These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
Ordered Coach glasses for my daughter. They were 299 at LensCrafters. Paid $123 here and that included prescription lenses with anti glare. Paid like $5 extra for shipping a little faster but probably didn't need to. We got them in 4 days!
Their promised delivery time is a joke. It took almost 3 weeks to get here. They shipped my contact lenses via UPS Ground 9 days after I ordered them. Customer service? They responded to me just once and blamed a supplier. Terrible.
This place is a scam! They took my money, too. I have been given the run around for a week now. Ordered on 4/30, was told 2 different stories by "customer service". Friday, I was told it would ship yesterday (5/7). Needless to say, it didn't. When you call the 800 number, during office hours, it states that they are closed. I am beyond furious. Check out Google maps... their building is $#*!. I wish I had trusted my gut instinct and kept scrolling. Cheaper isn't always better... NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
Had to send back to correct prescription. Paid extra for three day turn around and, a week later, no one can tell me how much longer it will be. Chat is never available and sending email gets no response after several days. When I call, automated system lists me as number 25 in line. Ridiculous.
Galvin was super helpful and understanding. He put my needs first which makes me want to use EZ Contacts for all of my future glasses orders. This is the type of service that has people sharing positive experiences with their friends and family!
It took nearly a week and 3 calls to move my order past "processing" and then roughly *3 weeks* for "expedited shipping". Every phone call (despite time - morning, middle day, night) was over 30-45 minutes of hold before a representative. Try calling their customer service before you buy if you're curious to your future service. I wish I had read more of these reviews before purchasing. You may save a few dollars but at what "cost"? Will never buy from them again.
Beautiful designer frames for a fraction of the cost at retailers. Easily entered the prescription. Excellent communication regarding order and shipping. Delivery was quite rapid... definitely less than two weeks. Will absolutely use EZContacts again!
Quick, easy. And pleasant. Very respectful. And everything ways asked in order. Overall 100%... I hope to have more experience with this company. But the most of all the person that help was great. Thank you again...

But when my glasses were taking a little longer than expected i live chatted w clyde williams and he helped me out as best he could. Now, i will get my new sunglasses (rx) in time for hawaii... thank you
Glasses took almost 5 weeks to ship. Not the time frame stated on website. No communication when I asked for shipping confirmations. Had to ask my credit card company to step in. Will never shop here again.
If you need your contacts based on the time frame they state (5-7 days) then go elsewhere... 10 days later, no one can give me a shipping confirmation even though they say "We would like to inform you that your order is already in transit we're just only waiting for the tracking number. Once available will update you through this E-mail."
My order had gone at least a week past its delivery date so I contacted the customer service representatives requesting a refund after he said he will definitely get back to me within 24-48 Im still waiting 3 days later. Please just process my return
I have another pair of these frames and these were great. The lenses are even thinner than my current glasses so it took my eyes a few days to adjust but after that they were perfect. Price is amazing for a good brand. Will definitely be buying more.
It took almost 6 weeks to receive my glasses after ordering. This timeframe should have been disclosed on the site, as multiple competitors with similar pricing have much better turnaround times. After speaking to a manager, all he offered was expedited shipping, which did not remedy the long wait. I will not be re-ordering.
Glasses were on back order so took a little longer than expected but absolutely worth the wait. They saved me well over $200 compared to my local eye glass store. Extremely happy with the final product.
I would recommend that anyone buying glasses or contacts order 2 weeks early and take advantage of the massive savings that EZContacts can offer. It's not same-day delivery, but it will save you hundreds!
In less than a week cracks are appearing at the edges of the lenses, meaning they were either cut poorly or installed poorly or both. Also it took forever to get these, months. I would not do business with this company again.
Best prices but, they need to work on their customer service by updating customers where there order status is along the way like most merchants do... one of the most frustrating thing about ordering from Ezcontacts.
Rex provided very good customer service through internet and on phone when I called. I opted for 2 business day delivery since we are going out of town Sunday 3/18. Got good personal feedback via email rather promptly regarding my order and shipping. If everything else goes this good, I'll be sharing this site with friends. Even reg. Price is good bit less than Costco but first order price was half of Costco's price. THANK YOU.
Ordered 8/28. Contacts never shipped until 9/5 (AFTER I sent an inquiry about the delay) and not being delivered until 9/11?! Valid prescription was already in their system. No reason for taking so long to get order. Will not use again.
I order some glasses ray bans for my son 9 years old, received an email has been delivered call them made a claim confirmed re ship address. Its been 2 weeks haven't herd back sent a bunch of emails and no response, I am so upset. Horrible service.
You really get quality product from them if you order something incorrectly no hassle with returns. This is the easiest most fastest efficient way to buy glasses and contacts price just right for anybody's budget
EZContacts i ordered glasses 12 days ago. Currently resolving with them however marketing is inconsistent with my experience. Will update upon resolution. Essential industry, dont want to get sick using contacts. Paid to expedite. Long time to respond still not delivered.
Live chat is very helpful for getting answers quickly. The customer service representative was amiable and knowledgeable on how to answer my question. She gave me all of my tracking information without me having to look into it myself.
