I love the reviews of the people who give it one star who clearly state that they did not read the fact that you pay $50 a month or SKIP the month. I reecieve no less than 3 emails before they charge my account every month saying Purchase or Skip. It's NOT a Scam, my daughter and I have purchased and loved Fabletics wear for years now. I skip my monthly purchase 85% of the time and have never had a problem returning or exchanging something that did not fit. There were a few months that I forgot to skip, not happy with myself but, it's not a waste... a few months later I used the credit to purchase a pair of leggings as a gift for someone or myself. PEOPLE... LEARN HOW TO READ AND CHECK YOUR E-MAIL. DON'T BLAME AN E-COMMERCE SITE FOR YOUR LACK OF DILIGENCE!

I have been a Fabletics member for almost 5 years but I've found that in recent years, the quality has diminished and the sizing has gotten smaller. Additionally, the bras fit very stangely.

I have never heard of this brand before, until I noticed regular transactions on my credit card going back to May 2019. I googled it and found out its an active wear brand that charges US 49.99 for a VIP membership - the same amount that was coming off my card. I assumed that someone had got a hold of my card details so I cancelled my card and reported it to my bank (Westpac). Westpac said there was nothing they could do because I should have noticed it earlier and that "its not fraud because its been going on so long". They suggested I call Fabletics to report it. While googling their contact details I found many customer complaints about money being charged without consent. I started to realise that it didn't make sense for someone to steal my card details only to sign up to a plan where you are only charged when you don't purchase anything. The only person/group getting anything here is Fabletics. There are no other dodgy transactions on my card. If someone had my card details surely they would buy something else? So I believe its the company itself that is scamming me. I've decided not to call them because I won't get my money back and will just be charged international call costs. Avoid this company and keep a close eye on your bank statements!

The vip membership is such a con it's unbelievable. The terms and conditions are completely unclear and they are abusing customers trust. I am disgusted.

Fabletics is a subscription trap. At first I thought the intro offer was such a great deal. Got two outfits for $25/each. Then I needed to return one of the leggings ($12.5) and they charged me $7 dollars to restock. Not worth it so I decided to keep it.
Now, good luck remembering to skip the month in the short 5-day window. That is how they make their money: you forget to skip and cha ching! $50 goes out the window. That is exactly what happened to me and I thought: no worries, their stuff is cute, I will find good use for my $50.
Then I went shopping and quickly found out that I was not allowed to use my credit on sale items! Fabletics, WTF? You have my $50 dollars and now you want to tell me how to spend it? So be aware folks: you are not free to spend you member credit as you wish. You will most likely end up using it for one overpriced outfit that you wouldnt buy otherwise.
I was beyond annoyed. I tried to cancel my membership over live chat and was advised that if I cancelled my membership before spending my credit I would lose the wonderful VIP pricing.
I was baffled at their attitude: they will not offer a membership refund, no matter how unhappy their customers are. Dont just take my word for it, read the 600+ 1-star reviews here.
Needless to say, Fabletics conduct is shameful. This is a company that preys on its customers and profits from their inattention. Not to mention that they are selling Target quality active wear at a Lululemon price. Skip this one folks, stick with classic retail.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I HAD A CREDIT CARD ON FILE WHICH I DELETED FROM MY PROFILE OVER 1 1/2 MONTHS AGO. YESTERDAY I SEEN A DEBIT FROM FABLETICS ON THE CARD THAT I DELETED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAD NO ANSWER AS TO WHY MY CREDIT CARD THAT I DELETED GOT CHARGED.
ITS BECAUSE THEY KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ON FILE AND CHARGE WITHOUT CONSENT!
THE REPRESENTATIVE ISSUED A REFUND AND ENDED THE CHAT.

Feels like a scam. You sign up for a membership (very hidden) and if you don't watch the CC statement you will be charged $54 every month. They will refund if you ask but the deal is shady.

The pants were fine but I didn't realize it was a 'subscription' and was charged additional money. I had to call and cancel and they did give me a refund. I probably won't buy anything in the future.

I can't ever get my size a medium in a tall with pockets.
Its old I ended up with a ton of credits and just got stuff I don't even want to use them and close my account.

Fabletics keeps charging me through PayPal and then advises me I have a new member credit! Not thrilled about it! I end up paying $49.95 a month and I keep losing weight!

Whole membership is a scam that is not essentially clear when you make your first order. Customer service is nonexistent. Quality of clothes is not the greatest (Under Armour is way better).

Unfortunately my teenagers bras have same sized pads as my much larger bras. I'm a meeting while my pads shifted for the millionth time. Very disappointed on bras.
