These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
Received my order and was very disappointed. I had asked for the lenses to match the demo but the lenses put into my sunglasses were much lighter than the original lenses. I know this because the originals were sent with the purchase. The lenses put in could hardly be considered sunglasses and do not block any light whatsoever. I'm especially mad because returning them is going to cost money. I tried to ask if they could re-tint the lenses but could not get a straight answer. When I confronted customer service they claimed that this can happen when the anti glare is put on. So why didn't they fix it? I probably will not be ordering from this site again because they did not help me resolve the issue at all. Very disappointed and irritated.
The frames are significantly cheaper in terms of cost than what you'll find in any optometrist office, and that's without insurance coverage. It was unbelievable! The Versace glasses I ordered overall are high quality and flawless. I love them so much! However, at the time I placed my order, the website had said the frames were available and would have the order processed in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, it took about a month to receive. Since it was my first time ordering from this company, I was left uneasy unsure if it was a scam since the frames were so cheap. I would still do business with them again as the glasses here are still comparably priced and the real deal.
Website said both glasses were in stock. Neither was. One took 3 weeks to ship. The other I cancelled because it was going to be 4-5 weeks till it arrived. Help center is obviously outsourced and has no way to "contact the lab" other than by email... the next day.
Took several weeks when I was told 5-7 days. However, glasses are just as ordered, very light. The "arms" of the glasses near the ears need to be bent/adjusted, as they fall off my nose frequently. Did not think about the need for this type of adjustment when ordering online.
My experience with EZcontacts was great everything went super smoothly and the lenses are very well done. The craftsmanship is top notch.My son loves it and I really appreciated the real time shipping update.
I will definitely order from EZcontacts again especially for the great prices and their excellent service
I ordered a few different pairs of prescription sunglasses and glasses recently. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with the order itself as it arrived, but Janine in customer service was incredibly helpful and attentive to my concerns. Though I had a few problems with the actual order, she made sure to rectify them all and make the process as smooth as possible. She clearly understands what it is to provide wonderful customer service and I wanted to take the time to commend her.
I first thought the deal I was getting was too good to be true. I ordered anyway and I'm so glad I did. I literally got the glasses I wanted for 50% off the retail price! On top of that their customer service is great. Would highly recommend this company.
I ordered glasses on Oct 5 and have still not received them by Nov 22. I called 3 weeks in a row and was told the same story, that they are in the lab and will be out next day. This company should not be in business as they can't manage their orders.
I read the reviews, but took a chance. Found a pair of designer glasses at a retail store that I loved. Didn't want to spend almost two hundred dollars on them. Found the same ones for half the price on EZ Contacts. They came within a week and are absolutely authentic. Love them!
My glasses either had the completely wrong prescription or they didn't put my prescription on the lenses at all. Will never order from here again. Didn't allow me to get my money back only allowed an exchange. Why would I want a different pair of glasses just to have the same problem again?

I placed my order on Dec. 21, paid for it, no contacts yet, as of 1/9. Called and emailed. Was once told my order would ship on 1/4. I will not order from them again and will absolutely pay more the next time for better service. So much for trying to save $20.
In reality I've waited for weeks until having to contact support to cancel my order. They said they're sorry and that they'll expedite delivery, that never happened and after another week had to cancel. I've ordered it on black Friday so I missed on good prices on other stores. I don't recommended them.
On May 17, I spent time learning the measurement standard for glasses and measuring my face, etc., then ordered. They charged my credit card. Having heard nothing since, I contacted EZContacts on June 7 only to learn they were selling an item that was discontinued and the order would not be filled. What a waste of time. Now, I have to dispute the charge on my credit card for the product they sold but did not have to sell.
The prices are great, as for the service they need to work on it. I paid for 3-5 day shipping delivery but received my glasses 1 month after. They updated my delivery nothing to "express" but is arrived 7-8 days later. No too please with the service and not sure if I will order again because of the headache of talking to customer service multiple time.
Found exactly the frame my daughter wanted. We had the frame number to order and it was $150.00 less than in stores. Ordering was super easy. I was worried about measuring her eye distance. But was super easy and accurate. Glasses fit right out of the package. No adjusting needed. We received them in like 10 days and love them. Will definitely order again from EZContacts!
The price was great! The frames were almost perfect. The sides were a diff color than I expected. The order was taking a while (2 weeks) so I reached out only to discover the manufacturer sent them the wrong frame. But no one contacted me to say there was an issue and the frames would be delayed. It took another week until I got my glasses.
I ordered my glasses online and received a confirmation email after which I heard nothing for for three weeks. Ive then called customer service and asked to find out what was going on but they could not tell me and assured me that I would get it within a week. 10 days later I still heard nothing and received zero emails since the initial order so I called back customer service and demanded a manager who then also assured me that I would get the glasses within a week and upgraded my shipping to priority after which I also received no emails. My glasses finally arrived a little over a week later. So overall it took nearly a month and a half and I was not communicated with properly unless I initiated it that the calls. The shipping policy says 5-7 business days and promises an automatic email if theres a delay. Not true!
Order Oct 3 have not received my order. A month from now to be exact. I was aware 3 weeks later that the frame is not in stock and it will be 2 more weeks. Would of been nice it they notify me before ordering to look somewhere else. My daughter has been going to school with broken glasses cause We have not received her glasses.

I've used EZ Contacts in the past. The first time was super. Then my second order with them was put in on 9/16/21 and just finally heard back from them my order won't get to me till 10/20/21. I had to beg for information from them. Emails, calls and finally they got back to me. I emailed them back to say can we change the order to something similar and I can't get them to answer. I'll never use this company again. Horrible service. It would've been faster if I drove to New York and picked the contacts up myself.
Recently purchased prescription sunglasses. They are perfect. The quality is great. Brand is authentic. They also provide case and a cleaning cloth. But I do have to say that I struggled trying to figure out my size frame, but I did my research and have a lot of experience with glasses so I knew exactly what I wanted and made the best choice. I do advise that if you don't know your frame size it's best to shop personally then online. But if you know your size bridge and lens, etc. This is the site for you.
There isn't a negative on here? That's wild. It was my first time ordering them Ezcontacts. I wasted $#*!ing $153.38 On some glasses that I didn't receive. I am trying to fill out the claim to get my money back. I don't have a printer to print out the form. Library close don't know where I can go. I'm so mad.
Glasses took way too long to arrive. When they did they were un-wearable. Prescription was not ground correctly and the progression was way off. I took them to an independent lab to confirm the bad lenses. I sent them back and waited 3 weeks to receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee (which they said I could use for another purchase). They claimed the lenses were fine. Customer service although friendly on average takes 2 days for a reply and usually a lengthy wait on hold when calling them. Check the NY State Better Business Bureau reviews. I wish I had before I did business with them.

I ordered a pair of glasses that I had seen at my optometrist's office for three times what I paid through EZContacts. I loved being able to get the prescription lenses for free, and I chose to upgrade the anti-glare. My glasses arrived within a week, and the prescription was correct and I love my new glasses. I would definitely order glasses from EZContacts again. You get high quality, brand name glasses at a reasonable price. Much better than Warby Parker, whose anti-glare coating has scratched off on two different pairs within a couple of months.

I got the cheapest version of lenses, the plain plastic single vision lenses and now I know why they are he cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, but they are very poor quality in the way that every light causes a major glare on them. I am happy with my frames, but I would definitely go with better lenses if I were to purchase again.

Ordered prescription sunglasses, they didn't have it in stock so it had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Italy the process took a little over a month. I would of paid more then double if I where to get it at Macy's with prescription so the price that I got it for made up for the long wait time. I was just worried they where a scam company, but they're legit and the product is authentic so if they don't have the product, just be patient. Customer service usually replies within a day or 2.
