Item was not delivered. Was told the house was unreachable which is not true. I live on a residential street with a ton of parking, safe neighborhood, no dogs, no gates, etc. Then had to reorder to get the shipment.

Most of the items I'd gotten had lots of loose strings on them and the sizes of the clothes were wayyyy too small and I triple checked them before I made my purchase and still needed up sending 4 items back.

Enjoyed my interactions inquiring about my account and their customer service - they were super friendly throughout all my inquiries! Their products are also very high-quality. Some of my favorite gym shorts and underwear that I currently own, and I have tried many many different brands!

I have nothing bad to say about this brand. The clothes quality is amazing and they offer so many colors and styles! They have a wide range of sizes which is nice to see! Not to mention the good deals they have all the time! I have particularly loved my experience at the university store. Stacy is such an amazing asset to Fabletics and has made my experience 100/10 each time!

I'd like to cancel my subscription. Not pause Payments But I cant figure it out. To be clear, I like your merchandise but the business model seems a bit predatory.

The only reason to make your customers "skip" a month is because you're hoping they'll forget and you can charge them. Plus requiring them to call in order to cancel so that the sales person can try three times to talk them or of it is awful. If you had faith in the quality of your product you wouldn't need to resort to these ploys that never benefit the customer.

There is no reason to make customers "skip a month" except that you hope they forget and then you get to charge them. It's also ridiculous that the only way to cancel is by calling in so that the rep can repeatedly try to talk you out of it. Horrible way to do business.

Love the clothes. At the end it was a better option to choose a top and leggings that is fair for 69 dollars.

I started purchasing Fabletics back in 2022 and have not looked back.
They are my number one choice for athletic shorts for the gym, for swimming, for running...you name it.
They fit great, they wear extremely well, and they do not shrink.
They dry fast, and the styles are incredible. I often use my credits as a VIP member to purchase gifts for friends. They are always a hit.

My order was going along with after pay, then I got a notification that another order went through my bank account! I notified them several times that I did not order anything else they took two payments and I hope the bank don't do any more. But other then that the scrubs could be a little lighter after all this is Arizona... Suzan

Everything that is if of interest to me and my family gets sold out quickly and is not restocked. The women's clothing is getting more wild/quirky and doesn't appeal to me at all. We will be cancelling our subscription.
