These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
After a month, I received a nice pair of glasses. Using a 30% off coupon gave me an excellent price.
My order was delayed. There was no proactive notification from EZContacts. I had to repeatedly initiate inquiries which were always replied to with a statement of delay. It felt like I had to contact them to get the order moving, but I really have no firm evidence of this.
I had a problem uploading my script with my order, it crashed and didn't work. This is actually why I was hesitant to order online, I am not great at technology. John was so patient and helpful and worked with me through several attempts to get the script to email properly. He was great, he even caught and error on my order vs. what the script had. Thanks so much! It's people like you John, that make this world a better place and help us to realize what really matters in life! Thank you!
I found frames in my local eye doctors office that I loved, but they were $145. I hopped online to see if I could find anywhere cheaper and EZContacts had them for $60! Ive never ordered prescription glasses from anywhere besides my doctor and EZContacts made it so easy. I was a little skeptical, but they have a great return and exchange policy so I took the chance and am so happy I did. My glasses are perfect and the correct prescription! Most complaints I see are about how slow EZContacts are, but honestly they take a little less than two full weeks and to me it is worth it to get cheaper prices. Hope this helps!
I have been buying my prescription glasses & contacts from EZ Contacts for a few years now. I've looked into & tried a couple different places before staying with them. They have quality eyewear for a reasonable price & they're great to deal with & when they run their sales it's even better. No need to look any further!

Could not find info on EZContacts.com about the processing fee for a potential contacts order. Started online chat with Jayne. She informed me that they do not charge processing OR shipping! Additionally, she gave me a coupon code I could use to get %10 off my order!
Took over a month for my glasses to get to me and was repeatedly lied to by their customer service reps. When they actually got here, the prescription was wrong and the framers were flimsy and cheap. Currently awaiting my refund, but I don't have high hopes.
Glasses were extremely bent. I had to pay my local store to get them straightened out. They owe me $50.00. Do not use this company again. Their customer service told me they would contact me, but two weeks later... nothing. I am very upset with this company.
The glasses that I got were great - I loved that I had a complete menu of options (I hate that no-glare coating that every other company seems to not let you opt out of) for my lenses. They came with a hard case, 2 cleaning cloths and a tiny screwdriver on a key chain (very handy). Prescription is perfect (a copy of which is included in the package). The only things I would have improved about the experience are 1. An on-line try-on option and 2. The turn around time to receive the glasses... after I placed the order was when I found out that it would be a 2 week wait. It was actually 3 weeks (unavoidable with the virus) Other than that, I am quite pleased with the whole experience.
Ordered an item that was supposedly in stock and was backordered for close to 3 months. Company has no concern with customer's wait time nor transparency of what is actually going on with the order.

They sent the wrong prescription. I called customer service to report. It took 5 mins to answer, then put on hold for 17 minutes " to investigate ", before being cut off.
Call #2,, answered, put on hold, and cut off.
Call #3, told they would replace if I paid shipping! Recording, (which I heard over and over while on hold), states they check each prescription before shipping to make sure it's correct.
They made, a mistake and want me to send more money?!
It's been two days since they were getting approval to waive the shipping fees... Terrible customer service, would NEVER use again.
I ordered a frame for my son on November 29,2017 and paid 30.00 for one day shipping.The frame was in stock. I had to call on December 4 since no one called or sent an email. I am now told the frame is discontinued and they can't get it. I asked why did it say it was in stock. I was told I went to their old website. No idea what that means. These people are incompetent. Do not buy from them.
I got my glasses and love them. They were beautiful and cheap. There was a mishap in the delivery because of USPS so I recommend getting the $6.99 UPS ground shipping option. Clara assisted my claim and she was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and eager to help. Thank you Clara for everything. I will definitely order from the site again.
I had heard if you bought pink tinted sunglasses it would help with migraines. The ones I bought were not very tinted and did not help and are actually worse for my migraines then my other glasses. That's my fault though for not researching before hand. The 7 day shipping you need to disregard as it takes a really long time to make the glasses. That said the prescriptions are right on the money better than any i have ordered locally.
This pair is a little loose so I am going to have to go to a local store and pay to have them tightened but still the quality is worth the effort. The only really negative comment is I was first drawn with to the site as you got a discount on your glasses after a certain number of point. I have bought two sets of glasses and gone over and never got the email with a coupon they said would come. However, I will just contact them the next time i get glasses. I will buy from them again and have recommended them to my friends.
Super slow shipping. Customer service is of no help and heavy accent made me had to ask the rep to spell out some of the words since he could not pronounce them properly... all he did was tell me what the tracking status was and offered no help whatsoever. My recommendation- stay far away from EZcontacts!

I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After two weeks I called, as the shipping time said 5-7 days. Took forever to get through to a person. They didn't really have much info, just that they would be done and shipped this past week. Well they were not done or shipped, as the lady said. Still waiting!
I ordered contacts over 2 weeks ago. There was no update on shipment for 15 days. I received an email after 2 weeks of waiting saying there was a delay and that I should have received my shipment information (I haven't). When I went to check on shipment through my account, it says that my contacts have yet to even be processed! I tried calling them (there are technical difficulties and therefore phone lines don't work). I also tried live chatting and email and there was no response. If you need contacts within a reasonable time limit, do not order from here.
Needed help with a pair of sunglasses that I had ordered which had a factory defect. Chatted with Jayne and was very helpful in getting me through the exchange process and had a return label to me within minutes. This type of service is why I will continue to use EZContacts for my eye care products!
My glasses took forever to arrive and no one reached out to tell me they were held up. I had to call after 2 weeks to find out.
Then after only having them for a week or two and having worn them not even a handful of times, the screws fell out and the frames fell off my face in the middle of a meeting.
So then I had to crawl on the ground in search of the tiniest screw and put them back together meanwhile a presentation is taking place.
Love the glasses but I'm a little disappointed with the overall experience. I understand things happen but figured I'd share.

Great customer service, I had an issue figuring out my son's prescription and the rep that I talked to was wonderful, and very responsive. Worked with me until we figured out how to get exactly what I needed! Order came as quickly and as expected. Prescription lenses were perfect, will definitely order again for the price!
Before placing my order I tried online chat and waited and waited, could not find info on if glasses /frames that I was interested in were designed for a woman or a man. Tried to connect again. No response long wait so I sent an email. Order placed, email received a week later. Glasses designed for men. Now I own them, would have selected a different pair had I gotten a timely response.
I placed my order and they notified me a few days later that they had no longer the item and that it would be discontinued. They finally managed to get me the model I wanted, but this just delayed a lot the delivery, and I needed the glasses urgently. They should incorporate real time stock availability into the website, so you can decide if you prefer another model that will arrive more quickly.
I have been looking for affordable designer glasses everywhere! I found the same pair on this site for $300 less than my Dr was charging. Simple process, great customer service! Huge selection of authentic designer eyeglasses! They also included a mini kit! I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for quality and affordable beautiful glasses!
Unfortunately, I will never purchase from EZ Contacts again. This was my second and final purchase. The glasses are stretched out and won't even stay on my face. They look used and never should have passes quality control. Instead, they were fitted with my prescription. Since they can't be returned, I'm out over $250. I will make sure to let my friends and family know that they should avoid buying from EZ Contacts.
What a disappointment. I doubt anyone cares and they won't reach out.
I was recently prescribed to wear contact lenses and bought my first pair at EZContacts. I am satisfied with the quality of it, everything came well-packed, but it took them 2 weeks to deliver my order, even though the lenses were in stock. If I knew the shipping would take so long I would order them somewhere else, or go to a physical store to make a purchase. Not sure if I will order again.
