These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
First off i had to order another pair of glasses after i waited 2 weeks on the pair i ordered because they kept pushing back the availability. Then the one's i ordered took over a month to get and when i received them they were a woman's glasses that lived in las vegas and she received mine so we had to go through a big mess to get them shipped to eachother. Ezcontacts was the worst experience. Never shopping there again.
It's hard for me to buy glasses because I have a small face. Chose glasses that were no longer made in the size I ordered. Was informed by customer service and helped me to process a different selection. Love my new glasses.
I understand that we are under special circumstances but the customer should not be given false information about orders. I have been waiting for more than 5 weeks for my order with little and false information every time I contacted the company.
I am thoroughly thrilled about the quality of the glasses I received but also the lenses. The choices I made online were implemented true to form in the physical product. Also, the service and shipping here was astounding- I placed the order on a Monday and received the glasses on Thursday. I'll be using ezcontacts for all my glasses needs moving forward.

I specifically contacted customer service before placing my order to ensure my item was in stock. I was told it was so I went ahead and placed the order. It took over three weeks from ordering to receive my glasses. I think this is completely ridiculous since I was told even on the long end production in the lab would be 5 days max. Although when the product finally arrived it was as described I will never order from this site again.
I took almost a full month to get my kid's glasses. First the frames were discontinued I emailed about a different pair and didn't get a response for a full week. They finally responded and found the discounted frame and shipped them out. Then it took 2 weeks for them to arrive. Never again Will I spend any time or money on this company
Lens tint was not what I requested and are more masculine-looking than my preference. Prescription is on point. I also wish the tint was a bit darker. Frames are very light weight which is nice when im wearing but when I set them on my head for indoors they easily slide off my head. Other than that they still come in useful when driving.
I've ordered through EZ Contacts before and had no trouble with my order. However, I recently reordered my contacts on 2/10/19 and have yet to receive it. Their customer service representative explained to me that they were out of stock with my contacts and had to order them through their supplier. Whatever you do, don't pay for faster shipping. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping, however this has been useless since I've been waiting for over two weeks for my order.
I ordered some daily wear contacts for which I paid extra for fast shipping. After a week, the status of the lenses had not changed (order being processed). Very long story short, I was lied to, told it was my fault because I should have asked if they were in stock, told they would be shipped from the warehouse by Expedited shipping only to find out that they were sent by economy shipping. I am OUT of my daily lenses, told the incompetent customer service representatives that it was urgent and they LIED to me on several occasions. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and I am not young. They should be put out of business.
Placed an order three weeks ago. Been getting the run-around ever since. Was told they were out of stock when I asked for a tracking number. Was told they would be in the next week. It has been three weeks and they are still "out of stock." I'm now attempting to cancel my order.

Finally received the updated glasses and while I clearly stated on the return they were to replace ONLY the right lens, they for some reason changed both and now the left lens, which was fine, is screwed up. I included a copy of the prescription, highlighted that just the right lens was wrong, and now after 9 weeks, I'm once again holding a pair of useless glasses. Their receipt, which has someone's initials on it like it was quality checked, shows the wrong sphere number for the left lens.
It took 5 1/2 weeks to get my glasses the first time. This was after multiple emails and phone calls where I got conflicting information. One rep said the order was processing, the next said it was cancelled because the frames were no longer available ("oh I'm sorry no one told you"), then the next said they were in process again! When they finally arrived there was a problem with the prescription (my doctor's fault, not theirs) and I had to send them back for a replacement lens. It's now been over 8 weeks total and I was just told they'll be shipped in a few days, and then another 5-7 business days 'til I receive them. In the end it's going to end up at nearly 3 months for this entire process. If you need your glasses in a timely manner, I recommend going somewhere else. I could've taken the frames to Costco and had them in a week.
I ordered a pair of glasses online in mid December. At the time of purchase, the website indicated 10-15 business days for delivery. Little did I know that it would take 2 months for my glasses to arrive. I called repeatedly and I was told they work with a manufacturer in China who was causing the delay. OK. I get it. Then the glasses arrived from the manufacturer to their lab. I was then told there's a backlog at the lab and there might be further delay. I will say that the product itself is up to par, exactly like what I ordered. But due to their inability to set correct expectations, I give them a 2-star. If you're willing to wait that long for your glasses then go for it.

Love my new glasses, had a problem at first when after purchasing the glasses i got an email saying they were not in stock and i would have to wait an extra 15 days. I emailed customer service and they took care of everything and i ended up getting my glasses earlier then expected.
Ordering was easy. I just used the info my eye doctor gave me. The price was way lower than what I would have paid at the office, too. Super happy with me glasses and the great notifications I always got from EZ Contacts about my order status. I will definitely buy from them again.
One set of glasses came within a week no problem. Other glasses took 3 weeks and I didn't get them in time for a vacation I needed them on. Customer service was helpful but long queue time to get someone. If their shipping speed could be half as good as their customer service they would be great to use.
I ordered a Burberry sunglasses and was pleasantly surprised that my order came days before the time promised. It came in original Burberry packaging plus complimentary lens cleaning liquid from Ezcontacts. The sunglasses are exactly the same as what I tried on in the store, only a lot cheaper. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and I am ordering a Coach sunglasses right away!

Sub par customer service. As long as you ask all the questions, they will advise. They do not go out of their way to let you know anything beyond the bare minimum, and if there is an issue from their end, they do not compensate even if it is a situation in which they were expected to follow through.

While placing an on line order, I mistakenly closed the website. Upon reopening i didn't see the order so I started another. Afterwards, i saw that i rec'd two email confirmations. Customer Service was able to cancel the duplicate order within seconds of my explanation of what happened. Daryl G was professional and very quick to resolve my issue.

Bought these for my 8 year old daughter. We saw these and tried them on in the dr office and then found the frames here for $90 cheaper! My daughter loves them. They fit well. Not as big as I thought, but still ok. She has a pretty heavy Rx (+350) and she has no problems with these lenses.
I placed an order 17 days ago and the status of this order states it has not left the warehouse. I e-mailed EZ Contacts a few days ago without a reply, chat function is not really operational. Today I called and literally have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I wish I read these reviews first.
Both times I found the company to be very client friendly. They were very easy to contact and took me through the 1st ordering process step by step. Previously, I had only received contacts through my Dr's office. I spoke to Daryl Grimes on both occasions and he was very helpful. He was able to quickly check on my prescription to make sure it was current. Also, prices are great! I highly recommend this company and CS staff.
I returned a glasses i purchased for 222.00 in 3 weeks. I had ordered progressive, there was none, so i returned it. They credited me $154,00. Why, i asked. I have today sent them 5 emails, and no one has responded! I am not happy
