These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I have placed three orders from this site. The first order which was cancelled due to items not in stock. The second order which I worked with customer service to get me the right item. They offer authentic frames at great prices and you cant beat the prescription added for free.
I ordered these for my wife because she was having trouble finding local companies that did a good job. Really good prices, on both frames and lens! My wife says these glasses are the best she's gotten in the last few decades! The web site was very easy to use, and the end product is great!

They can't stand by their guarantees for processing and shipping times. The customer service agent basically said that I'm incompetent in using their website and then later said that the website is new and they are working out some bugs. The price was right but only if you don't care when anything arrives. I cancelled my order with no hesitation from their customer representative.
This store sells fake stuff. Never happened to me that newly opened contacts would irritate and burn my eyes badly. Their return policy says that you can get a refund only if box of contacts was unopened. So how are we supposed to get a refund for bad quality fake item?
I ordered these contacts last week and nothing has happened with my order it is not been shipped or processed and they completely messed up my prescription? After 30 years of wearing ordering lenses this is the only time I have ever had this much of a problem or that it has never taken this long? I'm still looking at another couple of weeks before I receive my contacts and they still have not been shipped? I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and I was told that there was nobody available to get on the phone but that maybe they can call me back in a few days? Do not order your contacts through this service you could use Coastal Contacts or 1-800 Contacts or even Walgreens. Taking a month to send out contact lenses is completely unacceptable
Placed the order on 04/23/2018 for contact lenses. Almost 2 weeks are over. They did not even shipped the item. Such a bad service. I called them 5 times and emailed them several times. Received irresponsible response. I am going to order it from another company now. This company should not be in business. Please avoid this company.

I have ordered from this site many times. Always a good experience but my last order on Feb 25 still has not processed. Customer svc unable to give explanation on two separate occasions other than my product was not in stock. I finally cancelled the order today... Jayne was extremely helpful and understanding and a full refund is to be processed.
I received my prescription sunglasses and I am so disappointed to find out the prescription is incorrect. I have always ordered prescribed glasses online and never had a problem. Im even more upset about your exchange return policy that states I would have to pay for shipping and half of the lenses in order to get his resolved! I think its horrible customer service.
Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and the lens coating began to disappear the first time they were cleaned. Takes an eternity to get a response from this company and there is no customer service. If you want to have something looked at, you need to complete a really long survey. Awful. Don't waste your time or money.

This was the most affordable way to get these glasses AND I could have prescription? Dream come true. I got the pink lenses and they came perfectly. They were a week later than their original estimated shipping date though so I had to be patient. Worth the wait though since the shipping is free.

Overall, the service was good. I thought the amount of time it took to actually receive the sunglasses after ordering was inordinately long, and nothing during the process prepared me for that delay. Also, a more minor point, the lenses, supposed to be "gray/green" do not look green at all. So the classic tortoise shell with green lenses 'look' has not really been achieved.
EZContacts states it will ship out orders quickly. After waiting a week I reach out because my contacts had not been shipped. The representative I spoke with said he would personally handle the order and have it sent out within 24 hours. Still have to wait and see if that happens, but the resolutions seems to be quick.
The company invests a lot of money in PR and advertising to make it look like they are well run and answer issues, but will only help if you submit a BBB complaint. If you look at the sitejabber reviews on the past 12 months, 60% are negative! You have a 6 in 10 chance in having a bad experience, that is horrendous and do not understand how they are rated 4.7 stars. When you order the product takes weeks to a month plus to arrive, and even then it took 2+ hours of communication with customer service for them to do anything. They do not respond to any emails, and chat function magically disappears from their website even during business hours. The phone is never answered. Avoid! Even after 6+ weeks waiting they never responded until i submitted a BBB complaint, and they only responded on the public site, not directly to me, in order to look good.
Also, the company may not have inventory for what it sells, and may be getting it from sketchy sources.

Glasses took much longer than expected to arrive. Reached out to customer service via direct message but no one was available to chat. Sent an email and next thing I know my glasses were expedited to me- almost like they forgot about my order but when I said something they tried to hurry and ship them. I dont think my glasses are the right Rx either. Cheaper than other sites but not sure if worth the headache.
I love their service I've been using them for a year now and they never disappoint. Thanks to Jayne today she was very helpful and patient with me and I appreciate her. EzContacts get right to the point Love it, will definitely recommend.
Found my favorite Kate Spade frames. I've never tried to order prescription glasses on line and had to measure my pupil distance. Not sure how accurate I was. The glasses came with progressive lenses and it feels like the distance portion is too high on the lens so I wear the glasses low. In future I will order single vision only. The processing and delivery was longer than promised. Overall happy but learned some lessons. The prices were great.
The frames and prediction lenses were great, and good value. However, it was 15 days between ordering and shipping. I felt like it was really a week longer then it should be, although there was never any obligation for EZ contacts to ship in that time frame.
Placed order 10/03/2022 it is now 10/14/2022 never received order and the funds have been deducted from my flex spending account in the amount of $305.09. Been calling since the order date to correct order but they have not answered any calls since 08/03/2022. Sent email and only received messages back saying, closed for Yom Kippur, then closed the following for something else. Now they're closed again until 10/19/2022. Can't speak to a human. Very frustrated. They are fraudulent.

Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon, but I ordered my contact lenses 10 days ago and I finally called to see where thy are. After being left on hold for 30 minutes the customer rep told me my contacts have not been shipped to warehouse yet. They should be at the warehouse in another 2 - 3 business days, then they will be shipped to me. This is unacceptable. I will not be using EZContacts again.
Ordered June 25. Site states orders should be completed/shipped in 5-10 days. Followed up on day 10 when order still said processing. Advised order would ship July 7. Order didn't ship until July 14.
Would have been fine with the wait if the vendor had been more honest with the time they needed to build and ship the product for these glasses were badly needed for someone with poor eyesight.
The product itself was great though. Service was the only reason for lost points in this review. I would order again but with the expectation that everything takes a month to fulfill.

Took 3 weeks to get one of my two pairs of glasses I ordered, which ended up having an incorrect prescription, and 4 weeks to get my second pair.
With the first pair, I returned them, and I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later for them to process my return.
Their outsourced customer service is pathetic and of no real help. You have to call to get any kind of response. They've never returned a single email I've sent.
One customer service person was incredibly rude even and hung up when I called trying to follow up on my returns status.
Overall, it was a huge pain and regret ordering from this website. Sure their prices are competitive, but since they don't have anything in their inventory, they just order it, wait for it to get shipped to them, THEN they ship to you, your order will take weeks to actually arrive instead of the 5-7 days they claim. Also, if you require prescription lenses, it takes even longer, and their lenses are the cheapest, lowest quality.
Huge mistake!
Ordered a pair of sunglasses on Friday. No email regarding delivery or shipment. They have my money though. Called up today and was told the glasses are back ordered.
Will take 2 weeks to get them. I will give them a chance but probably 1. And last time I will do business with them.

Would be really helpful to provide estimated delivery date/range for the order up front. Two weeks with no change in order status from "ordered." Had to call customer service to learn that "frames are on order from supplier and it will take 5-7 days after receiving them before they will be ready for shipment."
Order took awhile due to being closed on Sept 24,25 and Oct 1,2. But over all satisfied. Only issue is the numbers engraved on lens is more noticeable than any lens I've had from other places. It's like a blurry speck. It's less noticeable now that I've got on use to it. Never na it existed on lens till I got this pair and goggles it. Apparently all glasses have them. Ordered my glasses on September 21st. Received them October 6th.
