Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

They fit perfectly and provided support for your back and stomach. Quality material and the high waist is very comfortable.
Great products for lounge and working out! Something for everyone in the family.
Love the products but the sales vary greatly for VIP's and I do not agree with the import fee! Other than that we have loved all the products we have received!
I did not understand the VIP membership fully when I signed up. Also I was not able to get the color/size of scrubs that I wanted so I waited to cancel my membership until it was in stock and then canceled the very expensive monthly membership.
I think you could make a better VIP program that does not cost so much each month.
Good clothes. But when you go to buy clothes and pricing doesn't match emails received, and then when you point it out, they don't care. Obvious they are about volume and making getting out of membership painful.
I was very frustrated at the fact that I was automatically placed into a subscription plan. I felt it was very sneaky! I only buy workout pants 1-2 times/ yr, why would I pay $58/ month? I think that's a joke!
Shipping was a little slow, but all items arrived well packaged. Decent quality active wear. Machine wash, hang dry most items.
One con, that's big for me, is the necessity to be a VIP Member (monthly membership fee) to take advantage of the lower prices.
I have had a wonderful experience being a VIP customer and getting great value, ease of return at the nearby store, and customer service. My only concern is not offering healthier fabric such as cotton on more styles and that is the reason for giving 4 stars.
I am very satisfied with everything about Fabletics except that I would have liked it better if they used healthier fabric such as Cotton instead of recycled plastic for the material of the clothing. That's my only concern specially nowadays with the increased rates of cancer.
I love my Fabletics clothing. The quality is great! The prices are reasonable. The only problem is the website struggles every time there is a sale. This has made it impossible to snag early deals as the site will not load. By the time I am able to get in the deals are mostly sold out. Unfortunately, there is not a Fabletics store nearby to snag deals at.
I have a lot of your merchandise. My size is always sold out now. I am going to discontinue my membership.
Y'all decided to charge me 59.99 a month for nothing - you said it was to be a VIP member - what a joke - I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I DID NOT ever sign up for anything so ridiculous- I don't know how you can possibly justify that!
I bought a pair of pants off of an instagram ad and no where did it say I was signing up for a membership. Then it was impossible to cancel. Got charged twice for $60 total of $120 and when I finally did get it cancelled I no longer have that credit to spend. I've had to call my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back. Funniest part of the story is that the banker I dealt with had the exact same experience! They are such a gotcha company and prey off of people that won't put in the effort to dispute the charges! What a joke. They should be investigated by the FTC for fraudulent business practices.
I called to cancel my membership last month and I still got charged Novembers fee and my membership isn't canceled
I've been shopping at fabletics for years. This is the second time they've sent me the wrong item. I was told they were going to correct the issue and send me the correct items. After weeks of waiting, nothing came. I asked them what the issue was and they said they were waiting for me to send back the items. I was planning on doing that after I got the correct items. I didn't think they were going to hold on to the items I paid for until I corrected their wrong. After back and forth, they didn't feel the need to do anything for me. They offered me nothing for this ongoing negative experience.
I tried out the membership for a few months and absolutely loved it! They by far passed my expectations and hopes. I will definitely be continuing my membership in the future!
The membership requirements are misleading and the website is not user friendly for skipping an order each month. Even if you placed an order within the first 5 days if I didn't go in a hit "skip a month" it still charged me! If I ordered something within the first 5 days it should automatically know I'm not skipping a month - it's almost like they want you to miss doing the skip. Also availability of items was a struggle.
Using the site is fine for the most part, but all the clothing designs are for people with no body fat - sure, they have plus sizes and make plus size models wear them, but those clothes were not designed with plus sized people in mind and I don't know any plus sized people who would wear those top designs anywhere. We don't want crop tops and things that are skin tight or tank tops with openings all the way down our backs. Seriously, start talking to plus sized people who work out in public! The leggings are great (as long as they are the powerhold material) but all the tops and most of the sport bras are seriously stupid and just make plus sized bodies look worse. Do better! And yes, I have been saying the same thing for years, and no, no one there will listen.
Ordered Don pants size 40/32. After I received them I tried them on and they were short. In the meantime I noticed Fabletics took 59.95 out of my bank account two times. Here I guess when I bought pants at 80% off I Unknowingly became a VIP member at 59.95 a month. It stated that in very very very small statement at the bottom that you would need a magnifying glass to read. Very misleading. I will not buy anything else from Fabletics.
Always an easy and amazing expert with Fabletics online or in store! Years of trusted quality and great deals and prices.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
