These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

Negative: Submitted insurance information on the side including uploading insurance documentation. Kept receiving emails to follow up on submitting insurance information from multiple different emails. After 5 or 6 emails, I finally responded that I had already submitted my forms online and even sent it to another representative on another email, do not email me again unless it is someone from the management team.

I have been purchasing contacts from EZ contacts for several years. I recently placed an order for two boxes of ASTIMATISM lenses. They sent me non-Astigmatism and a different RX than what I ordered and paid for. Because I assumed the lenses were correct, I opened the box. When I realized I was sent the wrong lenses, I contacted them and asked them to refund me or replace them with the correct ones. They refused saying because the box was opened (even though the contacts weren't open) they could not replace them or refund me the full amount. Even though it was their mistake! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My husband ordered his 3 pairs of glasses 3 months ago and he is still waiting for one the pairs. It is unacceptable that to wait for months to get the glasses. The customer service calls do not help much since it is a back order. We have been ordering glasses every year for past 5 years. This probably a last time if this is how the business will be performed.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

If I could give it a negative I would they sold me a pair of used sunglasses. I shipped them back and they would not replace or refund. So I turned them in to my credit card company and they are taking care of it. This place is a scam they sell you used scratch and dent glasses.

They are a scam they sell you damaged sunglasses and state they are brand new and their quality team inspects them.
