These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
Just received my prescription Saint Laurent eyeglasses.
Order was placed July 17th. So almost a month to receive them. Was a little concerned at one point after reading other reviews about how long it would take to recieve. Feel like the 2 day shipping is a little misleading as people forget sometimes they wont have your glasses in stock and are currently in a pandemic, plus the time it actually takes to make your lenses. Seeing as we are in a pandemic i feel like less than 30 days to receive my glasses is fair! Especially at the price. Got all the bells and whistles, blue light and uv block, the thinnest lenses, anti reflective etc for $320. All in all, good experience! Definitely would buy glasses in the future from them. 4/5 stars, would definitely be 5/5 if they communicated the amount of time processing your order takes.
My first time ordering contacts from them was a fiasco. Took a month and countless phone calls back and forth to customer service. I was assured that it was a rare occurance because they are updating their website. So stupid me, 6 months later I decide to give them another shot. Received shipping notification 2 weeks ago. Emailed customer service 2 days ago, no response. Called today and was told they are hoping to ship today! Same exact scenario as the last time I ordered! I truly believe that they don't bother shipping until a customer calls looking for their order! Do NOT order from this joke of a company. Supposedly they are in NY. I could have driven there and picked my contacts up and been home by now!
They're a 100% scam. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and my frames haven't shipped yet. The customer service is horrendous they lie to you every step of the way. Every time I call they make up an excuse and promise to email me with more information or a status. Employee' John, Emanuel and Rico are all crooks as well. They make promises they can't deliver. And I mean promises to simply email me a status since I can't spend all day with them on the phone. They take forever to answer the customer service line and once they do they leave you on hold forever while they're "checking the status". I made the mistake of ignoring all their bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. Literally 3 weeks and they still didn't ship my order. I am mad beyond belief and am going to right them a bad review on every website I can to make sure no one ever gets screwed over like I did.
But The experience with Ez ContactsHas always been a great friendly and professional exchange.The products are superior to any of other merchants that I have had business transaction with. Overall I will continue to order my glasses and contacts from this vendor as long as it exist.
Ordererd eyeglasses on 11/25 - even called in and told it would be 5-7 days. Today is 12/8/17 and still nothing. Called in and told another two weeks... and when I expressed my issue with the misrepresentation they were like - "Be patient sir... you will get them when you get them". Rude customer service and the only thing they did quickly was charge my credit card for items that have not even been made or shipped. Sorry company and stay away from!

Ordering from EZContacts saved me quite a bit of money but it took FOREVER! About 6 weeks from order to deliver. The week after I ordered I found out they didn't have the color I had ordered. I had to pick a new color, delaying the order. Then they called me to check if the prescription was right because it's so strong. Double checking is great but added to my frustration. Then when the glasses came the color didn't look like the picture on-line. The whole thing was super frustrating because my daughters glasses were destroyed and she was having to try to function without while we waited. I still give 4 stars because of the price and quality of the glasses.
Processing time takes way too long and customer service isn't so great. They have no actual email listed. Instead, you have to send them a message from their website that no one seems to reply to. They have two websites, which is kind of confusing and unprofessional. Return policy isn't very good. However, the glasses that I ordered are the ones that I recieved, and the prescription was accurate. I don't think it's worth the wait though, especially if you end up not liking what you order. I won't be buying from EZContacts again.
We could have paid $600 after insurance at lenscrafters or the $400 without using insurance and an extra option not included with lenscrafters. Please don't be afraid of measuring pupil distance as you can be a millimeter off with no I'll effects. My glasses are perfect and I have better than 20/20 vision. I am happy with my first experience of buying eyeglasses online. Mine took more time than store but an extra day is no big deal.
My glasses are great and they were a great price. But it took over a month to get here. No shipping or tracking info was sent until I contacted customer service. So if youre in a rush, look elsewhere. Otherwise great prices.
I have done 3 purchases through ezcontacts and all orders have magically, very unlikely not been sent correctly to their system and usually doesnt happen.
Long story short there has been a problem with every single purchase. Yea they have good prices but every other websites price match at this point.
They will take super long to get you your product. Every single order I have had to spend countless hours nagging them on the phone what is going on with my order.
Every time you call they give you the run around. Horrible customer service reps as well, very disrespectful and take you for a fool. Avoid them.

Given the Covid-19 situation, they were still able to ship as promised compared to other vendors that took over a month and without any updates.
The sunglasses I ordered came with my prescription for a no line progressive. So far the quality is spot on. The lens is pretty close to original. Pricing may be a bit on the high side but they do offer some discounts and you should take advantage of it. Overall, I am very happy with my EZContacts buying experience. I will order again and hope the processing time will be shorter once Covid-19 passes.
It took a whole month to get prescription glasses. I contacted the department they have terrible customer service cause they didn't care. The site states ships out 2-3 days and that the item is in stock. What they need to say is that it may have to ship from the supplier, then we put prescription in which takes 5-7 days then ships in 5-7 days. The horrible part was I got PayPal involved and they hustled then a tad bit but they sent me someone elses shipping info and told me my item was shipped. Sucks then the offered me 3 -5 day shipping wow that was something never again will I purchase prescription from them... Beware
I ordered two order for lenses the first 3 weeks ago and second after 3-4 days. After 10 days I called, as the shipping time said 5-7 days. I tried to call customer service one day and it said I was number 75 in the que. I waited more time, but the phone said me: Say text message, nobody here is.
I wrote a lot of message, didn't receive a quick response. Still they were not done or shipped, as the lady said. Some problem! Still waiting! And my money alredy charged at the first day without prescription.

She did a phi-nominal job making sure my glasses were shipped on time and giving me timely updates on the status as my original order seemed be lost in transit. She also made sure i get the bill with the right dates that reflect my original order as i had to bill it to my insurance. I have never experience the customer services that she was able to provide we just spoke on call just once and rest was on email never felt a need to get on call. She was on the point. Its her services that will make me advocate about EZcontactsusa.com. I am customer for life :). Also i ended up buying 2 sunglasses instead of 1.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase from EZ Contacts. My eyeglasses came securely packaged a little less than 2 weeks after I ordered them online, and the price was the best I found after doing research and comparisons. Definitely ordering through them again the next time I need another pair of eyeglasses!
Shipping info on site stated 5 days production time and then shipping. It took 14 days for production, over an hour wait time twice to speak to a human and several unanswered emails with EZcontacts only to not have my questions answered or resolved. The sunglasses I bought were also poorly pictured and described on the site. So what I got didn't really match. False advertising at it's best. Then I paid more for polarized lenses and they were barely tinted and barely block the sun. They wouldn't give a refund and then just completely stopped responding to my emails to fix the situation. Used to be a regular customer, but will NEVER buy from again!
I've purchased prescription sunglasses on another website before and hated them. I was hesitant to try EZContacts, but they has the Ran Ban glasses in the size and color I wanted. I've been trying to get decently made glasses from ezcontactsusa for a long time now. They used the wrong lens materials, the coatings were cracked, the edges were horribly beveled, and they stripped out the frame screws. After receiving a store credit (not the refund I wanted), I tried to order different frames only to find out that what they list on their website isn't actually available. After several compromises on frame style and color, they finally had something I could use. It looks like they substituted a different lens material again even though I told them to put it in the notes not to, but they are usable and I'm glad the ordeal is over.
As always ezcintacts have the best prices, fastest shipping and receiving and most courteous and knowledgeable representatives of any company i have ever done business with. I am always flabbergasted at the level of service and commitment they provide each time i contact them; whether it be regarding an order or a simple question. There was a delay in processing and shipping my order due to the frame being out of stock, and I wasn't notified. Then when the glasses finally arrived the frames were bent. Will not be ordering glasses from this site again.

Disputed with my credit card company - in 5 minutes i get an email that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of product.
