. Good prices. Turnaround and delivery took much longer than anticipated. Most importantly (which is why I am giving two stars instead of four) one of the bridges of the frame were clearly loose which I am pretty sure happened during the insertion of the lenses.
The online chat representative, Daryl Grimes, was great. I thought I was getting an extra 10% off the sale price but Daryl gave me 15%. He did not have to do that. This is what make's customer's return. I have worked in Technical Service for over 30 years and I always do the same for my customers. It it rare you get a nice note from a customer. It goes a LONG way. Pass this along to Daryl and put it in his file.

If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely 100% scam! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a pair of prescription glasses for my daughter and every time I call them, it's always next week cause it's on back order.

Do NOT buy from this site it is a SCAM. I order over 3weeks ago and every time I call in they say it’s on back order call back in a few days and every time I do it’s the same thing call us back.
It took over a month to receive my glasses. My emails went unanswered for days, and my request for a discount offered for valentine's day was completely ignored. Will never buy from them again, stick with eyeglasses.com, they are far superior.
I honestly was in search of these glasses and was so happy when I found out the price and free prescription included. I got this all within a week which made me even feel more happier because I went to the doctor and usually it takes longer and they overcharge you. So satisfied with my purchase will most likely purchase more I get through this website

Product came in time and its all genuine. The glasses are of course good quality. The free prescription lenses were good deal. I am going to buy another pair and I have already recommended other friends as well and they agreed!
There was a bit of a wait for the availability of the frame I chose. That was communicated immediately which I appreciated. Customer support was stellar! Once they began filling the prescription, the process moved quickly. Delivery was right on time as promised and they did a flawless job! I will be ordering sunglasses next. It's a great place to go for authentic designer frames without spending a mint. Love them!
This is the second renewal order I have made. Each time I have had to back out of the automatic 'great savings ' deal they offered as a renewal and start over again from scratch to get a much better deal. Surely repeat customers should get their best deal without having to play games. Otherwise very happy with product and service.
I ordered focus dailies for both eyes but each with different prescriptions. The order confirmations were correct. The "your order has shipped" email had the correct order info. Yet, they delivered the wrong brand and the wrong prescription for one eye. I tried calling but there's apparently a 29 person wait. I tried the online messaging but it's a never ending 1 minute wait. I'd just like to exchange the order that was delivered (-. 50 lens) for what was ordered (-3.75). Easy is the last thing ordering from this place has been.

After reading some of the reviews regarding their customer service I was hesitant to place my order. I can tell you that I have found ezcontacts to be helpful, courteous and professional from the beginning of my transaction to the end. Received my sunglasses today and am MORE than pleased and also received them in a timely manner (about a week) and they were very well packaged. I'll definitely be back for more!
Unfortunately it took much long to receive the product then was published. When the product finally arrived one lens popped out during the first try on. I used the tools provided to try to put the lens back in. It was impossible and then the other lens popped out. Spending about $200 for a pair of sports goggles that can't be worn. Possibly my daughters prescription is too strong for this frame but I should have been informed the lenses would not fit correctly prior to purchase.
I had to do a prescription redo. It took a little longer than I expected, but that could have been because I upgraded the AR coating. The returned product is great, though. Actually, even the original order was great, but I needed a slight change to my prescription and wanted to upgrade the AR coating.
Be aware that customer service is mostly via email; chat and phone are never available. However, you generally don't need to contact them. My initial order took about 14 days and the redo took about 20 days, inclusive of shipping times. Overall, the savings are worth the wait.
Website is a little hard to figure out so Galvin helped me place my order. Quick and efficient! One thing I will add, be careful when ordering contacts - there were different links when I did a Google search which came up with different prices for the exact same product, all being sold at EZContacts. Prices I got were half the price I would have paid at eye dr.!
