I love my purchases from fabletics! They are always in my weekly rotation of gym clothes 💗💗

I've loved fabletics so far! I've definitely gotten some duds, but the return process is so easy that it doesn't matter much. The quality of the clothes is pretty good. They're way over priced if you're not a member, but if you are AND there's a sale then it's a steal! My husband enjoys their clothes too. The site is convenient and skipping a month of your subscription is simple. I have recommended fabletics to friends and continue to enjoy them so far.

Fabletics became a part of my workout/lifestyle wardrobe about 3 years ago. From the moment i recieved my first pair of leggings it was evident quality and care go into the design and fabric of each item. The new designs and styles along with different fabric options makes Fabletics the first place I stop when looking for an update or addition to my wardrobe. Fabletics is one of the best gifts to give to active/stylish minded family and friends as well.

I appreciate that I can find classic tights that always fit and deliver the quality functionality and style I expect from athletic wear. Fabletics has never let me down! Fast delivery and tons of options to choose from, and won't break the bank!

I contacted customer service several times and even after I went to the post office and filed a missing package claim they would not replace it. I continually was disconnected. All of the outfits I have received from fabletics have been great but the moment one is lost in transit this very big company will not replace what has gone missing. The customer service is lacking and I'm out $50.

Overall my experience on Fabletics site is good. However the site needs better filtering. There is the size filter but it shows out of stock options for the size selected. This flaw wastes my time and was really annoying when I visited a later date for a 5 for something sale. I would say 90% of what I clicked into was sold out in my filtered size. Please make it a default not to show out of stock options when an item isn't available for the size filtered on or make it an option to select 'exclude out of stock'. On the plus side I love the items I purchased.

I'm so happy with everything I've purchased! My leggings last forever and I wear them all the time for work! The sports bras fit great. I got my sister maternity leggings and she loves them! We are a very tall family and it's nice to buy clothes that actually fit properly!

Besides the fact that they are charging you $49 for a whatever membership that it is not clear at all when you want to shop from their website, I am still waiting on my leggings to arrive after 2 months. I called 5 times to receive the return label. 5 times!

The membership almost isn't worth it. If we could bundle items together of our choice to make the best use of the credit that would make it worth it. As it is I skip every month and wait for sales because I never end up using the credits.

I am pleased with the quality of the products, but the shipping is garbage. Things always say they are arriving on a certain date, then that date comes and goes and there is never an updated arrival time. So then you are just waiting around wondering when things might show up.

Although the clothing quality is ok, sizing is off. I was, without my knowledge signed into VIP and it took me years to figure that out. That after buying 2 leggings. Once I'm done buying my 38 credits worth of clothing, I am not returning nor am I recommending this site.

As soon as I walked in my shopping experience was wonderful. Greeted right away helped me with my crazy "wanting to color match" outfits. Extremely patient. I love coming here thank you to the Fabletics team!

Two out of the three pairs of shorts I received were horrible. Fabletics was very uncooperative when it came to exchanging the products. Also the website is bad. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I have been interested in ordering from Fabletics several times, but automatically being signed up for a monthly subscription was a major issue for me, so I never did. When I saw the deal for these shorts I decided to finally just do it. I am so happy with the shorts and like them, but still not happy with the subscription. I canceled the subscription after opting out of the first month, but the system is just frustrating as it is. I understand some like the subscription, but I have no need for it and it would be nice to not be forced to be signed up for paying a monthly fee for something I was not sure I was even going to like. I don't burn through clothes that often so I really don't need to order something monthly either.

Used to love their tights recent purchase were already ripped/ruined when I received them. No online chat? 2022. Every business has online chat. Have to call to cancel? Super prehistoric. Very sad it's gone so downhill.

Love the leggings! Sizing sometimes can be off but overall very pleased with the fabrics and cuts. Customer service is excellent. Please do not change anything in that department as we like to talk to a REAL PERSON on the phone. Thank you Fabletics! Love the sales for VIPs. Very satisfied customer here from Montreal, Canada.

Only had my leggings for 2 months and the stitching is coming apart!
Was told I could have a refund or exchange for me to say refund!
Then be told that it would only be store credit afyer the fact honestly never had to argue to receive something offered by customer service! Avoid them the worst company

Shopping online makes it convenient for me. The website is user friendly and it's nice to see different models, different body shapes wearing the same outfit.
Affordable and rewards program.
Finally, great products at affordable prices.

I used Fabletics for about 5 or 6 years. The quality of the clothing I purchased was good, and I am still wearing many of their pieces. I don't have a desire to purchase regularly nor an income that allows it. I discontinued my membership because I needed to cut my monthly expenses and credit card debt.

I'm giving this an average rating, because I actually love the product. Fabletics leggings are the only leggings I have bought in a year. I run long distances daily, and want/need enough leggings to support my activity level. Fabletics have worked out great for me. HOWEVER, at some point in the winter their website started freezing up every time I tried to place an order. I had to call to place an order once, and I've even gone into the store (which isn't ideal during a pandemic). I'm at the point where I'm ready to give my business to somewhere like Lulu or Athleta, even if Fabletics work for me. I'm a busy person, and I shop mostly online, so I value convenience, and a broken website is not convenient at all for me. I'm hanging on waiting for to chat with a representative as I type this.

Fabletics is a pleasure to purchase from. I LOVE their workout wear, it fits like no other. The customer service is excellent and any issues were resolved quickly. Thank you. I will be a continuing customer.

They split my purchase into two shipments - 1 item in the first, 4 in the second. The second one wasn't delivered. I called and they promised the repeat shipment but didn't do anything about it. I called again, they said the items were out of stock. I asked for a refund, they agreed only to store credit. I'm working through my bank now to get the money back.

Also, I was subscribed to VIP, they said to wait for an email with which you can "skip" the VIP payment. The email never arrived (it's supposed to be in your inbox from 1st of the month to 5th) I just cancelled on the 4th to make sure there are no additional payments.
The item that I received (the first shipment consisting of one item) isn't that good either

The 2 for 24 deal simply didn't work and required me to work through two customer support chat sessions followed by a phone call. Entirely annoying, except the phone support was helpful. Lost my continued business.
