These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

Let me just say! It's one thing when you have a item for sale and the description details for something says it will ship in 4-5 days and nowhere does it states business days. I made sure before I completed my order. But to say it has now been 9 days and still no order shipped! On top of that I did 2 day shipping. This company is a joke and this was my go to place. Also the customer service is horrible. Well let me rephrase that because you can never reach no one via phone! When you chat that also takes 3 days for a response and when you get a reply another 3 days. I will not refer anyone to this company again or use myself! Worst experience EVER I spent almost $450 this should've been a great experience! Don't waste your time with them unless you have time to wait on your items

I ordered Jimmy Choo frames in April. After getting lenses put in in September ( had to wait for exam per insurance till then) and wearing for 8 days the decorative piece on the temple fell off and didn't find it. I called and they said too bad your 30 day warranty is up. I called another company who said shame on EZ contacts. Jimmy Choo frames come with a 2 year warranty. They just didn't want to bother. I am happy to say the new company replaced my temple piece under warranty with no cost except shipping.

I ordered Nike frames for my son who can't see without them & paid extra to have them delivered in 5-7 days & never received them! I called & spoke with a customer service rep who advised me that this product has actually been discontinued even though they have them on there website to order. We came up with a solution to just order him a different color from & since it's been going on 3 weeks, we would be getting the replacements sent to us within 24 hours & it's now been 3 days & still haven't received the replacements!

Check out their instagram comments. People have so many complaints and not one response. They just hide their comments. I placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses and only received one. Not to mention they look old and used. I've sent multiple emails for the last month and no response. I checked out their social media and it seems like they have done this to multiple people. I don't know how this company is still in business. They should be shut down. I've also commented a bunch of times and they actually "hid" my comments meaning they saw it and went out of their way to hide the comments so they can keep their litter scam going.

As I write this review, I've been on hold for over 2 hours. I've placed an order since 5 days ago which hasn't shipped yet and I've been unable to get a hold of anyone. I truly regret ordering from them.
I've been purchasing from this site for a couple of years now. I ordered three times. They ship quickly and packaging is good. The contacts that I ordered were way cheaper than other sites because they do not charge service fee at check out. I'll definitely be ordering again.
I ordered sunglasses on January 17,2019. I received a confirmation email telling me they received my order but did not receive an email telling me when I should receive them. I've been calling and emailing them and no response. The 800# says they are closed at 3:30 pm CDT on a Monday. I still have not received an email from them confirming shipping details. It says "order is being processed " after 2 weeks. Wow! No more business with this company. Do not buy. It's a scam. I will be disputing charges with my bank. The photo is their shipping policy, which is totally bogus!
Ordered on 2/7. Still no order. Last week I was promised my order would ship by weeks end. They sent me 7 pairs of contacts last week to make up for the error. Big deal. Here I am on 2/26 and the order still hasn't shipped. Rip off... listing things for sale they don't have in stock. There's WAY too many places to get contacts online to have to deal with this.
I purchased 6 boxes total of contacts from this company that cost me hundreds of dollars. They shipped it to my house, but I never got the package. I called them as well as emailed customer support and let them know what happened. They said that 4/6 boxes were returned to them and their shipping company said they were delivered, so there's nothing they can do. I explained that I had nothing to do with this and that I never got the package. After multiple phone calls, emails, requests to speak to senior management I just gave up. They sent me 4 boxes that the other person returned, although I never got money refunded for the other 2 boxes. I would not recommend this company, as if anything happens in shipping, you will be the person who loses financially.

I ordered glasses in November and still haven't received them 1.5 months later. They keep telling me they're "in the lab" (for weeks and weeks now)... I've asked to cancel the order, but they "can't" because they're "in the lab"! I've emailed them every day (they tell me they're "in the lab"). I am calling them everyday (they don't pick up the phone). I want my money back!
I've verified the frame I ordered is not discontinued and available from the manufacturer. However, on their site it shows as not in stock. Why? Probably because they're selling knock-offs.
Even so... let me cancel my order!

Because as I say the cheap always comes out to be expensive, and this company EZContacts were not the exception. Ordered on Dec. 3,2018 and did receive on time on Dec. 9,2018, but disgracefully contacts have been a scam. I opened 1st pair for New Years' Eve and didn't last anything, because they've been getting blurry and unseeable after 2-3 weeks. They've not lasted at all, paid for a 6 month supply & for it to be used up & gone in less than 4 months. It's because they must have sent me the 15 days contact lenses not the the 30 days.
Placed an order 1 Nov 2018, As of 26 Nov. Still have not received Product. Sent a email asking for info on Nov 10, and got a short note on Nov 13 saying they were "waiting for product from Manufacturer". Have not heard a thing since. Ordered glasses and contacts from same eye appointment prescription. The glasses give me major migraines and have been checked for prescription locally. They are way too strong causing me to not be able to read 20/20 at all (something I can do in my prescription glasses from 4 years ago). They are unwilling to admit their product is poor quality/made in error/ or anything of the like. I was told to order and pay for another pair. This would be reasonable if I just "didn't like them." This is NOT the case; it is a prescription/manufacture error. Do NOT buy from here. Almost $500 wasted.
I ordered a simple pair of glasses and was told 3 times that they would ship in the next 2-3 days. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order and they now have no idea when they will ship. The few dollars a saved is not worth all the aggravation they put you through. Avoid this company at all costs.

I've had two contact lenses in one of the boxes that have creases in them. Due to this I was unable to wear them and had to throw them away. Such a waste of money. I've had nothing but bad luck with this brand and type of contacts.

Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I would be fine with this, except that the site said the frames would be two to three days. Customer service has been slow or unresponsive. First set said to have shipped, but no tracking info and no glasses. I still don't know when or if I'll get the second set I paid for, and they didn't bother to even expedite shipping. Just stay away.
I used two to like EZContacts, and ordered frames from them in the past. But recently I placed two orders for frames that were shown as in stock and ready to ship, yet both orders were never filled. When I contacted customer service about this - which is a nightmare in itself, as they no longer answer the phone, requiring you to send email and then wait days for a response - I was informed that the frames were no longer being sold by EZContacts.
So, they are listing on their website - and taking payment for - products they no longer even sell. And now I have to attempt to contact them again to get my purchases refunded, as surprisingly, despite informing me that the frames I ordered and paid for are no longer sold, they did not automatically refund my purchases.
I would advise shopping elsewhere. There are lots of places to buy eyeglasses, frames and contacts, and EZContacts just isn't putting the effort in any longer, unfortunately.

I fell hopelessly in love with a pair of Mark Jacobs frames at my eye doctors office that were $275 with no lenses. With my prescription lenses I would have come to well over $500.
All in at EZContacts I spent under $300.
Why on earth in this economic climate are people trying so desperately to make us pay more than necessary?
$300 is still a lot for someone on a tight budget but I felt really great about saving over $250 and getting the glasses I really wanted.
One star is too much! It was very disappointing for me, ordered the frame and lenses last two weeks ago. The website says it will be ready in 5 days for the lens lab process and 5-7 days for shipping. However, the ordered status didn't change for a while, I tried to chat with them and they said they still waiting for the frame from another country. It will come in 2 months.

I was very nervous ordering glasses online but the guidance and customer service made the experience way easier than I expected. They also matched a lower price I received from a different site. Any questions I had along the way were answered at a quick pace via email. My glasses are perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
Spoke with customer support on two occasions in which false information was given to me as the consumer. Product was never to be sent in the time period that I had paid for and never received a call back from management on both occasions. Business practices and ethics are in concern.

Management will not call back. Customer service will lie about emails and management to move forward. Quick to ask you to return item to avoid conflict. Does not post closing times or delays.
