These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
Stating that I am extremely disappointed with the way your company has handled my order is an understatement!
I placed an order over a week ago, paid for 3 day shipping, but still had to wait over a week to get my contacts. It's impossible getting an agent on the phone or on a live chat at any point during the day. When I chatted online with Gavin, he was rude and of no help!
For the past 2 days, I tried the live chat at least 15 times, the agents are always busy. I was also on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with someone to just get their voicemail.
Honestly, your company isn't that much cheaper than the others, and I will now indefinitely be taking my business elsewhere; it's not worth my time to contact your customer service department when clearly you don't care about that aspect.

Initial order claimed standard shipping. After a week with no tracking information, messaged customer service to find they were on backorder and there was nothing they could do. As I didn't have a backup prescription pair, I was blind for an extra 2 weeks.
Ordered contacts two weeks ago. Never received them. Was told they were out of stock, gonna ship direct from warehouse, would take 24-48 hrs. Almost a week later I tried to call to follow up (7 times I tried) and couldn't get through - kept getting disconnected. No answer to my email yet. Finally got through today and asked for a refund after being told the same thing about the warehouse and waiting 24-48 hours. Very disappointed, would never recommend or order from again. This was time sensitive - leaving country in couple of weeks and have no contact lenses. And I can only hope the refund is speedy.
So far great customer service, especially from Miles! Did receive defective pair of persols after a long wait that QC missed in a big way (severely warped)-- awaiting new pair and a satisfactory resolution with the returns process which could be tested (due to long waits and defect I may not get back into the country within 30-days they ask for returns due to extended biz trip... this will dictate my ultimate judgement of truly great customer service
I ordered these super cute specs with upgraded lenses - not ALL the most expensive upgrades but had confidence my glasses would be protected and well functioning- I have had them less than 2 weeks and already one of the lenses has scratches! Smh after spending $150+... what a bummer..
I thought I'd give EZContacts a try since they offered the lowest price on my contacts. I uploaded my prescription at the time of my order. It has been 8 days now and the order status stills says "order processing/prescription verification". I have no idea when my order will actually ship. No point calling them either. They won't answer the phone or respond to emails. Their "Live Chat" feature timed out too.
Since I'm about out of contacts, I had to place an order with a competitor.
I placed an order with Contact Lens King. My order shipped the very next day!
UPDATE = ordered July 9, shipped July 17, received July 20, called me on July 23 to apologize and offer me some free contacts. Consequently, I've given them a couple more stars.

Placed order on 5/22 and 5/21, and got the items on 6/13 and 6/16. It never happened with other providers as Eyesbuydirect or lens.com ( both price there little bit higher but quick service) I wont come back to reorder even there is good deals
Very poor company all around. Their site claims fast everything and nothing is fast. I ordered sunglasses 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped. I tried calling them but their phone system always indicates they are closed but will be open the next day... but they never are. I emailed them and threatened to cancel my order unless they shipped soon. Their response was to create a shipping label but the item was still not shipped.
Pay a few dollars more and avoid this company.
I love my new glasses, however they don't fit great... they need to be adjusted, as they too loose and fall down on my face. That is the disadvantage of ordering online. I was hoping some tools or instructions for adjustments would be included but there wasn't anything. They also took longer to arrive than it said when I ordered them. The frames are beautiful so I'm going to try and see if my eye doctor will adjust even though I didn't purchase them there.
Terrible customer service. Order sunglasses weeks ago and still not here. Every time I call or chat, they say that they are in the lab and they will make them a priority. This has been going on for a week, and they still have not shipped. Finally had to cancel my order since I have no confidence they will be here anytime soon.
They don't pick up the call when calling their customer service line when having issues, so you have to email them. It takes a few days for them to respond. I paid shipping for 4 pairs and only one got shipped. Waited for a month for the rest then had to cancel then hey refunded a wrong amount less than I paid for. It is a nightmare! Wanted to leave this review to their website but it doesn't seem like they accept one star review.
Tip for consumers:
Designer Optics seems better with customer service so I would go there instead.

I ordered my glasses through EZContacts after researching for best prices on a pair of Prada frames. The price / quality of the glasses are definitely great, I'm really pleased with the purchase overall. However, there was no communication on when the glasses would actually ship out or an estimated arrival date when I placed the order. Ended up taking about 2 weeks to ship, which is a long time to wait especially if you don't hear from them at all in the meantime. Would suggest that EZContacts be more diligent about this to the customers, but otherwise I would recommend for their quality and price.
I ordered a pair of michael kors frames that aren't sold by very many vendors and it was by far the cheapest price point (also there's a great online coupon floating around for 10% off your first order). I was frustrated because my order was listed as "processing" for around a week and began looking up reviews on sites like these (at which point i started to get really worried). Once my tracking number was emailed to me it was smooth sailing from there. My frames arrived today (ordered 10/9, arrived 10/19) and they're BEAUTIFUL, i could not be happier! Would order from this site again.
Edit: if it makes any difference, i ordered the display frames only and am planning to get the lenses made by a local optician.

Product arrived exactly as described and at a very reasonable price, I will buy again from here. I ordered Juicy Couture brand glasses I had found at a local store I liked. I was able to purchase them for half of the price they were listed at the store. Will not be shopping at stores anymore. Except to find which frames I like.

I ordered my contacts on 12/27 and they still haven't shipped, but I've been charged. I am in a play that opens next week and I can not wear my glasses. I'm so upset I won't be able to see while I perform! Sent several messages, no response. I hope I can get my money back. Ordering contacts should not be so stressful!
Order took almost a full month had to follow up by email to get status no one contacted me to alert me of any delays no one wrote to provide updates, status. Poor customer service. Ordered same glasses purchased at retail store surprised when I received as quality is not the same glasses much lighter flimsy does not seem to be authentic feels like knockoffs no wonder the price you should be more clear if selling not authentic products. A terrible experience all the way around. Great price. Crappy product. They work however. I guess that is the only bright side.
Terrible customer service, the web site says in stock, but not really and could take 15 days to receive. I had a 20 min online chat in which EZ says they will honor a price and when I was instructed to call, I was told no and offered a substantially higher price. Not a pleasure to do business with, please use another seller.
I ordered my contact lenses approximately 10 days ago. I've never used them before so I was hesitant. I finally called EZ Contacts today to check on the status, because I hadn't received any shipping notifications. It is now 10 days after the initial order was placed and I have received a notification from UPS showing that it was just processed today, 2/20/18, when processing was supposed o occur 24-48 hrs after ordering. What?!?!?!?!?! It looks like I will not have my contacts ready for some big, upcoming work events. Very disappointing EZContacts.
I ordered a pair of glasses on March 15, and one month later my glasses have still not even shipped. My glasses were promised to ship in 3-5 days, so after a week of tracking, I called. I was told that it would arrive in less a week, so I called again after no updates. I was then told that my glasses were still in the manufacturer, and that it would not come in a while. I was coerced into buying another pair while I waited, and promised in would deliver in 3 business days. I agreed, and the next week it did not arrive. I tried to call customer service once more, but they said they were on holiday. At this point I have wasted about $200 and a month of my time. I am going to cancel both of my orders, and I would not this company to anyone. Get your glasses anywhere.

My glasses are great and I am very happy with them. However, they took a long time to process and there wasn't ever a clear update on when I would actually receive them. Every time I contacted EZContacts, I was told that there were still being made but could never be provided any information besides cookie cutter estimates that kept being repeated even though that time had already passed.
While it was not the worst experience, I will definitely be searching for another company to use next time. I've ordered glasses online with others and communication is really stellar with them.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them. 1st time was great, this time I was double-billed. I reached out to them via their email contact link. They "assured me" that it was pending & not a double charge. My bank, Regions, confirmed they did double bill me. Huni went back & forth with me several times & I requested a manager to contact me when she kept giving me wrong information. I have not received a phone call or return email from them since then (4 days ago). Their prices are decent if they don't bill you twice for the same order! Their customer service is apparently not very well trained. Their management appears to be non-responsive. I've looked at other web-sites that have only marginally higher pricing and better reviews. I am an unhappy former customer and I will not order from them again.

My prescription glasses arrived two weeks after purchasing, even though estimated time was one week. Upon receipt, the frames were bent. After several attempts to contact customer service by phone, waiting over thirty minutes at I time, I thought email would be more efficient. It wasn't. Response times averaged 2-3 days. I finally sent back glasses, and it's been over a week and I have still yet to receive my new lenses, or have been contact with an update.
If I could give a zero, that would be too high. Ordered Bolle sunglasses for a gift with expedited shipping ten days before I needed them, site said available, 2/3 days processing Never arrived in time yet customer service continued to assure me I would receive them. Called the date they were expected and was told they were now unavailable from the manufacturer. I have seen them on other sites! If you want to frustrate and embarrass yourself order from EZ Contacts, they won't disappoint!
Ordered Tory Butch sunglasses... told there was a 4-5 day back order delay... called 3 weeks later and after long wait, was told they weren't really sure when the glasses would be coming in. HUH? Trying now to cancel order... not easy... said they would send an email that I could cancel with... of course, I never got any e-mail.
