These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
It took an extra week to ship but I don't care great price and my glasses are perfect. Some folks scare easy or wait until they they are without glasses or contacts then cry that the site is a scam if their order is delayed, mine was delayed but totally worth it.
It's been over a month no glasses. When I received the prescription lenses were wrong. I sent again a two page letter and asking for a call from some one. No one has called me. Customer service people are from another country. You can't understand them. I asked to be transferred no luck. I want my glasses with readers lenses in the bottom 2.50
That all I want, 8 people say they can do that but they came to me and the whole lens was done. They have my glasses and keep saying some one will call. I'm contacting the Attorney General and who else will listen.
I ordered a pair of designer frames with prescription lenses. I had to wait longer than I expected, but I was thrilled when I finally received them. Communication could have been better, but the incredibly low price and great quality of the glasses offset this negative. I would purchase from EZContacts again.
I had made 2 purchases within a month. My first order was brand name sunglasses that arrived within days of ordering. The second order was also brand name frames with prescription, it took a little over a week, but was expected due to the Rx lenses. Overall, great experience and great prices, will purchase again in the near future. Thanks EZContacts.
I ordered glasses for my daughter, placed the order with a service rep directly. She was very helpful gave me approx. Delivery date and I got them ahead of her scheduled time. My daughter loves her glasses.

I've ordered prescription glasses and received it a month after then it didn't work for me and had to return. So my refund got back to me like another 3 weeks. Anything that's advertised(time wise) is wrong! I found it very irresponsible. I had to keep calling to keep up other than that it could have been even worse or longer!
Couple of my frames were back ordered that Galvin provided me an update and was able to provide an expedited service for a different color. EzContacts clearly do a great job in terms of both frames and contacts. Contacts are cheapest I find it any where else that is reliable and genuine.
Glasses are as promised, which is certainly most important. Unfortunately, my other glasses broke, so swiftness was important to me as well. Once glasses were shipped, they experienced some sort of delay (from my view of checking status, it seemed like they were lost), and took an additional 2 business days to arrive. Therefore, they lost a star in their rating.
This is my second order placed with them, same experience...
It's been 14 business days since my order was placed and paid for. I'm very disappointed with whatever your reason for the delay is. Their prices may be decent, but the wait is unacceptable. I guess I'll find another supplier next time.
I was a bit apprehensive about ordering glasses online, however this experience was AMAZING! Customer service was pleasant and efficient when I needed to make a correction on my initial order. Glasses were extremely reasonable, I paid less than half price of what they sold for in the optical stores! Most amazing was the timeliness of receiving them! I received my glasses quicker than members of my family who bought from the local optical store! Highly recommend EZContacts!
I purchased the same pair of Michael Kors glasses for my mom about 2 weeks ago. This time it took about a week to receive, which is much faster than the previous time. We are happy with the purchase, everything was on point this time!
I purchased a pair of MK eyeglass for my mom on their site. There was no warning that the glass is not available in their warehouse. I chatted with Eva D and was told they have to order it from the manufacturer. Once they receive from the manufacturer then they will ship it to us. She told me that it would take several business days but I hardly believe this based on other reviews. Very unhappy customer! Will not do business with this company again.
After the process took around three months, the frames broke within a couple days of wearing them for about 10 minutes. I don't blame EZ contacts for the frame break, that's a Jones of New York thing. For me to try to return them was going to require about 30 minutes of preparation with all of their needs and then I would only get a portion back. Just decided to eat the cost and not use the company again. Yay
I am very happy with my purchase but dissatisfied with customer service. My purchase was delayed twice and the second time around no updates were given proactively. Neither was any inconvenience compensation or discounts. So it left me a little irritated. Overall I would still purchase from you guys again but I would be a bit more hesitant.

It took over 1 week to get a reply to my emails. Shipped was over 3 weeks with no communications. Most online retailers provide better service. I had seen similar reviews on other review web sites and if I had seen them before I would not have bought here. The few dollars I saved was not worth it.

The only thing that I'd wish for EZContacts is to have more agents available online, as it takes me hours to get through to online chat, as I never succeed with phone calls being put as far as 27 in queue
Just slow at having my glasses done and shipped. I am guessing it was due to the holidays. I will still buy from the company though. Great quality of frames and glasses as expected and nice little additional cleaning kit that will come in handful

When you speak with their call center, they will say that the product is available to ship right away, but they are LYING! Over two weeks waiting and order is not even processed. What a joke.

I was very led down with my experience with ezcontacts. I ordered a pair of sunglasses early June and did not receive them until late June. Apparently the pair I ordered was sold out but of course this was not noted on their web site, how is a customer to know? I emailed and was offer excuse after excuse. In todays market a consumer has many options and many sites where one can buy prescribed sunglasses I would advice for those out there to look elsewhere. Not worth the headache!
I feel like the time it took was way over any reasonable expectation without being informed of any delay. I had to email customer service to ask what was going on/why it was taking so long only to get a very brief and unapologetic response.
I like the product but some attention o waiting customers would be nice.
I worked with Rex today. I was a little frustrated that EZ Contacts never contacted me after finding out that my sunglasses were out of stock. I sent an inquiry as to why they were still processing after 11 days. Rex replied and was very friendly and helpful.
I ultimately cancelled my order and had the money refunded to me but he made my experience easy. I will be back to find another pair of sunglasses. I just need to try a couple on first! Thank you Rex
I ordered the Oakley Tie Breaker with an RX. EZContacts fulfilled my prescription correctly and hassle free. The price was much better than at the optician's clinic. My order took about a month to come in since I needed prescription lenses.
No response to email as order is two weeks late. I have emailed two times. Credit card has been billed on day of order. Scam company selling fake frames. If they were legit they would return emails and live chat would actually work as I have tried that numerous times with no luck. STAY AWAY!
Loved my new frames and I was pleasantly surprised at all the extras I got with my package. The frames, hard case, an 2 cleaning cloths, mini repair kit and an extra pair of lenses. The only thing I wish I knew was how long my order would take in the lab (being created for my prescription). The creating of my lenses took a over a week; however once finished it did ship faster than the 5-7 business days I originally opted for, which was nice.
Easily EZContacts had the best prices I could find. However, it took 8 weeks from placing my order to receiving it. They charge you the full price when the order is placed. When I complained and asked them to cancel my order, they upgraded shipping but would not refund my purchase. Only shop there if you don't care that your prescription will change during the wait.
