I placed an order using membership dues and they never shipped it. They created shipping labels, twice, but never gave a package to Fedex. Every agent I spoke with would look at Fedex's tracking info and claim that "shipping label created" and "estimated ship date..." meant it shipped. They repeatedly lied to me. I finally got them to agree to refund me, but it must be done by check. And, get this, their check will take 8-12 WEEKS!

I was so looking forward to getting some leggings that fit me. I ordered 3X where the website says 3X is UK 30, but when they arrived the labels all say 3X/22, and they look like a 22, there's no way they'll fit me. Very disappointed by this misleading website.

My cart was suppose to charge $47.00 dollars and got charged $204. It has been more than 5 days and funds have not been reimbursed. Customer service I would make sure you immediately check you bank or credit card when you purchase to ensure they charge you the right amount.

I like most of the styles that Fabletics have. Once I figured out my size, most everything fits and looks how it should. I just started buying from them and the clothes seem to be of good quality, are comfy, soft and fashionable for all ages. Unfortunately, unless the item is on "sale" most of if not all their clothes are extremely over priced (as it seems to be on other sites as well). I find that taking the chance and waiting that an item may go out of stock before it goes on "sale" has been my best bet. It's then that I find the prices more reasonable. Anything more than $25-30 for a pair of yoga/leggings is outrageous or for a sports bra. I'm really enjoying embracing this new style for myself and overall I'm happy with the quality of clothing I've bought so far.

I am was very disheartened that I inadvertently signed up for VIP member because I wanted the 2 pair of yoga pants for $24. I am bit dismayed at a wealthy well known celebrity would endorse this kind of business practice. Who that heck needs $49.99(curious amount) of athletic wear a month? Shame on me for not paying closer attention to my credit card statements. It was the holiday season and I work two jobs so I did not read my statements as closely as I should have. So now I PAID $124.97 for two pairs of mediocre yoga pants. At the very least I should have received a personal email reminding me that I was not ordering or skipping my monthly fee. This company is the biggest waste and time and money I've ever experienced. Every month there is a $50 charge unless you go on the website and click whatever button. It's absolutely ludicrous. The clothes are $#*! and not worth the extreme headache. I can't believe a company would actually be founded on the idea that the first purchase is also a way to become a "VIP" member i. E. be charged for the rest of your life. How deceitful.

The rudest customer service agent I have ever come across. Her name is ‘GANA' she is rude, spiteful and horrible. She tries to belittle you and is not helpful in the slightest.
Leggings are cheap and misleading sizes.
Avoid this company at all costs all they want is your money! Would not let me cancel my vip membership and get my money back! Disgusting! Never seen anything like it in all my life.

It's been fine the quality is okay, but for being a VIP member you should be able to receive stuff up to the value of that credit not just use it for one item that often times is priced less than $50. They really get you by getting you to sign up for that. I've ordered my last of things I can use from them and am going to finally cancel the membership.

I love Fabletics! I've become quite addicted. I love the deals, the comfort and support I get from my athletic wear. However, I don't like that I am unable to redeem the full amount of my member credit when making purchases on sale items. Why would I give $70 for a $24 item? It makes no sense. I believe changing this would allow me and others to take full advantage of our membership

I hate all the deceitful practices. I bought shorts and two pair of pants that I'm very happy with. But fabletics automatically signs you up for vip membership. They don't tell you or it's in fine print that you are going to get charged monthly. Horrible way to do business. No need for it. Clothes are very good jus do business legitimately and you will get repeat customers.

I purchased a 'set' of clothing from fabletics in June 2015 for roughly AU$37. I thought it was a bargain! Not until last week when I was going through my bank statements did I realise they have been taking money out of my account since June 2015! It equated to AU$646.89! I can't believe this. I've just gotten off the phone to fabletics.com to cancel my membership and get a full refund as I did not knowingly sign up to spend approx. $70 a month on emails that went straight to my spam/junk folder! The man cancelled my membership right away and said that I would be fully reimbursed after I argued the point that it was a scam and I had been robbed. Allegedly I will be reimbursed, however they were not able to send an email with a confirmation of this and a reference number... So only time will tell. However, I have lodged a transaction dispute with my bank too.

I did NOT sign up for the VIP membership but they automatically signed me up after I bought my first outfit. I don't appreciate misleading companies and wont be buying from them again. For those having the same experience with the monthly charge, deny the charge through your credit card company. I was able to get out of the membership and the automatic fee that had been charged.

Signed up for a sale and was actually placed on a paid membership without my knowledge. Had to cancel that first. Ordered shorts, took 3 weeks to get in and came in and were too big. Exchange took another 3 weeks and the size fit better but they sent the wrong length. Just keeping these, sick of dealing with it. Overall shorts are good other than the waistband. It rolls and bunches up.

I'm outraged. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
My daughter became a VIP member not realising they were taking £49 out of my account for every month she didn't make a purchase. (Who spends money every month on exercise clothes?)
I have since cancelled the membership but am now being told I have to spend the EXACT money, no more no less, than each £49 token of which I have 3.
Firstly there is nothing I actually want to buy to the tune of £147 secondly I have not found an item that is exactly £49! So they take my money and then tell me what I can and can't spend it on. I'm outraged and will tell every one I can to avoid this company. Shame as the leggings my daughter bought were nice.

Materials are AMAZING - soft, stretchy in the right places. First order in a long time, still trying to figure out sizing based on style of each piece available. Thankfully what doesn't fit me can go to my kids - ha! I have been a paying member since the VERY early years of Fabletics... I've seen a lot of transformation (i. E. men's wear to no men's wear to men's wear again)... but the most stressful for me is that fact that I've been paying $50/month for a LONG time and now am worried about my member credits (used to be a monetary balance) disappearing. Please ease the stress!

I encountered the same experience like many of you - order cancellation, was not informed (at least have the courtesy to let me know that my order was cancelled), email me and apologize for the 'noted issue' saying will give me a 50% discount and VIP member - this would mean I will get charged every month for $50 right?! And they are already giving 50% discount to VIP members for their 1st order anyway... so that's not a very sincere apology is it?

Ordered my clothes for the first time from them & was extremely disappointed when the tracking said delivered and there wasn't anything on my porch. I waited 2 days and reached out to the some shipping company (they recommended to do that first) & never got a reply. Sat in their online chat to talk with someone about it & never got connected with an agent. Called customer service and the only thing they could do was store credit. I took it up with my cc company & will NEVER be ordering from this company again.

So, I believe that the clothes are probably good quality and comfortable. My issue is that a promo came across my FB feed - $25 for your first outfit. Of course they had select pieces to choose from for this promo, which is fine. By the time I was finished and to the checkout my total was over $75! It just really turned me off to make me go through this sign up and shopping process only to find the lied about the promo price.

This company is a joke. I ordered 2 leggings and when i got them they were too small - so i mailed back to exchange. During that process i spoke to 3 different customer service reps who hardly spoke english and were not friendly. Now, 4 weeks later, STILL no leggings per my exchange. I called - they still haven't received them. What?! After 4 weeks?! I just wanted my damn leggings and now I want a full refund. Never again will i ATTEMPT to buy from this company. It's so celebrity endorsed and yet lacks any type of customer service.

I ordered once and for months they kept taking money as a membership bank of sorts where u can spend your money when you want. I kept looking and saw nothing I liked. Then I look at my account and they turned my monetary value into credits. I contracted and canceled membership. I just went in to spend the 5 credits and can't even access the site now. They blocked me from access with the credits.
Brutal company it's actually money driven scam Kate Hudson should be ashamed of affiliation.
