Fabletics

I made my first purchase from Fabletics for an overseas trip - a pair of water resistant pants for $80. I had to create an account to purchase them (which was annoying...just take my money!) & was barraged with messages about signing up for their VIP program to get the pants for $20. I opted to pay $80 for the 2X pants. They arrived & were too big, so I took them into a local store to exchange them for a 1X (in hopes that I could try on the 1X). They didn't have them in stock, so they said they'd do the exchange for me & have the 1X shipped to me. Cool. Then she was like, "Oh, you got them for the VIP price. They're $90." No, ma'am. Long story short, she said she'd honor my $80 price via a store credit adjustment. Then she tried to sell me the VIP program. I said no. She persisted. I told her I'd opt to remain a peasant. She didn't think I was funny. So we got the deal done, & I eventually received the 1X pants in the mail...which were too snug. (Why is there such a huge leap between these sizes?) So I gave up, bought my needed pants from another retailer, & submitted for a return for the Fabletics pants. I received an email saying the deed is done & find that they've issued me a store credit. Come to find out, because that straight-faced lady at the store did some magic adjustment to honor the original price, the return was only eligible for a store credit...since this 2nd pair of pants was "bought" with a "store credit." I ended up spending over 4 hours trying to get in contact with an agent to request an actual monetary refund. I finally received the paper check in the mail. So yeah. Given that first experience with Fabletics, I'm not signing up for a second experience.

I don't like the new material. It is too slippers and slides down. I spend my entire workout pulling my pants back up.

The skip button wouldn't work during the start of the month. The button just kept redirecting me to the homepage so I had to get in touch with someone online who was very helpful but really it shouldn't have gotten to that point. The skip the month button should be available at all times and it should be working properly.

The last 4 times I tried to access the site it was down.

I have loved everything I've gotten from fabletics. Fit is perfect, love the style, the colors, just all of it. My problem is when I see something cute, it's always unavailable, which is highly frustrating. 2 times out of 10 I can easily buy what I like from the site. The other times is me searching for a feasible substitution for something that is unavailable. I called to cancel my membership but the nice lady gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. So like I stated, I love the clothes but hate how quickly they become out of stock.

Can't even count how many orders I've placed, but this one was amazing. Under $70 for two sweatshirts, a quarter zip, and two back packs. All items were stellar per usual.

Waited like a month for items.
Underwear rolls, despite claiming it doesn't, tights always need to be pulled up.
Would have sent back if shipping didn't take for ever.

Sizes are not true to size. I n normally wear a large and purchased large scrubs from Fabletics with my name embroidered and they didn't fit. And since I can't exchange them I'm stuck with them. Disappointed to say the least. I've told all my friends to stay clear of Fabletics and to purchase FIGS instead.

Great quality, would be great if you carried more merchandise so you don't sell out all the time

I have two teenage boys who love Fabletics shorts and t shirts. They have great quality and choices

I love fabletics but the only downside is the shipping is way too long. It's a bit ridiculous.

Great design and fantastic materials. I enjoy wearing Fabletics at the gym, home, and in town. Practically anywhere.

I ordered three pairs of underwear, a training day tee, a water bottle, and a hat all for $63.00. I was highly satisfied with every product I got and genuinely have no complaints. I can't get over the total price!

So comfy and holds up well wash after wash and always look stylish

A friend of mine introduced me to Fabletics about two years ago, and I was hooked! 90% of my workout clothes is Fabletics. I love the compression and the different colors they offer almost every month.

Most of what we ordered was good. Different materials and styles. One pair was not a good fit. When I reviewed the way you have to return an item it was hard to do. After considering my possible action to get my money back, I gave up. I donated the pair to a local church charity. MUST OFFER EASY RETURN OPTION. NO STORE NEARBY.

Great clothes never had a problem ordering and receiving my items

Sent back multiple times. Never fit right. The whole membership piece is a scam, in my opinion.

Every item I purchased was great quality and true to size.

I had a terrible time trying to find matching tops to the bottoms and vice versa for items I was interested in. I finally found a few things and took the plunge to become a "member". The fit was so inconsistent that items were either too big or too small and I didn't keep anything. Upon return I cancelled by member status.

This was my first purchase and I am very pleased with the quality, feel and comfort of the Only Pant (classic fit) and the High Side Chino (classic fit). I also purchased a 24/7 tee and it is so light and comfortable. And at a great price. I highly recommend fabletics wear to everyone.
