Fabletics

This was my 1st time purchasing Fabletics. Originally, the sale got me in the door. I bought the 2 leggings for $24. They are the best leggings I've ever worn! Keep up the great work!

I really like the shorts I got from Fabletics but I absolutely hate the subscription service. The last thing I want to do is spend $60 every month on clothes or have to remember to skip a month.

I placed a few orders from Fabletics recently with shipping to Guam and all were sent through FedEx and returned back to the warehouse once received through FedEx in Chino, CA. Previous orders sent via USPS were received without any shipping issues. Called Fabletics multiple times without any resolution or callback. Not sure what happened or why customer rep is unable to change shipping to process through USPS and not FedEx.

Using the site issuer friendly and I love that I am able to go straight to the outfit options and buy the set instead of hunting through all the pages to get the matching set

I called to cancel my membership last month and I still got charged Novembers fee and my membership isn't canceled

Automatic charges are unwarranted. Also if you want to save your credits, you have to pause your membership. If you cancel, you lose the credits

Unable to view tall clothing in the search engine. It's frustrating to have to look at each pant to see if you have tall sizes only to be disappointed that you don't.

I'm amazed by the quality of the leggings and they ship fast. Great company to buy from

Promised a sale, but was already sold out of everything that was my size. This is the third time this has happened. This company operates on the "Almost sold out!" tactic.

The workout clothes feel like they are made from shower curtain material, exactly like when I ordered something that ended up being from China. The fit was also a little off. I returned everything but some lounge pants which I kept because they were super cheap, but I've worn them twice in the past 2-3 months that I've had them.

High quality sportswear. Great colors & variety. Love there shorts & sweat pants. The "Don" line of pants are perfect. Process tend to be on the highside. Thankfully they have lots of sales.

The brand has changed from when it first started. Notice some change in the cut of Power Hold leggings. One order took over a month to receive. Decided to cancel subscription.

I probably didn't look closely when ordering because I didn't get pockets in the leggings I ordered. Very disappointed and I had already washed my leggings so I couldn't return them.

I love all the leggings and bras I have purchased. They fit amazing with great support.

Quick and easy. Sometime merchandise is out of stock but I realize the demand is high!

Almost all the clothes I own/wear have come from Fabletics. In 1990 I had cancer surgery and was no longer able to wear blue jeans due to the surgery scar. I also had a hernia as an after effect of the surgery and I discovered that wearing supportive athletic wear was exactly what I needed. However I am now turning 72 yrs old and don't always find the styles I am looking for for both my life and my ongoing yoga practice.
Also I do live on a fixed income and try to make good use of the great sales from Fabletics. But still I remain a loyal customer!

I like the leggings, good quality. But I bought a fleece and on the first day when I was trying them on the drawstring that ties them at the waist broke.

Still waiting on my order that was suppose to be delivered on 11/21 So disappointing

Ordered 6 items. Tops were all strangely shaped- bagged out oddly, or were strangely proportioned (very short, super wide), leggings were so-so, but unflattering even on slim figure. Tried to return them. Ended up with 2 return codes - 3 items on each. There was no indication of which items were on which code. I called fabletics snd after usual long wait was told that the second code covered all 6 items. Drove to ups (45 minutes for me), to be told that the code only covered 3 items, and they had no way to tell which items those were. The other code showed expired. Called - another long wait. They sent a "new" code. Next day, I drove back (45 more minutes, and by now probably more in gas $ than I'd get from the return). Ups said the "new" code showed up as already used, so they couldn't take it. Another call, while I had to explain I'm leaving town and can't spend ANOTHER 2 hours getting this return to them. Got a runaround and was told they'd send me a label to print so I can drive another 45 minutes to try again. Never, ever do business with these clowns! I'm expecting yo see fraudulent charges for their membership, which I cancelled early. No integrity, and no understanding of how business is done in the us. They may be able to get away with this in Asia (not one of the 4 customer service folks I spoke with had a full grasp of English, and all were clearly reading from standard scripts without the ability to understand either my issues or their own replies), but we expect some integrity here. If you say easy returns, you need to provide that! Fabletics does not! Tried to speak with a supervisor. After a long wait, it still didn't happen. Nothing about this company is ok. Don't fall for the ads. You'll regret it!

Charged me $300 and can't find my account. Absolutely a scam.

I really like the scrubs. I just wish that the membership options included the ability to choose the style of pants and tops and included more colors.
