These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I was under the assumption that my glasses would be delivered to me in 2 weeks like it says on the website but I waited a month and a couple of days for them. I kept asking and calling as to why my order wasnt being shipped and they said it was because the order was back up. They took my money easily out of my card but couldnt email saying there would be a late arrival. Wasnt happy at all with the customer service
Ordered a pair of glasses which were stated to be in stock. Waited 2 months to get them because they then tried telling me there were no longer in stock, while the website still stated in stock! They charged my account right away and left me waiting. No one cared when I called to inquire regarding my order. Just terrible place and will never order from them again.
After placing my order with EZ Contacts, I received a call to confirm the order and to ask if I had any questions. Such personal contact gave me confidence that I would be receiving exactly what I wanted. I did. Great prescription sunglasses.
I've never experienced world class customer service in a span of 5 years but Clyde provided that to me. He helped me check the status of my order in a very fast and timely manner. He truly deserve a raise! Ezcontacts is AWESOME!
After 3 weeks I finally received my glasses. The are great however, if I had been advised that it would have taken so long to receive the frames, I would not have ordered. The follow up from customer service could use much improvement.
Every step of the way this company made the order experience extremely horrible. From false advertisement all the way to customer service straight lying in multiple occasions. I would never recommend this site and will find ways to get this message out there.

My order took 6 weeks. That is ridiculous. It stated online that it would basically take 2 weeks AT THE MOST... I called and emailed multiple times and was basically told your company party was the week the glasses were "processing" so I was out of luck. You should have offered me a full refund. The 10% discount I got was not enough in my opinion because I had to order other glasses and received them in the time you all were enjoying your company party. Lame.
Received my glasses after almost a month. Put it on and its missing the nose piece. Contacted the help section on Friday. Says that I cant get help till Monday. So on Tuesday I get an email saying to ship the glasses back for a refund. So if I return the glasses and order the same ones again. I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Then I asked if I could just get the nose piece and no response. So dont know what to do.
When order was placed contacts were listed as in stock. In stock items are suppose to ship within specific time frame. After that time frame passed, I contacted customer service via email and was informed they were on back order. Not only that but the company was shutting down for almost two weeks so no orders were going out during that time. Took a long time to get order that was placed for "in stock" contacts. Won't use again. What company shuts down for two weeks?
Two pairs purchased. Problem with lenses in one pair corrected without question (customer pays to return imperfect items). Each pair had bent nose pieces (I clumsily adjusted each to avoid return costs and turnaround time).
I'm a little scared to order online, so I went to the store in Dallas Texas. I was freaked out when I saw 35-40 people inside! But the time I waited once I picked frames was less than 10 minutes. Super nice staff! I had my glasses in 1 week! I will not buy glasses anywhere else now.
I recently ordered a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately it was already discontinued. They advised my almost right away. When I called their sales department, the sales rep showed me a pair that I ended up loving more than the original ones that I ordered! Where else can you find this type of service? Will definitely tell my friends!
I get that prescription glasses take a bit longer. But a month for a very straight forward prescription is bit long. I may be Amazon spoiled, but in the absence of speed an ETA or order status would be helpful.
I like the style and lenses of the glasses (Balenciaga) the quality of the frames are suspect. I can feel they will loosen easily with infrequent wear. We shall see.
I was unaware receiving my purchase would take approximately 5 weeks. It did not ship for almost a month and when I requested information I was never responded to. Even though the request form said all requests would be responded to within 24 hours.
Glasses are here finally and they are fine, process was long and not informative.
The glasses were exactly what I thought I was getting, plus they gave me glasses cleaner, a nice case, and cleaning cloth. The only thing I was frustrated with was the amount of time it took to process and ship. It took an extra week then the website said it should. But still got them, and have no other complaints. Would order again.
Took about a month to get my glasses. Shipping said 5-7 days! I asked twice about my order and got a robotic response both times that said the same thing. Very aggravating. But with that being said. I do love my glasses! The prescription is accurate and they are super nice. If they didn't turn out so good I'd give less stars. Overall I'd order again if I wanted to wait forever.
I ordered these glasses years ago and they were stolen out of my car. Ordered them again and it took less than two weeks to get them! I even emailed the company for an update and they replied to me in less than a day and then shipped them the next. This is my favorite place to order glasses from!
I ordered contacts on April 8,2018. The $ was removed from my checking account on April 10,2018. Today is May 25,2018. I have received no contacts and can not get my order refunded. I have made numerous call dating back to April 23,2018. Numerous times I have had to wait over 30 minutes on hold and twice I was somehow "disconnected" after waiting a long time to talk with someone. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will never order from them again and I will share this information on any social media site possible!

I've ordered from this website in the past with NO issues, however this current experience has been a nightmare.
I ordered on 2-20 and the money was taken out of my account on 2-23. The order has been in verification status since that date. I've sent multiple emails. I finally was able to get a response to an email yesterday from Alex, i sent a reply email, but didn't hear back from him. Today I tried calling the *******020 and received the message that they are closed for the holiday. Today is March 21. I spoke to Angel on CHAT today. She was very helpful and reassuring that the contacts would be out in 24 to 48... now i wait.
I was skeptical first to buy anything from this company so I have to purchase two pairs of same glasses, one from Macy's and other from ezcontacts and I did compared. They totally identical, with same box, same feel, same glasses for less $

The website showed the product was available in stock at the time I placed my and would be sent within a week. They were not sent for over a month and now are lost in the mail which I do understand is out of their control; however its been over a week past the estimated delivery date and no attempt to replace them has been offer. I was asked by an EZ rep to wait a week or so... so I wait.
The guarantee shipping was in a sense false advertising. At 6 days after my purchase I called in to see why I haven't received shipping info. It was then when I was informed that they did not have the frames and it would be several weeks.
As compensation they offered expedited shipping which ended up not being fast at all.
I was very unhappy and will not be purchasing from them again.
Poor communication and long wait time is an understatement. Ordered on September 5, and as of November 5 have not received sunglasses order. LONG wait times on the phone followed by empty promises. Emails responded with a generic reply.
