I ordered clothing for my daughters who are a size 4 and the cloths ran so small that they had to order size medium or large in some cases. Each piece of clothing was so thin that they had to where a second shirt underneath to not be exposed. The clothing is very overpriced for the quality and it is very difficult to cancel the VIP membership. Interestingly enough, you can sign up for the membership via the site and/or email, but you cannot cancel via the same method and must call during business hours. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

I was disappointed with the pants in general. The waist was good but the insure was 2+ inches shorter that 34". Maybe the pants were incorrectly tagged with a 34" inseam. Anyway, I didn't like the fit either. What I am extremely please about, was the return process. It was seamless, good customer service

I train at the Olympic Facility in Colorado Springs for Figure skating. I train 5 to 6 hours per day. Sliding across the ice when I fall has tore up the leggings and outfits (Lulu Lemon) that I had in the past. Fabletics helps keep the sweat away from me, is very comfortable and durable for my serious training. I have not found anything that works better.

I am so pissed right now. I bought a promotional outfit from them last month. Didn't love either item, but I figured it was worth a shot for the $15. Today I just noticed a $50 charge from them in my bank account. What the hell. Buying that promotional outfit was a total scam to get you locked into their subscription? You can't cancel online, so I'll have to call them in the morning. Very displeased with their lack of transparency.

I liked that they changed the credit to allow you to buy more expensive sets. However they are ripping you off. I know my credit cost $50. There's no way in hell I'm using it for anything lower priced than that. And how come I can't combine 2 $25 things and use one credit? This site is a racket and always has been. And not to mention they will not refund your credit if you forgot about it. I would never and will never recommend this site or clothes to anyone.

I have been an avid customer of Fabletics for seven years now. I can't say enough good things about this company, they are quick with their shipping, their products are great, wonderful quality pieces that they standby. If there's ever been an issue I've been able to return my items quickly and with no hassle. Read reviews. They are awful expected with regard to customer service, the VIP Program, and shipping. I spoke to Cassidy in the store and she and the staff were fine. I picked out a pair of leggings that I will buy tomorrow, but I want be opening an account, VIP or otherwise after reading the reviews. What a mess. Is it poor training, poor management, poor quality hires. Chad? If I were Kate Hudson, I would be ashamed to be associated with this organization.

I love the quality and variety of products, and have been a member for close to half a decade. The only issue I have is when some items are going on sale most sizes that I look for are not available and are often not restocked in time to still take advantage of the sales. If there is a better reward system to frequent customers to allow for them opportunities to take advantage of sales, that would be great.

In January, I placed my first Fabletics order. I am still waiting for that order to come. It was marked as delivered, but it was not.
I took a chance and placed a second order and it came quickly, much to my surprise.

Cloths are great, but was next to impossible to cancel subscription. Had to jump through hoops then some just to talk to someone after getting kicked off site when going online. And got the run around on the phone till I became a $#*! and then magically everything worked

I love the clothing, and the prices are good for the quality. I do wish they had more stock, as things sell out so rapidly. Would go 5 stars on clothing alone, but the website/app are frustratingly slow. Also, please have a way to search for tall size leggings.

I LOVE some of my Fabletics leggings. But the site is so confusing. They'll have 5 listings of the same pants... or the same or very similar name but one has a pocket and one doesn't and it's hard to tell. The pocket sizes and shapes change constantly which is so annoying. They also seemed to stop selling my favorite pants because all the cuts and colors have only XXS and 4X in stock. Nothing else. Unfortunately it's too much of a gamble to try something new... so I won't be back. The motion 365 fabric is fantastic and the triple pocket looks great. Such a shame it's basically entirely out of stock.

The quality is amazing that's no question but everytime I'm ready to purchase something it doesn't exist. At one point it was maternity, the last time I looked it was no mid rise. I have short legs long torso so high wasted goes up to my rib cage basically

I have ordered many items in several categories and I have not been let down once! The leggings, shorts, sports bras, tops, cute bags... I could go on! I order 1 size up on the leggings until I have lost the 10-15 pounds I'm currently working on losing! Some of the leggings are not as stretchy so that's the only reason. Everything else for me personally is very true to size! The styles and colors are always trendy and fabulous! I will forever shop Fabletics!

It's hard to remember to skip the month. I don't get email reminders to cancel or skip for the month. No notice that they will be charging you. It was very annoying and difficult to cancel my membership - poor customer service. They lie about "live agents" when it's all computerized/machines who talk to you. What they charge monthly is also very expensive. Membership is expensive. They also keep your account with your credit card information. I should have the option to remove this from the site and delete my account if I want. Very frustrating experience.

I had 2 orders (of $200+) cancelled with no explanation! My order was confirmed both times but when I checked back for tracking information, there was a note saying they were cancelled and sorry for any inconvenience...

I bought a couple of items to go on holidays this year - throughout the purchase process I was not made aware that I was signing up to a subscription service, otherwise I would have left the site - simple as that. I have since discovered that two amounts of £44 have been taken form my bank account, without my consent for September and October. I do not need £44 worth of fitness clothing and I suspect not a lot of people do. I called the company to ensure the money was returned to be only to be told very rudely that they would not return it. So in response I will ensure that every female and mum's forum is warned that purchasers are not merely buying clothes as per any other clothing website they are being forced into a subscription service that they have not knowingly consented to. Off to cancel with bank. Absolutely disgusted with Fabletics, this is not how to build up a loyal customer audience, your clothes should speak for themselves!

Each month I have to mark my calendar on the 1st so I don't forget to skip or maybe purchase something for 49.95 from Fabletics. Many months I forget as I am a busy. I usually just end up buying the same leggings as that is all i like on the site. I have purchased shirts before and they are cheaply made. That being said the real reason I dislike this site is because they have different price points and tell you that the true price will be reflected in the total... spoil alert... IT IS NOT! Watch what you are really charged for and don't try customer service as what's on their screen may actually be even more money! I have never dealt with a checkout online company as shady as Fabletics! For me I may stick with Marshalls as they really do have some great workout clothes and the price is right or if i need to order quickly $#*!s Sporting Goods is great with customer service and runs awesome promotions and you don't have to remember to skip a month for the dreaded 49.95 charge!

This brand has gone downhill since they first came out. Styles are unflattering and they completely missed the mark with women over 50. They used to have styles for all ages. That is no longer the case.

After finding out I had never been cancelled from their VIP program, Fabletics responded to my complaint overnight and credited me all funds. I was also credited for the clothing I never received. Positive customer service action!

I ordered leggings and was told it could take up to 17 business days to arrive. Problem was that when checking on order status, the leggings never left facility. I was told upon a phone call to Fabletics that indeed it's on its way. Not true. Leggings never arrived after 17 days. Upon second call, representative agreed that order never left facility. Now legging is sold out online. I was assured Fabletics had a pair and was being mailed to me. They finally arrived but not before a lot of stress was felt since it was for a fast approaching birthday gift. My niece loves them! So, happy ending.
