Very satisfied with the product and overall experience. I spent a few weeks looking for the best price both online and in-store and I finally found EZContacts. Packaging was intact and I am very happy with my sunglasses.

Spoke with customer support on two occasions in which false information was given to me as the consumer. Product was never to be sent in the time period that I had paid for and never received a call back from management on both occasions. Business practices and ethics are in concern.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a pair of Persols prescription glasses and after I waited a month they arrived to me all scratched and banged up. When I reached out to see if they would be able to give me a partial refund and send a new pair - they told me that I need to send back the defective pair they would then send me a new pair. When I made a comment about why they needed the defective pair, the CS associate noted that the pair sent back will then be sent to someone else. DO NOT BUY HERE!

The ordering process was super easy and the prices were great! The contacts are just as they should be - accurate and name brand. I have to knock off a star for shipping. I was in a rush to receive my order so I paid for one day shipping. I was hopeful that the order would make it out of the warehouse on the same day that I ordered, but it was shipped the day after I placed my order. Not a huge deal. The package did not arrive until the 3rd day after I received the notification that it had shipped. It took 4 days to be delivered from the time I placed the order. There were no issues with my order or prescription. This is not one day shipping. EZ Contacts needs to work with a carrier that can deliver on the promise of one day shipping or not offer it at a premium price. I would recommend EZ Contacts, but stick with standard shipping.

I paid weeks ago. They start sending me all these emails, to solicit my business. Meanwhile, they've have never filled my order. They gave me the incorrect tracking number. There is no activity. They give you the runaround when you call. I want my $300 back. You will be hearing from me. It's not over you crooks. I have been contacted by and *, I've been sent a fake link, showing my item was delivered, which is a lie. Do not buy from EZ Contacts, they are SHADY!

EZcontacts took my money and now almost 3 weeks later I finally got ahold of someone a customer service. He was very nonchalant Ando not care about my situation and he was also from a foreign country.
I never received my merchandise and they promptly closed for a whole 7 days for "Passover". I sent 2 emails and never received a reply until way later. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was on hold for a long time in obviously was not gonna get through.

What these people are doing is criminal. I'm going to get my money back from my credit card and go a different direction!

The guy on the phone today also told me it's now going to be another 2 to 3 weeks to fill my order. My order is nothing unusual there are Air Optics night and day, one of the most popular common brands in the world.

My recommendation is stay away from them and do not order from them!

Ordered 4/6/23...it is now 4/18/23 and I am informed it will take 2-3 weeks more!

Customer service lies and will not ship.

I ordered a pair of glasses on March 15, and one month later my glasses have still not even shipped. My glasses were promised to ship in 3-5 days, so after a week of tracking, I called. I was told that it would arrive in less a week, so I called again after no updates. I was then told that my glasses were still in the manufacturer, and that it would not come in a while. I was coerced into buying another pair while I waited, and promised in would deliver in 3 business days. I agreed, and the next week it did not arrive. I tried to call customer service once more, but they said they were on holiday. At this point I have wasted about $200 and a month of my time. I am going to cancel both of my orders, and I would not this company to anyone. Get your glasses anywhere.

Found the model of Oliver Peoples frames I was searching for at a great discount. Had the prescription sunglasses added at a reasonable price and saved a lot of money on this great product. EZContacts is my first checkpoint from now on.

Contact quality declined

I used to be able to wear these contacts (which are rated for 30 days of continuous wear) for weeks without them drying out or having any issues but these new ones from EZ contacts seem to dry out/dry my eyes out in less than a day. Idk if they got "cooked" in shipping or not but it's rough to wear these. Consider ordering from a local retailer that isn't gonna ship them then not email you when they arrive so they sit in the hot spring weather for several hours.

My husband and I have been purchasing our contact lenses from EZ Contacts for many years. Always the lowest price of any other contact lens company and they also give you a percentage off on top of that. Delivery is free and fast. Ordering is simple. Great company! Would highly recommend!

Worst customer service. There no hassle return is the biggest night mare. They charge you to return product plus if you had a discount on order the screw you out of that even if you had multiple items on order. I suggest finding a reputable company that wants to work with you. Took me almost 6 weeks to get first set of glasses

Fake Prada Glasses

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies.

Your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. Branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. By keeping a low overhead, purchasing directly from the source, and staffing our own in-house lab, we are able to reduce our operating costs and pass the savings on to you!

I understand that there is something about your glasses which makes you hesitant about the authenticity and I apologize for that defect. I would like to look into this issue further and see what exactly the issue was with the glasses. Please send me a picture of the defective glasses so that I can better approach the situation.

Absolutely terrible company. Will never buy anything from them again.
1st purchase, they sent me a opened old box of contacts. They were good and exchanged it for me.

2nd purchase, my prescription changed so I asked about an exchange. They said after 30 days, $3 processing fee. They approved the exchange, then told me I have to pay for shipping back to them. Fine. Paid $6 shipping. Then after they shipped my new box, they charged my credit card full price. It took over 2 weeks, numerous emails and threatening to dispute charge with my cc company and BBB before they finally agreed to refund me less the $3 (as a 1 time courtesy). Really? Then I noticed they sent me the wrong contact (left eye instead of the right eye that I asked for). Their response was they will accept it as an exchange and I have to pay for shipping back to them.
