I love Fabletics material and fabrics in female clothes and also, my grown children have requested Fabletics pants and tops for Christmas and birthdays for the last 3 years.

The help was pleasant until it wasn't. We purchased 2 pairs of pants to be sent to our son from the Pinecrest Store in Beechwood, Ohio. The package was not delivered and NO communication was ever received. We then went back and reordered the items to be sent to our home and once again not received with NO communication. When I went in to see what could be done, they were busy visiting and handed me a number to call. Of course, I waited for a call back for 90 minutes.
I was told I needed to wait 2 more days before I could get credit back on the lost pants. We proceeded to drive to the Westside of Cleveland to get a credit and purchase more pairs of pants. We then had to take them to a tailor to have them shortened as you do not carry his length in the store. This whole process has now taken 7 -8 weeks.

The only reason you receivced the grade I gave you is because your staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with this matter at your Crocker Park Westside location. I will not purchase anything from your Pinecrest store again. You seriously need to work on communication and your shipping process.

I love your scrubs but wish you had more color options. Not all colors work for all skin tones. With only one color release per month and being a new customer, I can not get previously released colors (ex. Navy blue) in the style I like, in a size that fits because they are always out of stock.

Fabletics has one of the BEST customer service representatives ever! They are always so kind, empathetic and helpful! Whether it's just for answering questions or helping to process a return, I've always left the conversation very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you everyone for making everything so seamless and less stressful for your customers!

Slowest shipping, poor inventory in my size of desired items- always. I'm an XS, and products that are not boring AF are always sold out. The workout shorts lack proper compression & this is compared to all other brands.
Someone in design needs to hear this, LOUDLY. The world has enough plain workout clothes. The cute prints in happy colors? That's motivating, uplifting.
The basic drab colors, ridiculous prints are available literally anywhere. Differentiate & elevate.

Items always arrive in a timely fashion. It's also great that I can stop and start our savings whenever necessary.
Overall, great shopping experience. Itsvall good that there are neighbourhood stores nearby.

Made two orders. First order received and very satisfied with the shorts - price and quality. Second order lost somewhere but are being replaced. Looking forward to their receipt. My only complaint is delivery could be quicker.

Stitching falls apart after 3 washes, shirt collars turn into bacon neck after 1 wash, and the "subscription" credit/point model is an absolute scam. Customer support is useless. Stay far away from this company's garbage.

They sent me the wrong sizes, I reached out to every single avenue of customer service with no response. Asked to cancel my subscription and they conveniently never answer. Scam all around, stay far away

I have been waiting for my white chino pants for almost a week. Delivery company can't follow simple instructions. They say 2 failed delivery tries but I was home each time they tried to deliver. So unhappy with the mail courier of choice of Fabletics. Customer service isn't any help either.

Customer service had multiple chances to rectify their mistakes, but they failed to take action. I'm considering switching my membership because prices have increased without any improvement in quality. Additionally, I've noticed they are imposing tariffs on their customers.

Last order was cancelled because I choosed for it delivered while on vacaction at a hotel adress instead of my home address. Instead of calling or asking me to call and confirm. Because of that I missed the special price and to make it worst items were no longer available.

Im very satisfied with my ne shorts, its a really nice sales and very good deal for the price I really want to get cople more for summer i hope the offer kip or still on for more longertime ok thank you very much for this opportunity

Bought shorts too big was very easy to exchange them. All easy and fast

Shipping is slow, slow, slow on exchanges. They told me my replacement would be shipped immediately after my return shipping label was scanned by the carrier. They even sent me a confirmation email that my exchange was being shipped out. But then they continued to sit on it for another week and a half. Whole process took 2 1/2-3 weeks. They don't practice what they preach. They make you buy these membership credits for $50.00 each every month, then make you spend them on less expensive items.

Love my products, just had to get the right size. But awesome shorts and pants I ordered fits well and easy to wash after use. Definitely ordering some more stuff now that I was able to try a few items on.

I love the fit of the dress, I only wish it had adjustable straps as it slides down in front a little lower than I like when playing - I love the pleats!

Had fabletics for around 4 years. Over time just got too many pairs of legging building up. Had to take a pause. Really great fit and quality. Selection sometimes was stagnant, because each month seemed to be a similar selection to choose from.

3 weeks for domestic shipping? Really? This took so long to arrive I seriously forgot I had made the order.

I really enjoy Fabletics apparel and being able to have high quality wear for a decent price.

Good quality items and great when they're on sale. The 24/7 tee is my go to everyday wear! But the website definitely needs work! Hard to find certain items and if you want a different color they're are in different places sometimes and need to surf the website to find the specific color. Also can't just swap sizes or change colors from cart. Need to delete it and add again. We should be allowed to use member credits for sales like the Father's Day bundle.

They are very misleading, did not have the sz or color. But I like the fit.

I've purchased many items from Fabletics. They take forever to ship, which is annoying. I almost forget that I e ordered from them. The quality of the clothing is very good. I real hate their "membership" tactics! I have forgotten so many time to opt out for the month and then I'm charged money and it sits in my account t until I use it. I have finally escaped the account balance and plan on discontinuing my membership because I just don't need anymore athletic clothing!
