Awful experience. Spent $500 on Gucci frames and lenses. Ordered May 18. Arrived evening of June 17. There were multiple emails I initiated with customer service asking about the delay, asking to cancel because of the delay, asking for expedited shipping because of the delay (they agreed but then didn't expedite shipping). And the glasses don't fit and can't be adjusted to fit. They fall off my face. The material cannot be heated to adjust; the packaging says it. And the return window closed on June 17, before I even got them out of the mailbox. Are these people kidding? They took over a MONTH to get a pair of glasses that were in stock to me, lied all along, and then closed the return window the day they arrived. So I'm stuck with unusable, unfixable, unreturnable glasses? NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered contacts that had to be made custom and they came faster than promised by my Optometrist office.
When you place the order, check that all the information is correct and submit the order. When I received the confirmation, the address was set wrong by the system, so the package would not arrive. Quickly contact me through your system (email) indicating the situation and to this day they never responded to me.

When I called the customer service line they weren't very professional and asked me send them a pic after doing so I was informed it was received. Don't understand This at all. Very disappointing
I have ordered Air Optix monthly 6 pack colored (gray) contacts in the past from another company which i absolutely loved and I received so many compliments on the color. Since then I have run out of contacts and my prescription has changed as well, so I decided to give EZ Contacts a try and i was hoping to have them before vacation. 1) They arrived late. 2) The color does not even change my eye color from brown to gray like my last pair did. 3) The prescription is not correct, i can not even see out of them and they are very drying on my eyes.
I received a "review your purchase" email from the seller which i expressed my concern and I still have yet to hear back from them. Then I tried calling Customer Service which no one ever answered and then the recording said "select #1 to receive a call back" which again no one ever did call me back.
My glasses either had the completely wrong prescription or they didn't put my prescription on the lenses at all. Will never order from here again. Didn't allow me to get my money back only allowed an exchange. Why would I want a different pair of glasses just to have the same problem again?
Found this website several years ago and have been ordering contacts for my husband ever since! Easy to use website. They save your orders so you can just go back in and click re-order and you're done! Fast shipping. Never had any issues.

Bad site overall. States frames are in stock, and they are not. You order them and they dont notify you of any delays (like them being out of stock). Then proceed on a call to tell you the are out of stock and are waiting to be refilled. Cool. About 3-5 weeks out. Oh thats nice, my glasses are medically necassiary for me to see, if i would have known i would be without glasses for this long i would have gone elsewhere. But like the site said they were instock right?!? Place is a joke, its now week7 and my order still says processing. EZCONTACTS do better your a joke of a company if you can not serve your customers like you say you do.
First time ordering with this company it will be the last first had two right eyes that were crinkled up and defective they replaced them and now we have two left eyes that are defective when we opened up the new box and they are crinkled and effective and they won't replace them I will never order from this company again they suck

EZ Contacts had the best price after shopping around. They also had all the color/style options including what I was looking for. After placing the order they arrived lightning fast, I think I received them no more than 48 hours later. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
I ordered multifocal contact lenses from this company. They sent me contact lenses with defects and they never accept to refund my money. This company probably is not in USA. They steal people money and they have ridiculous and horrible customer services. They mocked me. Do not buy from them!
Ordered glasses for my daughter in March. She received them weeks later and the prescription was wrong. They added a 0 to one of the numbers and she ended up with a coke bottle lens on one side. Lab didn't think to double check for error considering that might be a little unusual. We paid for expedited shipping and filled out a return slip with a new shipping address. Well, they sent to the wrong address. Now going on 3 months and no glasses and no offers other than, "Sorry, we hope to get it right eventually".Meanwhile, my daughter has duct tape holding her glasses together. One star for the nice customer service rep that was emailing me with tracking numbers as the glasses were traveling hopelessly around the Midwest.
This is my second EZcontacts order for prescription eyeglasses. This order was for a new Ralph Laurel Polo frames with my latest clear-lens distance prescription that corrects astigmatism. I received my order about 22-23 days after I placed it.The new glasses are excellent, the text on the TV (15 feet away) is perfectly readable once more. On my back deck, I was just watching the hummingbirds and they are strikingly beautiful as are all of our flowers. The sharp Polo PH2117 black matte frames both look great and feel great. The matte finish feels a little like silicone injection molding - very comfortable. I might buy another distance pair with either sunglasses tint or photochromic distance lens for outdoor use. PRICE: the price I paid was a bit high IMO as collusion in the worldwide eyeglasses industry is well known. But, I did get a very nice product for my money.
I love using EZContacts, the site is easy, the service is excellent, contacts are affordable, and they arrive really quick!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
