These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

My contacts took numerous weeks to show up, with no communication at all from them about the delay. Then, the packaging was clearly different from the original (I have bought these exact contacts before), and some of the boxes were open. Spend a little more money and go somewhere more legit and less "EZ".

This was my first experience with EzContacts.com. I found the exact pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, that I was eyeing at Nordstrom, on sale for half the price. Plus I got a promo code for an additional 8% off for signing up for email. Shipping was free. My new sunglasses arrived by the end of the same week! EzContacts packaged them well and enclosed a free gift (tiny eyeglass screw driver and a cleaning cloth). I've already told others about my experience. A+

No items. No customer service. Imagine that.
There are no items available in stock. However, the customers are not notified of this before the purchase. I have waited weeks for my contact lenses. Customer service is probably the worst I have experienced, making me wait 50 minutes each time, just to hang up on me 4 times. Online chat doesn't work either. Also my last representative just straight up hung up on me saying they don't have the item in stock and it isn't their fault.

Summary: no item in stock, takes the money, can't get into touch with customer service

I don't recommend doing business with these guys. You are just giving your money away. I paid them and never received my glasses. I've emailed them regarding the status of my order and did not get a response

Daryl Grimes service rep was great in helping me understand the lead time and updating an order to expedite shipping. Second order with EZContacts, and first experience ordering a prescription pair of glasses online. Lead times can take a bit of time as sometimes they still need to order from manufacturer but with a little patience it is well worth the cost savings. Would use their services again and again.

My skepticism to using an online company for glasses was resolved by shopping with ezcontacts.

I ordered two pairs of ray and with tinted lenses that had my prescription for the same price as just the frames at my optometrist office. Very happy. The first pair arrived within a week and the second took three weeks but for the price it's insane how they are able to sell them. Will definitely order again, and recommending to my friends.

I bought frames on the website. Two weeks later I found out that they were still not in stock. About a month from the day of purchase, I received the glasses and they were the wrong size.

To top it off, I had to pay $15 to ship them back.

Never again. This whole thing ended costing me money.

Such a nightmare.

EZcontacts has apologized and I have received my order today. EZcontacts has also provided me with an additional 20 pairs of contacts at no charge as a courtesy for this matter. I am satisfied with this resolution. I want other consumers to know that each of us has a voice and unless we make it known of these types of issues businesses can take advantage of you. I do not know the ins and outs of EZContacts business and this may have just been a single issue but, I am hoping they fix this issue so others do not go through this.

My order was placed and they debited money without shipping the product. They say they will debit when product is shipped. Now, 20 some days later out money and still no product received. Lies from CS agents. Horrible company misleading consumers by low prices. Need to shut them down!

Had an issue with script. They said they would call my eye doctor but never did. I got the script myself and emailed it to my support ticket. Ive sent 3 emails with no response and its been about 5 weeks. Worried they are going to charge me even though I had to order elsewhere. Absolutely awful customer service. Worst Ive ever seen.

Yes they might be extremely affordable but it took over a month for my contacts to arrive. It's not worth the $12 ever in my life again this is the last company I would ever order from. God forbid the contacts were medically necessary or I needed them within a week or two that's not going to happen it's very poor customer service.

The frames that I received were defective. I returned them for a replacement and I am still waiting. Meanwhile my son has no glasses and there does not seem to be a way to expedite my replacement. I wish I had just done a return, got my money back and ordered from someone else. I wanted to give this a chance but there should be a better was to handle returns. Check with Zappos as an example of how excellent customer service insures customer loyalty.

Do not email them. Better yet call the customer service. Review the item you order. My color tint is not what I ordered. It took 2 weeks to get the order and since there are issues with it, I had to return it again and wait probably for 3 weeks coz they won't process the Replacement until you send the other one. I suggested to just send me the corrected lenses and I will just be the one installing it on the frame but it's still didn't happen. At this time of review I don't the replacement yet. Original order was Feb 6. Today is March 1.

The worse $#*!ing company to order contacts from. Their quick to take your money but slow to deliver your products. I was told back to back they had holidays approaching so my contacts were delay. Even after their "holiday" I still haven't receive my purchase and its going on to two months. Report to BBB! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would because that; s what this company deserves.

First time ordering through EZ contacts since they had the lowest price for contacts. My order was processed on the same day as stated per an email, but the order info link just takes you to their web-page with no order information. What I found when I called customer service is they don't state is that they order the contacts through the manufacturer. There was a delay at the manufacturer which was not relayed to me, so much for the 5-7 day shipping, of course, I can always pay more to get it shipped to me faster. No thank you. I will go back to the place I've ordered in the past and pay more with a great shipping time, usually 4 days after purchase, no extra shipping charge. I will more than likely open a PayPal dispute since I still don't have them.

I am pleased with EZ Contacts' prices! I found the exact frames for which I was looking at a mere fraction of what my local optometrist charges! I was overjoyed! I ordered two pairs, and waited anxiously for their arrival. One pair arrived about two weeks later, and the other arrived over three weeks later. Because I had been out of town when they arrived, I received them a couple days shy of a month after the initial order. That delay is disappointing. Thankfully, I love my other glasses! Thank you!

At ezcontacts I was finally able to get frames I liked with the (very strong) prescription I need, along with the computer glasses coating I wanted to try out. Nowhere else online had all those things. More expensive than I'd planned on, BUT ezcontacts also had a return policy I can live with. (This is extremely important to me and hard to find.) And there was a sale that knocked a few hundred off the price.

The glasses arrived and fit well and are very comfortable (and look great). Would recommend.

Almost a month after ordering glasses from this company I called them to check the status. The somewhat dismissive customer service rep assured me this type of delay was rare and that she would research the situation and call me right back. Three days later, after no response, I sent an email demanding either the product I ordered, or a full refund. Four days later I received a response telling me the product is out of stock, no longer made, and offering me a substitute of a different frame. They said for my hassle they'd upgrade my shipping from regular to priority - Yippee! (Based on the way they operate I can only assume that upgrading to priority shipping means instead of it taking 3 weeks for them to ship something I'd get it in 20 days!). I've filed a Paypal dispute to get my money back.

If you did what I did, and just went with the cheapest company you could find, spend a few more dollars and deal with a reputable company, and save yourself the hassle.

Not enough website filters (EX: plastic vs. metal), I don't want to wade through 1000 pairs. No ETA email and got my glasses like 3 weeks after ordering, ugh. When I tried to return with online form, got no email. When I called, I got email, but you're unable to provide mailing label even though I was willing to pay for it (vs. Going to post office.) I ordered a replacement pair, love your selection, but your service needs improving.
