These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
Frames were super flimsy and cheap like out of a dollar store. Prescription lenses was not correct, blurry. They refused to give me a full refund and kept 60.00. Dishonest company offering horrible products. Go elsewhere
Took over 10 days to receive order after it was placed. Want to chat with someone online? Don't bother clicking the "chat" button - no one answers, and you are asked to leave a message. Good luck getting a reply. Horrible. Total scam operation. NEVER AGAIN!
This is the harshest headache caused by an on-going, unprofessional customer service experience that I've endured. If I could take back the past few months that I've dedicated to--at the very least--getting the frame and prescription properly fulfilled, this place of service would have been avoided. I'll never consider using EZContacts ever again. No thank you for your unfulfilled promises as well.
I clicked 5-7 day shipping but it took more than double that for my order to get here. I emailed them about that issue and no one ever responded even though i was "guaranteed a response in 24 hours or less"!?
Product arrived as described and with the correct prescription. Price was also great. I would have appreciated an update on the lenses as they were made; my order only read "processing" for a couple weeks.
Took a month for glasses to arrive after a 5-7 day time frame was given. Each time I attempted to call customer service, either received an automated message that they were unavailable and to call back or sat on hold for over 30 minutes before reaching someone who could only tell me my glasses would be shipped within two days and never were. When contacting through email, the representatives didn't respond for 3 business days. Was promised overnight shipping, which also was untrue, was shipped regular UPS ground. No attempt at a good resolution was ever offered. Would NEVER order from again!
My Tory Burch frames and lenses are perfect. A bit longer of a delay in receiving finished product than originally anticipated but overall, I am very happy with my glasses. Huge savings, almost 1/2 the price compared to $300 LensCrafters vs. $179 EZcontacts.com! Yay!
I have "contacted customer service" more than 5 times. Same story, ordered two weeks ago, said they'd be shipped to me by today- order is "pending" still and have already been charged on my card. I will strongly consider filing suit against EZContacts
Bought glasses, tried them on once, didn't work, returned. Their own systems openly show the return has been received back within days of purchase. It's been over a month. No refunds of any amount and judging by absence of customer service responses, none are coming. Small claims court anyone?
On the site you may see a frame available in 4-5 days but when you actually order its no where to be found. Ordered a frame on 7/6 and it took multiple times of me reaching out to them and after 3 weeks they say the frames are back ordered and it will take 2-3 weeks more for the frames to arrive to their warehouse. Please do not mislead potential customers on your website (Added images(7/22) of what their website shows for the frame I ordered and the email sent to me on the same date). Finally talked to them and cancelled my order.

I'm very pleased with the prescription glasses and frames I ordered from EZContacts. You just need to plan ahead. Even though the website states they will be delivered within 15 days, the true delivery time is between 6-8 weeks.
I am so pleased with the quality of my new eye glasses. They did an amazing job I would highly recommend buying from them. Their prices are great and they made it very easy to buy prescription eyeglasses
This is my second good experience with EZContacts. It was easy to search products on the web page, and my glasses are just perfect. Delivery took a longer than I expected (the information about shipping time could be more accurate), but I'm totally satisfied.

Fast shipping and quality products at the BEST prices. My Burberry glasses look great and the lenses are perfect. Also, they give you a cute eyeglass repair set with cleaner. I would recommend them to anyone. :)
My coupon code didn't take online but via the live chat they fixed it easily & quickly. I've never had a problem with EZcontacts. I got my first pair of glasses through them a year ago and they're terrific.
Received great glasses for a good price. However, it took weeks to receive them. Much longer than my usual online service. I would use them again. Next time I will not wait until I'm headed out of town and need them quickly.
Took forever to receive any response or updates on orders. Also still haven't received second pair of glasses I ordered over a month ago. Said they shipped two weeks ago but from tracking looks like mail carrier is still waiting for the package?
Unexplained delays, incorrect or nonexistent communication, doesn't follow own polices on website about emailing customers or processing orders. Will be lucky to get my contact lenses less than 4 weeks after ordering them.

For this to be a five star review, I spent more time attempting to get information than necessary. I literally reached out 4-5 times on their on line system (they mentioned 24 hour response rate) this did not happen. I would have been satisfied had someone emailed me and said that instead of the promised 5-7 day turn around it would be 3 or more weeks. Finally some one did send an email and the product arrived. My daughter loves her new glasses. Customer service really was lacking.
Low prices, good customer service (shout out to my man Daryl G!). What more can you ask for? I'll be coming back to ezcontacts.com as long as I can see (which will hopefully be til I'm 100 years old or maybe even older if science keeps advancing at the rate that it does).

Ordered contacts 1/13, charged next day, scrip verified that day as well. My order has been "fully shipped" mode since last Monday. No tracking number, calls to business constantly tell me I am #56 or #52. I think they are just using order money as capital to buy in bulk.
Filed dispute with PayPal today.
I've ordered seamlessly from EZContacts many times. For some reason, this time my reorder didn't go through with the correct items. Not sure if it was user error or something technological. However, my customer service "live chat" session with Mark was great! He was able to fix the problem without any trouble. I appreciate such prompt and stellar attention.
It's been over three weeks and still no contacts. Save yourself a lot of stress and frustration and pay the extra money to order from another company. Customer service is terrible. Just don't do it... If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. Very disappointing.
My glasses are beautiful, prescription is perfect and they came in about a week. They were very reasonably priced too, much cheaper than they would have been for designer frames at the eye doctor. I would definitely order from this site again.
