The bras I purchased fit horribly, not comfortable and the color was awful. Never wore them, donated them. I am finding that Fabletics are overpriced for the quality. Canceling my membership!

I didnt even know I was signing up for a subscription and started getting drafted 50$ a month. In order to use your credit (money that you ALEADY SPENT) you have to add the EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT to your cart. Of course items are priced with odd prices so they never match up to your credit amount and you end up spending ADDITIONAL MONEY AND NOT WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID...? Such a deceptive and awful company

Clothes are great but the membership is stupidly expensive. You should just sell the clothes for slightly over the membership price and stay in the $30 niche.

I received the product but there was only one pair in there and not two I was kind of disappointed the product fish nice and is a great product but the claim was two for 24 and I only received one

I bought two pairs of leggings for my first time and they are the only leggings I wear to the gym. They are extremely comfortable and don't fall down when I run!

Pants I ordered said light gray, I saw they were pretty light but when I got them they are basically white. The pants are so see through you can read the tag.

My size is never in stock which is xxl and I always order stuff for my daughter in size med always out of stock. I get bombarded with email then let down because of stock issues.

I used Fabletics to purchase a few items in March of 2014. After being charged (because I never received an e-mail reminding me to 'skip' a month) $49 in July of 2014 I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a representative begging him to cancel my account. I happily accepted the $49 charge, it was my mistake after all, but asked to be removed from the service from then forward.
This August, a full year later, I got an e-mail informing me that my account had be charged for $49. I had not received an e-mail or charge from Fabletics in a year, so I called and kindly explained the situation to a representative. She accused me of lying about canceling my account, then put me on hold for 15 minutes so she could 'listen to the call' from last July. After taking me off hold, she explained that the company had 'lost' the recording of my call and again accused me of lying about canceling my account the year before. I spent another 10 minutes with her asking to be refunding and explaining my position and, when she finally agreed, she blamed me for the entire misunderstanding, attempted to convince me to stay a VIP member (for a bonus of 500 points--wow!) and then rudely ended the call before I could confirm my refund.
TL; DR
Terrible customer service, nefarious charging procedure and overall company-wide dishonesty. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Do not use this company! I ordered my first (half price £22) yoga outfit in a hurry and accept i did not read the small print. I contacted the company when i realised an additional £44 had been taken from my bank account last week, first by email to cancel my VIP membership and secondly to request a refund as i was in Greece when the emails were sent and i was not logging into my emails. They weren't having any of it and emailed back to say i needed to ring a premium rate number to cancel. I have just rung them to be informed that the £44 cannot be refunded and can only be used to purchase their goods. I have never known a company where you have to opt out every month or your bank account is automatically debited by the cost of a yoga outfit. How many yoga outfits does anyone need?! The onus is on you to opt out every month or you will be charged. This is totally unacceptable in my view, i reluctantly had to order a second outfit, even though i didnt want one as they were adamant the £44 could not be refunded. Presumably this is how they get all their business!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company unless you are sure you want to have to opt out of a purchase every month!
