These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

Their prices are comparable to other online retailers like lens.com and webeyecare.com but their shipping and customer service is absolutely pathetic. More than 2 weeks have passed and they still haven't shipped my order. Customer service keeps giving false information on every call.
Stay away if you really want your contact lenses.
Company seems fake
I recently ordered a pair of Nike sun glasses. It's been 11 days since they charged my credit card and my order still hasn't shipped. Their policy states that orders will be shipped at the latest the next business day or they will notify you within 24 hours if there is a backorder. I haven't received any notification. I attempted to use their website to contact them 4 days ago, but there was no response. Their submission forms say they will respond in 24 hours.
This company is a joke and I suspect their good ratings on various web sites are fake. Don't waste your time.

Best prescription glasses I've ever purchased. First online eyewear purchase and EZ Contacts did not disappoint. Prescription seems better than higher priced brick and mortar glasses. Took a few weeks to receive but well worth the wait. Thank you!
Second time using EZContacts. Both experiences (men's brand name frames+ lenses) were exceptional. Take the time to measure correctly, and enter your prescription properly. Very happy with time-line and product. Price was unbeatable.
Love the glasses! They are just a pretty & stylish in person. I would recommend EZContacts if to anyone who needed glasses or contacts. The shipping does take awhile so I highly suggest ordering 3 weeks before you run out.
Terrible company. Would not cancel my order, did not respond to any attempt to contact them over 7 days, 14 attempted communications. Charged my PayPal account 1 month before they shipped out the product. Very shady business, stay away!
Ordered these frames only because they were triple the price at a brand name store, will never order from ezcontacts again. My girlfriends order and mine took over one month and the lenses arrived literally popping out of the frame. I now need to spend money to repair... they are lucky I love this frame so much or else I would shove it right back up their...
I purchased 2 pairs for way less than my eye doctors office! Which was a great feeling. Unfortunately one of the pairs has a crack in the lens from screwing it on too tight maybe. But gonna be some extra work to ship back plus Im gonna Ive to wait again.
I've bought 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses from ez contacts. First pair was Ralph Lauren (ordered in April of 2018 and guess (bought spring 2019). In appearance the glasses look very nice. But I did NOT see on ez contacts website and didn't receive any type of notification or message that if your sun glasses require a script if would be a 5-6 week waiting period. So I waited both times 5-6 weeks. Found this out the first go around. I wear prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I'm used to adjusting or tightening the screws on the glasses. But within a few days the sunglasses would fall of my face again when I glance down. Eventually I can't tighten them anymore. The Ralph Lauren pair was the worst. Just some things to consider if you haven't bought from this company and maybe have a smaller framed face.
I have ordered from them twice. Both times, the order processing has taken weeks longer than is stated (said 2-3 days, took 2-3 weeks) and tey are very hard to reach. When you do, their customer service is great, but they don't reply to emails for days or even a week.
I was sceptical buying my Burberry frame online initially. However once they arrived I am very happy with the product.
Shipping and tracking could have been better. DHL isn't accurate or proactive with their updates, but once the package transferred to USPS it was spot on.

Shipping definitely was not one day like I paid for and my sons glasses are already ripped on the arm, I'm fairly upset and sure we'll be returning. Unfortunately, I'm on a family vacation post an overseas deployment my husband recently finished so that comes first.
I ordered my sunglasses two weeks ago. I understand not having glasses on time is a first world problem, but when you select 5-7 business days and then the order is still processing after 2 weeks, it gets a little frustrating. I tried to contact them and received an automated message which said the company was on vacation that week. What consumer company just takes off for a week without informing customers that orders will be delayed?
Shipping took forever (two days short of a month before they shipped) and the user experience was not friendly. I wound up with frames way too big for me. They look terrible and now I'm out the money. Will not be buying sight unseen again.
After 6 weeks, I contacted customer service about the status of my order. Amazingly, contacts had been on back order and just in stock that very day! Also, check details carefully- while other companies sell 6 contacts in a box, these only contained 3. Never even thought I'd have to check that. Will not use again.
I order a pair of prescription glasses on March 20,2020. Call and spoke with a rep. (twice) I was told that the frames haven't been ship yet. Now it's May 8,2020 still no glasses. Called again only for them to tell me that the manufacturer no longer carry that style frame any more. So all this time and you just finding out that the frames are discontinued! Why they promote and allow the sales of discontinued frames that they can't get or have in stock, is one thing. But then to wait damn near 6 weeks only to get my money back on to go somewhere else where is over and beyond me! As stated in the title... Don't do it!
I wanted to receive 2 glasses at the same time but received only 1 and the other came almost a month after. If you dont have a pair in your inventory your online retail should update itself accordingly.
Through a fault of lenscrafters I had sent a prescription which was too old, and so sent credit card info. For 50.00 plus shipping back to ez contacts at least ten days ago. I have heard nothing, that they have been received and the new pay is arriving, or anything. Hard to know what to say, I am patient but very perplexed.

Exhaustively difficult to communicate in -- real time -- with management: customer service has no direct contact with its lens-lab, resulting in untimely communications, thus a customer's time-sensitive demands can not be met.
Hands down cheapest place I found for eyeglasses that are brand name frames. Lenses could be higher quality (although I did get the cheapest available) and it took a whole month to get them. Overall pretty satisfied though.
Lengthy time for delivery of glasses, processing, communicating with customers, and processing returns... Make excuses for why things take a longer than expected. "We're very understaffed here... Your glasses may have been stolen from the storage facility... etc."
Overall the price and quality relation is great. In addition the eyeglasses work even better than ones that I bought at a major eyeglass chain. Also shipping was very fast even though I ordered them during the holiday peak season. Will do business again.
Not delivered in timeframe agreed to. No or late response to emails. You've sent numerous surveys about the same order but no follow up on the actual issue. I've asked for a manager several times. After all that the glasses are not the right PF size - they don't fit, too loose. Awful experience
