These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I switched to EZ Contacts for the "reasonable" prices ($400 for a year's supply of dailies). It's been 8 days and they're still sitting in the warehouse. They promised delivery in 5-7 days. That sucks. You know when you're on the phone with a company because of a problem and the customer service is so good that you don't hold it against them? Yeah that didn't happen here.
I have ordered with EZContacts in the past and when I went to re-order this time the price was much higher than it had previously been. I did an online chat session with Mark who was very helpful and told me how to get the same cost as I had before. He adjusted my order so I even paid a dollar less than last time! Would definitely recommend.
Do not send your money here because you may not receive your order! Over 30 days ago I ordered glasses and nothing has shipped. Waiting to see correctly is something you don't want to have to wait for and they promised expedited shipping (which I also paid for). They keep giving me the runaround that they're going to be sent soon but they are not! I will never ever order from here again!
I already ordered my contacts and they emailed me saying that my prescription was for eyeglasses and not contact lenses, which is false because I just ordered from them 3 months ago. Then, same as most of you. I was on hold for over an hour. When it got to be my turn, it kicked me back to the main menu and hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never order from this place.
Ive purchase prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses from this online site. Both times have been really easy, fast and no hassles. Good quality and competitive pricing. I have tried other online sites and there always seems to be some kind of issue, like out of the frames I want or lenses take way too long to get filled. Bad communication seems to be the norm for online frame shops.
I'm SO happy I found this website. I first ordered my contacts when searching for good price on google. The customer service Levi followed up how to obtain a copy of my script to confirm my order is right, very responsible of them! When I got an email that my order shipped and will arrive soon I got so excited and started looking for a pair of glasses. I wish they help me find a nice pair matching my face and style, I need large black frames to cover much of my face. I hope and believe ezcontacts will not let me down. Thank you

I got my new glasses and have been trying to get used to them. My prescription has not changed at all since my last pair. When I put them on and look at a page, the bottom of the page tapers inward quite a bit and there fore my vision seems distorted. I can read alright with them but wearing them all day makes me feel like I am moving underwater when I walk around. Don! T know what is wrong
We have now placed contact orders with EZContacts.com on multiple occasions. Both times, we have received no order updates for several weeks, no responses to emails, and seen no change in our online order status. Both times, after multiple calls with very long wait times (30 minutes) we discovered that our items were back ordered (thanks for letting us know!). The only option we were given was to wait a few more days and call back.Don't bother - order your contacts somewhere else.
I will start with saying I'm 100% satisfied with the frames and lenses! That's why I'm saying I could have easily given you a "5" if glasses where done and sent in a more timely manner. Instead after contacting you on more than one occasion (email) and stating I needed glasses by a specific date and getting a reply that sounded like this would happen I finally called customer service the day before the date needed and was told glasses were ready but not shipped. The young man at the call center who helped me was very helpful and after paying an additional $49.95 for overnight shipping he made sure that glasses were sent that day. I'm disappointed in having to pay that $49.95 since I was proactive in contacting company. Honestly I want to have a "5" experience with ezcontacts! Hopefully this will happen on a future purchase! I want to be able to tell friends to order from you as you do have a great assortment of frames, lenses and contacts!
I was able to get an entire year's supply of the contacts I wanted for a reasonable price. In fact, this was by far the cheapest out of all the places I found. They originally told me a week or more before I'd receive them, but they came in the mail quicker than expected.
I hate giving anyone less than 5 stars. The glasses are a great price and appear well made. My issue is that for company selling online their communication is terrible. They have 2 statuses, processing order or shipped. Seeing the same status for 2 weeks made me wonder if my order was stuck or something. When i called they seemed like i was bothering them.
I chose to shop on EZContacts because their e-commerce experience is smooth, seamless, and easy to use (also, the best prices I could find online). I was slightly disappointed that the shipping time took longer than initially described. I can wait for shipping: As long as it says 2 weeks, I'll wait 2 weeks. I just think that those expectations could be better managed because I was expecting my order in 5 days. Otherwise, it was a super smooth process and I am very happy with my purchase!
I love my new glasses, but it took over a month for me to get them in the mail, when I called customer service was mostly unhelpful and informed me every time I called that they were "still processing" whatever that means.
I can not believe the local eye glass places wanted 6 times the amount you offer the very same frames for. I am only using you going forward. I've already planed my next purchase. The quality and delivery service were both Superb!

The second time I used ez contacts and my order was a month late. I got charged 2 day shipping even though they did not ship part of my order till after a week. Multiple customer service agents replied saying I'm not getting any money back for their poor service. Never will use them again and will tell all I can not to use them
Ordered glasses and the lenses were wrong. Sent them in for an exchange yet there is no tracking or any way for me to see if they got them. Also semi disappointed as i believed they would arrive much quicker for the price of the shipping.
I order 3 times form them
1. Order got there a month and half late.
2. They didn't have the color I wanted so they decided I would want another color so just changed it on their own this also got there 4 weeks late.
3. My wife ordered something in early November we still waiting for it!

Very easy site to navigate, very happy with purchase. Price was awesome I had tried on the frames in retail store then order here. Sent my rx which is single vision and it was filled and perfect. Price was best I could find for this frame.
When I ordered my new single vision glasses I failed to ask how long it would take. Well, it took longer than 21 days. And it seemed that maybe too much time was spent by them sending the order to the people who manufacture.
I absolutely love my glasses. They came with a few extra goodies too!
I paid $69 and that was $200 less than a shop would have charged for these Armani's. I think I may order sunglasses now. How can I go wrong?
I placed my order on Feb 4. My contacts apparently haven't even gotten to EZConacts, let alone have shipped to me, and I didn't know this was an issue. I had to reach out to understand what the f*** was happening. I even paid extra for faster shipping. I've been stuck wearing glasses with an old prescription for weeks. IT'S A JOKE.
PS - Yes, my prescription has been verified. I ordered the exact same contacts with a brand new prescription that they verified in September 2022.

Never have I dealt with such incompetent people. It took 3 months to receive my order, the customer service sucked, and I honestly can't say enough negative things about the entire ordeal. I will never use them again. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else
Ordered frames July 8, said would ship in 4 to 7 business days. It's been 12 and they won't respond to emails regarding it. Obviously they lie about shipping to get your purchase but have no ability or care about repeat business
The site was easy to navigate. Prices were clearly posted and no tricks were played about discounted prices only being applicable if you do the mail in rebate. I like that they are returnable if necessary.
Paid extra for next day shipping, still arrived late. Contacted someone to add on to my shipment maybe 10 minutes after placing and half of that still hasn't shipped and it's been 3 months. Sent to wrong person. I mean, it's just been a terrible experience.
