I placed an order on 12/2 and it never arrived. I had to reach out seven, SEVEN times to get a refund. I was offered a $10 store credit for my inconvenience... TEN DOLLARS. What a joke. I would not recommend working with this company - you can get leggings that are just as good at other retailers - for less. Sure the 2 for $24 introductory offer is nice, but that was the only good thing about this company.

I have called several times now to cancel my subscription but every month I still managed to be billed. When I do check out the inventory on the site, there is not much of a selection to chose from. The only colors that seem to be available, in practically every style of leggings, consist of; black, beige/cream, with an occasional neon lime green or lilac. I dress my three year old daughter in lilac colored leggings…. Just saying.

When you place your first order they sign you up for monthly payments of £55, but do not make it in a clear way, you just get a notification a few days later that your account has been charged. This is a missale as shopping online you normally do not expect that you will be charged monthly even if you do not want to place any more orders with this retailer. Also their website does not work properly on the mobiles.
Avoid at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Their t&cs about the monthly charges of £55 after your first purchase should be clearly seen on their home page, and on top of the Confirm purchase button when you place an order.

This company is horrible. You stay on the phone for longer than 30 minutes to make contact, Sending back a product takes multiple calls and over a month to get a credit. I am still waiting for a credit after sending a product back on 6/17/2020, it is now 7/10/2020. Employees are out of the Philippines, they are very nice but very difficult to understand them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I also got caught with them making me a "VIP" from a special "sale" without my approval and billing my credit card, had to fight for that money back as well. They trick you into stealing your money. If you had a rating of a ")" that's what I would have chosen

I have been a member of Fabletics since July 2020. I like some of the gear and what I did not like my granddaughter more than made up for. I wanted to skip a purchase this month 01/05/2021 but was unable to find "skip a month" on my website account. When I called them I had to wait 20 minutes to speak with a human being. The person who answered my call is inept based on, me asking several times "why cant I find the skip button" I was told "your account was cancelled" five times even though I informed him I never cancelled the account. I asked him if he would problem solve this me and his reply was, the only way I can reinstate your account is if you purchase something but you will be starting all over again. Forget the hella points/credits I accumulated from past purchases. What a racket! Because he either could not or would not problem solve my situation, his incompetence A. Hung up the phone. If anyone is new to this company... don't do it

Don't do it. Customer service takes an extremely long time to connect with and after waiting, it was a huge waste of time as the customer service rep hung up on me because he did not or would not problem solve

Kept getting charged $50.00 a month no matter how many times I skipped, did a permanent removal and at the 1st of the year, the site started automatically charging me the $50.00 again without any notice. By the time, I realized what was happening they had $250.00 of my money. So I decided to spend it all and completely withdraw from the site, instead of argue. The items I ordered were not sized properly or consistently, the materials were of cheap, flimsy quality, the sewing and seams (or lack thereof) were shoddy. Definitely not worth the money!

It's funny... I thought that the monthly program was very clearly stated. It didn't seem like "fine print". It just seemed clearly stated. Anyone slamming this program just needs to learn how to read for 30 seconds. (1)You sign up. (2) you get your first outfit half off (3) on the 1st if very month, they send you an email with some outfits picked for you. (4) by the 6th of the month, you can buy, opt to hit the SKIP MONTH button, or get charged 50 bucks (which just credits your account 50 bucks so that you can buy.

It's simple. The clothes are awesome and of wonderful quality. I have been telling ALL of my friends. If you think this is a scam then you just didn't take 30 seconds to read the boldly presented instructions.

I first bought from this store about 2 months ago--got a 3 piece outfit (long sleeved top, capri leggings and sports bra) for about $30. I love the outfit, it's cute and comfy and I get loads of attention in it--frankly a bit too much! Lol. The capri pants in particular were really flattering. ;) The sports bra was a bit too tight so I didn't use it, but even then I feel the price was a bargain for the great clothes I got!

I've never bought from stores like Juicy Couture or Lululemon as I think it's overpriced. But I love my Fabletics outfit.

I've skipped the next 2 months so far, as I haven't been working out much recently. :( But once I start working out regularly again, I'll definitely order more outfits as I saw lots on the website that are cute, comfortable and reasonably-priced! I'm a happy customer :)

All of their leggings are now shiny and not matte... they have no options for mid waist, everything is high waist. You can't stop a fee and then you have all of these credits to use so you can't cancel. I am happy that they offer maternity leggings, that is a plus. Quality is still great. I have been a customer for many years and have always had great options in clothing until the last year when they are limiting the styles of the leggings more.

The forced subscription in and of itself is pretty annoying. More frustrating than that is the portrayal of a variety of products and designs. After signing up for the subscription, you come to find out there's just a few basic colors and hopefully your size is available in those colors. Now, I'm stuck with a subscription and a lack of desire to order much of anything. The product itself is decent and I would order more if the options were available.

Great quality clothes that are true to size. Half my wardrobe is now from Fabletics. I have never had a problem with skipping months, I do it regularly. The $50 each month was explained well at the beginning. Been a VIP for over a year now and will continue to order from this company regularly.

This business is a scam. We just checked out leggings and they charged an additional 50 dollars for VIP and we did not use it and it was not specified. They are trying to take good people's money. -1000 stars. I will warn all of my friends all over social media and make them share

What happened to Fabletics quality? Items in large are a medium and fit too tight, and you only offer sports bras for most of your outfits and there is no variety of merchandise. I miss the the brand featuring dresses, skirts and casual wear. How about a shirt/blouse to be included for the price of an outfit? I don't need a new sports bra to match every pair of leggings and I don't want to show my belly and skin. I skip most months and contemplate moving on to other brands just as hip and less expensive.

The website is so frustrating to use there were multiple times I almost gave up. The saving grace is the products. I tried my mac, my phone, and the app and had issues on all. Sometimes it would load indefinitely, keep making me sign back in after a few minutes, or clear my entire cart.

Member credit power purchase is actually terrible most of the time because of the constant price slashing used to entice new members and purchases. When I've already been charged $50 for a member credit for the month, and that credit can only get me one discounted $20 bra, it undermines the value of the vip membership. I always have to opt out every month if I want more bang for my buck. There's no point.

Lesson learned, check your credit card statement carefully. Just saw a $67 CAD charge (($49 USD) on my statement. Looked on web and saw hundreds of complaints for 'membership fee'. I purchased a $30 legging a year ago and have been charged $49.95 per month for a year! Luckily I saw it and called today - what a scam! BUT they did credit my card and cancel my 'membership'. I will NEVER order anything from Fabletics again and I'll tell anyone and everyone why every chance I get. How ironic to be such a rip off artist and sell yoga wear. Karma is a $#*! - look out Kate :(

I responded to an ad that was three specific items for $12. I got one pair not three. They told me I did something wrong. Whatever, it fit terrible and I would want two more anyway. Then I discover they have charged me for 2 months of membership. There is no real explanation of the membership when you go through the purchase, so I had no idea what I was signing up for would charge me monthly. I had to call to cancel, and they kept trying to sell me more crap.

Stay away. You can get the same level of quality stuff elsewhere cheaper.

This site is doing the devil's work. PLEASE read the fine print if you decide to sign on with this horrible company. If you don't skip the month and they charge you $50 that money is gone forever - no refunds. I have spent well over $500 on Fabletics - due to being forgetful - and now I have workout gear until the day I die. Great use of my money. Oh, and good luck using your points to get a free outfit that doesn't cost EXACTLY $49.95. I finally used up all my points and called to cancel and I thought this hellish nightmare was over, but just before I hung up the woman told me "You will now just continue 'skipping the month.'" What? Why did you think I even called in the first place? I had to say, point-blank: "I don't want to be charged by you EVER AGAIN." They rope you in with pretty clothes then they make it near impossible to get out. Stay away! You're better off getting clothes on Lululemon - better use of your hard-earned money.

I wrote a review awhile ago as I was mislead by their site, not realizing that I would be charged every month. You can call me stupid, along with the vast majority of those on here, since I did not realize that I was signing up with the VIP program. Nor did I know what the implications of that would be. If the vast majority of people fall under the same trap (1.5 stars out of 5 from 900 reviews!) then there is a problem far beyond a few "stupid" people that didn't read between the lines. I have a business too, and If most of my clients feel ripped off because they didn't understand something, that is enough reason to change it. Bad business plan Fabletics.

I know that with the Virus going on that there should be shipping delays. With that said the fact that my order has been "sitting" at the same location for over 10 days makes no since. I've placed orders with other companies after this order with fabletics and have received all of them. Even after speaking to customer service my package still has not moved. I don't understand how its still sitting in transit at a facility for that long. I haven't even received my items but already not feeling good about fabletics.

I buy for my 16 year old granddaughter who is a dancer/dance teacher/on her way to being a professional. She wears dance attire 7 days a week! She loves the clothes and the idea of getting a new outfit every month for close to 2 years now! She looks professional and feels comfortable. When Fabletics blasted out that their famous "Power Hold" tights were back, I immediately tried to order some in my size. Not only were they out of my size in the color I selected, but they only had 1 or two of the least favorite colors left.
I've also had difficulty in their retail locations finding sizes or styles in stock.
I have multiple months expense my "bank" but can find nothing that I like to spend it on. Not everyone wants to dress like some of the celebrities they choose to rep their products. Take a page from Lululemon's play book and make styles that the majority of women would wear, no matter their size, shape or color.
